Before you proceed, I would like to tell that the following chapter will be in Third Person Point of View. Regarding to the story flow after this Sudou's Incident we will proceed with the Island Examination.

This Sudou's case will just have 2 chapters.

I might skip the Zodiac Exam, seriously I don't even understand that exam but I try my best. Cuz I'm planning Axel will be group on the Dragon Group. Thought I'm still planning that. Thank you!

Third Person's Point of View

IN THE EARLY OF THE MORNING, their two boys walked through the Hallway going to the elevator. The Long black hair boy keeps yawning, while the brown hair boy keeps sighing at the sight.

They are standing outside the elevator after that the door slowly opens showing two girls inside. Axel opened his eyes and looked at the two girls.

"Morning Horikita and Kushida." he said while yawning.

Kushida moved from behind Horikita and made a little wave.

"Are you two getting in?" Horikita asked the two male, they both nod, Kiyotaka wasted no time walking inside he grabbed Axel's hand and put him beside him.

"We are. We're getting in."

Horikita then taps the button before the elevator door closes, Axel's smile doesn't falter until he notices Kushida leaning towards the boys.

"Ohayo, Arison-kun and Ayanokoji-kun!! "

She then stared above Kiyotaka.

"You've got a little bedhead in the back."

"Natural hair is popular these days." Kiyotaka answered. Axel nods a bit, making the girl giggle. Kushida didn't know that Axel took Kiyotaka's bed head picture while they were in Kiyotaka's room.

"You're so funny, Ayanokoji-kun!" Kushida said to him.

The two boys then focus their eyes towards her, Kiyotaka with awareness and Axel with a slight contempt in his eyes. They definitely didn't forget that time she showed her true form. Axel keeps pretending that he never knows her true nature because he don't have plan yet to reveal himself to her.

"If you betray me, I won't forgive you." Those words keep replying to their mind, Axel just smirks.

'Well If I betray you, what will you do?' in Axel's thought.

"Maybe I'll try out natural hair, too!" Kushida happily played with her short hair as she did a close-eyed smile.

Kiyotaka turned his head in front of him. Axel hummed at the silence displayed inside and considering he's near Horikita why not converse with her while waiting, the building has a lot of floors so it will take time to get out. He leans toward her by the side as he whispers.

"It's kind of rare for you to go together with Kushida, right Horikita? "

Kushida blinked at the interaction while Kiyotaka stayed quiet. Horikita closed her eyes. Before answering.

"She was waiting for me outside of my room."

"She must be stubborn hehe." Axel whispered to her, Hearing that, Kushida smiled. Axel just nodded his head with understanding.

DING

The four of them immediately walk out. Horikita didn't even look at the three and started walking away from them.

"Ahh.. I was really hoping we could walk to school together.." Kushida murmured with a suggestive look. Axel awkwardly smiled at her.

'Just go with yourself.'

"Good morning! Kushida-san! " A female voice catch the attention of the three students as they turn their head to see Ichinose walking over towards them.

"Ichinose-san!" Kushida happily said.

As Ichinose reaches towards the distance of seeing Kushida she blinks at the two males beside her.

"Kushida-san, could one of these guys be your boyfriend?"

"Of course not!" Kushida giggled.

'Me her boyfriend? Hell nah!.' Axel's thought.

"Really? Neither of them?"

Axel turned to Kiyotaka who looked pretty confused.

"That reminds me.. Did you guys get your points today?'' Ichinose ask. She looked worried as she furrowed her eyebrows.

The three stare at Ichinose in confusion.

'Oh right, where the hell are our points?'

In the Classroom

"THERE'S A BIT OF TROUBLE HERE." Miss Chabashira starts.

"The distribution of points to first-years has been delayed."

Many students grunted. Kiyotaka just looked around and he put both his hands on the table.

"For real?!" Ike yelled disbelief.

"It's the school's fault, so aren't we getting some compensation?" Yamauchi muttered.

"There's nothing I can do." The teacher trailed off, almost bringing down the hopes of the students.

"The moment the problem is resolved, the points will be distributed. Assuming you still have points by then."

Several whines and complaints started to occur across the classroom. Axel remained calm and didn't falter his expression, he didn't smile nor react.

1 hour later

'WHERE ARE YOU, KIYO?' Axel said to himself with a sad expression. Kiyotaka didn't even bother to tell Axel where he was going. But he knows that from Class B student dragged his partner away from him.

With determination he started walking and started searching for Kiyotaka.

Then finally he found Kiyotaka who was currently talking to a strawberry. Kidding, with the girl name Ichinose. Axel eventually remembers her, she is the person who has a lot of connections and has a lot of friends.

He hid behind the tree and listened to their conversation.

"Thank you Ayanokouji-kun, I will remember your advice! Then I'm going!" the pink hair said then waved her hand and started to walk away. Axel just sighs, he is definitely late.

He's still hiding, their lot of questions running to his mind.

'Is Kiyo receiving a confession?'

'Is he already has a girlfriend?'

'Then what I'm going to–' his thought got cut off when a hand cupped his face and he looked at that person.

"Are you listening to our conversation?" Kiyotaka asked him, and he just shook his head.

"No, I'm late." he said then puffed his cheeks. Kiyotaka just chuckles and puts his head on his shoulder, Axel leans his back on the tree. Axel chuckles at the boy's action.

"Are you tired or hungry?" Kiyotaka put his hand on Axel's waist making Axel make a 'Ekkk!' sounds, his cheeks immediately turn red.

Axel's Point of View

"Ah, Ki-Kiyo what ar-are you doing where outside y-you know." I said, his right hand is still on my waist while his left hand is roaming at my back. I'm internally screaming right now!

'I-I-Is he h-h-h-horny!?'

Then, I feel a weird sensation on my neck...

...hahaha, wait a minute...what is this, wait.

"IS HE SUCKING ON MY NECK?!" I blush, fuck seroiusly! If I look at the mirror I know my face right now is so messy! I'm redder than tomatoes!

I grip onto his shirt, trying not to let any weird sounds come out of my mouth.

"U-Uh, Ki-Kiyo...Are you a-alright?" I stutter, trying to sound as normal as possible.

"Where the hell did he learn to do this?!?!" I remember that he is not this kind of person! Are you now a vampire!?

He tilts my head a little, to give him more access. He sucked harder. Fuck. Please don't let any weird sound come out!

"Ah-ahhh Ki-Kiyo." there we go, I can't stop myself. Who will not hear a weird sound coming from their mouth if a certain person is sucking your neck and roaming his hand in your back!?

"Keep it PG. Keep it PG. Keep it PG. Please let's keep PG!"

"K-Kiyo, you're going to leave a mark!" I squeal a little at the end. He stopped sucking and looked at me. His eyes stared at me wide and his ear was getting red and redder.

He removed his hand on my back and he moved back a little. Gosh! I was blushing so much. I feel like crying. This so embarrassing.

"I'm sorry, my hand moves it's own." he said to me, I facepalm and smack his shoulder. I huff and look away , I'm still blushing that sensation in my neck is still there.

I walk to him.

"Are there any marks?" I asked him if he looked at my neck closely and he shook his head. We both sighed in relief. Gosh It's good that there are no marks because how the heck I'm going to hide that!

"Tsk now, let me scold you, yeah?" I said while putting my hand on his shoulder he speedly nodded his head.

"It's a good thing that no one sees us, and we are outside! You should not do that! And for god sake you suck my neck without permission." I said to him, his expression never changed, he just stared at his famous poker face.

I sighed.

"I'm sorry, but can I ask one more thing?"

I nodded at him and crossed my arms.

"If I ask permission will you let me suck your neck again?" I immediately blush and look away. What with this straightforward question!

"W-Well If you i-insist then ...it's fine." I mumbled the last word and covered my face. Fuck why did I answer his question! It's not like I'm enjoying that but.. Shit shit no no!

"Then can I suck aga–" I cut him off.

"You horny shit." Then I punched his face.

Third Person's Point of View

Next Day (In the Classroom)

THE TWO BOYS IS CURRENTLY WALKING through the school halls as they heard the voice of Sudo from the classroom.

"I'm telling you, it wasn't like that! "

Kiyotaka and Axel went in and saw Sudo explaining to his classmates. The two of them are confused, like what is Sudo's talking about?

"There were three of them!"

"Still.." One student trailed off as she crossed her arms.

"Yeah.."

Kiyotaka pondered on the situation. 'What's going on?' He looks around and sees Horikita crossing her arms and listens to Sudo's explanation.

Axel didn't even look around and go to his seat, he looked at Kiyotaka who seemed still confused with the situation. He grabbed his hand and put it in his seat.

"Let's wait for Sensei, she will definitely explain it." Kiyotaka nodded after that. They are waiting for their teacher and they still continue arguing about Sudo's case.

After Five minutes, Chabashira arrived at the Classroom no one dared to make any noise.

"Basketball club members from Class C have filed a complaint with the school against Sudo." Chabashira explained to the students.

"They claim that after practice, they were attacked one-sided by Sudo, without any viable reason."

Axel, who seems interested in this case, smirks and continues listening to his Sensei.

Sudo slammed his fist on the desk as he protested.

"It was self-defence! Self-defence! They were jealous because I became a regular, so they picked a fight!"

"There's no evidence of that." The teacher said calmly.

"Though, if there was a witness, it might be a different story."

The bigger male looked defeated as he bring his head down. Kushida the bit– I mean the angel of the class immediately stood up for his defence.

"Everyone! Did anyone happen to see Sudo-kun's fight? Does anyone know anything about it?"

No one answered, the students hardly witnessed anything as they were too busy at their own hands, Axel didn't blame them, it was a normal day from yesterday till now. Sudo looks left and right to find someone to at least raise their hand and defend him.

Kiyotaka turns his head and sees a girl who locked her head down. Axel also notice the tense silence coming from her as well, his sense must have heighten up since he had been here.

"Tch." Sudo began to sweat.

"Perhaps you'd have been better off getting expelled, Red Hair-kun. " A voice said across the room. It was Koenji. Axel smiled at the site, he put his hand on his chin.

Koenji casually rested his legs on the desk as he fiddled with the yellow locks with a hand mirror in front of him.

"Your presence is far from beautiful."

Sudo stood up from his seat.

"Sudo-kun! Don't!" Hirata burst out.

The teacher's voice adds. "In one week's time, there will be a discussion with Class C, and the student council will be there, too. Depending on how it turns out, there may be a forfeiture of points, as well as disciplinary measures for Sudo."

"Tch!" Sudo grips his palms on the desk.

"Ha, they never let me rest, do they?" Axel said while looking outside at the room. Axel gets his phone and starts messaging someone after that he puts his phone back in his pocket.

Chabashira leaves the classroom and many of the students in the Class D started bad mouthing Sudo.

" It's because of Sudo.. " Yamauchi said.

'Are you really his friend?'

"This sucks." Ike sulks.

"Another month of living with zero points.."

"Maybe we'd have been better off if he had been expelled."

"Right.."

Horikita, Kiyotaka and Axel sat together in silence. "Do you feel the same way?" Horikita asks the two boys.

"That Sudo-kun should have been expelled."

"I don't really care.." Kiyotaka said as he lay his head on his palm.

"Well for me No, he has a short temper. I know that but he is not that kind of person... I think. What about you? As one of the people who helped him?" Axel said, Horikita just sighed and shook her head.

"For now we have zero points. Even if we had been penalized for losing someone to expulsion, we couldn't have lost anymore." Horikita answered shortly.

"Maybe." Kiyotaka trailed off.

Horikita turns to Kiyotaka with her arms crossed. " What? The way you say that triggers me and you Axel you better help me."

"You never know when we might be experiencing losses or gains we can't see." Kiyotaka told her.

"What does that mean?" Suzune pushed off.

Kiyotaka didn't open his eyes as he started to explain.

"There might be negative point values we're gaining that just aren't shown. Demerits for an expulsion might hit us now, but rather, in the future. For instance, 'no expulsions' might be a condition for ascending to Class A."

As Kiyotaka finishes, Horikita turns to the glass window.

"What a quibble.

"Indeed when you think of it, we don't know how the school system works. If we reach Class A, we should eliminate any dangers we can think of." Axel said and put his head on Kiyotaka's shoulder.

By saying that Horikita started wondering.

"But if we use Sudo's athletic skills and his good standing from his club, he might come in as useful- " Axel got cut off.

"Everyone, listen to me." Hirata said in the center of the classroom. The students turn their attention to the male who stands behind the teacher desk.

"I want to trust my classmates. Why won't we work together to hunt for witnesses and clues?"

Karuizawa raises her hand.

"Cool, I'm in!" after she said that her gaze goes on Axel. Axel give her a smiled and Karuzaiwa sign an 'okay'

"If we don't believe in him, who will?" She added that all the girls seem to agree with her. That is the power of the leader of the girls in the Class D.

"I'm also in!" Kushida said.

Kushida looked at the three students and smiled.

"Hey, Horikita-san, Ayanokoji-kun and Arison-kun.. you'll work with us too right? "

Horikita didn't look away.

"Ayanokoji-kun and Arison-kun, after saying all that, I'm sure you twol help Sudo-kun right?"

"Well..." they hesitantly answer. Horikita grabbed her compass on her bag. The two boys started getting shivers and nodded.

"Find while they are looking for a witness, let's go in the annex building?" Horikita seems satisfied and nods.

Axel's Point of View

THE SPECIAL BUILDING ON THE second floor was seriously hot. The building was stifling and oppressive because there was little ventilation and most of the windows were shut. It was a major departure from the typical air-conditioned halls and classrooms of the school building, which is why people tended to avoid the particular facility.

I was on the second floor with Horikita and Ayanokoji, searching for any information that would support our case.

Horikita questioned, "Anything of interest noticed?"

I shook my head and Ayanokoji and I kept looking for something that might be used as evidence.

I looked carefully, "There are no cameras on this floor," I declared. This anomaly has also been noted by Horikita.

Because there were no cameras, does that imply that the Class C students brought Sudo here on purpose to start a fight?

That seems odd, Horikita said. "Wouldn't it make sense to do it where cameras could film the entire incident? If their major goal was to present themselves as victims, then why would they want to do it in a place where there were no cameras?"

It led me to suspect that Class C did in fact call out Sudo here, and provoke him. I said, "I agree with Horikita-san. If they really are victims as they claim, they should have carried out the procedure in a location where there were cams to catch it.

"I believe that to be true."

We took a closer look around to see if there was anything that may catch our attention, but nothing did. We made the decision to call it a day and started walking away.

"Yahooo! Horikita-san! Ayanokouji-kun! And who are you again Oh that right you are Arison?" Oh It was Ichinose. I smiled at her. She is really kind and trustworthy. She did have the attitude and personality like Kushida.

"Ohh! You are the 'pretty boy in the Class D' and you are Kushida's friend right!" I got a shiver with the 'Kushida's friend' please I don't like snakes.

"Eh? Pretty Boy?"

"Yes, Hoshinomiya-sensei said that." Well that makes sense. That teacher always talks nonsense so we should just ignore her.

"Don't call me pretty. I'm a boy." I said, Ichinose chuckled and waved her hand at me.

"Gomen Gomen, Arison-kun you are literally Handsome and pretty." I blushed at her compliment. Do I really Handsome and pretty? Well I have a feminine body and long hair so maybe they mistook me for a girl?

I planned to thank Ichinose but Horikita cleverly altered the subject, asking, "Ichinose-san, are you planning to help us out on our case to save Sudo-kun?"

Wow, Horikita is really a straightforward person.

Ichinose said with a sweet smile, "Of course! You're all my friends, and friends always help one other out. I'll do everything I can to help. "I'll try to get information from my pals in Class B, and I'll see if any of them have been a witness at the scene."

She is such a sweet girl.

"Thank you, Ichinose-san, I guess that works for us," Ayanokoji said. I also nodded and waved my hand to her. She smiled at us.

"Then, I'll see you later, Arison-kun, Horikita-san, and Ayanokoji-kun." With that, Ichinose Honami turned around and flipped her strawberry-blonde hair, and turned to leave. Her face was beaming, she's pretty.

I like her personality, I want to talk to her! Hehe Maybe I will invite her to Karuzaiwa, I like them. I yawned.

"Horikita and Kiyo." I called them and they looked at me. I keep yawning, It looks like I drain myself. Solving 2 cases in my class is really tiring.

But Kiyo is here with me so I'm happy.

"Can I leave this finding evidence to the two of you? I'm quite tired. I need a week's rest. Don't worry I'll join you two in the Trial." I said. Yes I'm planning to skip class for at least 5 days or 6. Besides one week before the trial so with that I already recharge myself.

Horikita will butt in but Kiyo shut her mouth.

"Leave it to me." I smile. And looked at his eyes, he nodded. I smirk. Horikita just sighed and nodded. She seems to be starting to trust Kiyo and that's good progress.

"Then save Sudo, okay?"
