Personality
Levi is a sly trickster who is fond of finding the easy way out. Whenever he can slack off and take shortcuts or make someone else do something for him, he takes it. He is cunning and mischievous in subtle ways, but he's also relatively relaxed and chill. He's a closed book and doesn't usually target people or attack people, but he also takes what he wants and doesn't go out of his way to protect random strangers.

Appearance

Levi has naturally dark hair and naturally brown eyes, so on the surface he's rather plain looking. However, Psyche—his alter ego/anti hero identity- alters his appearance thanks to his power. His hair appears white and his eyes become a purple-pink color. His Psyche form is the one he prefers the most and is the most comfortable in, Levi has even considered dying his natural hair to keep the Psyche look. His dress sense is also plain in his Levi form, but as Psyche he dares to wear bold and bright colors. He also wears glasses, normal black frames in his Levi form and gold-colored frames with a lot of different colors jewels connected to the glasses chain on them. His Psyche glasses also have a secret double that are sunglasses.
Both his Levi form and Psyche form are close to six foot and quite lean.

Powers/Abilities
Intense but very brittle telepathy.
Psyche can do a lot of things with his power over a large range, but the actual strength of his power is not that great—hence why Psyche is not a main field operative but a clever "spy for hire."

  -Reading Minds
This is the most basic ability he has; this allows him to read people's minds. He can do this to any as long as they are in the room with them.

  -Persuade the Subconscious
Psyche cannot by any means mind control his victims, but he can persuade their thoughts. He can amplify or reduce thoughts, feelings, and very rarely actions.
   (For example, Psyche is actually mute. At a young age, he mastered sign language and uses it to communicate. Rather than asking people if they know sign, Psyche alters their subconscious so that they understand him. He also projects a "voice" into their mind of what he's saying to get his points across more clearly.)
   (Psyche could not make someone do something they don't want to, but he can make someone want to do something they already want to do quicker.)

  -Auditory and Visual Illusions
These are the hardest things Psyche can do and thus the most noticeable. He can make people think they heard or saw something. People should be able to tell when he does this, however.

Backstory* (optional)
When Levi was born, he was born mute—hence learning sign language. He grew up a very happy boy in a large family of five siblings as the middle child until his powers started developing. His powers freaked out his family so much that they lived in fear of him and basically let him do anything he wanted, and once he turned eighteen his father bought him an apartment and he was swiftly kicked out of the house. Feeling betrayed, Psyche decided to take to the underground for work, where he then became a well respected spy for heroes, vigilantes, and villains alike. All for the right pay, of course.

Costume
As mentioned before, Psyche wears brighter colors in his Psyche form—however he doesn't have a set costume. Since he's a spy, he wears anything and everything to his work.

Casual Psyche however wears a long black coat that reaches his knees, and on the inside of that coat is a pink velvet interior decorated with white swirls and white eyes. He rolls up his sleeves if he's wearing bracelets with painted nails or gloves, and leaves them long for colder days. Depending on the temperature, he'll wear any sort of under shirt: a white button up, a sweater, a hoodie, anything. So long as it's bright and pretty. Finally, his pants are either dark or light depending on how bright his shirt is. Finally, he likes to wear boots to finish it off. Sometimes he paints string over his lips to make it look like they're sewn shut, and when he does this he usually uses his powers to make people believe the string is real—just to get a reaction.

Other
•As previously mentioned, Psyche is mute and knows sign language.
•Psyche doesn't have many friends. The closest he has is actually Clarke Keane, who he finds very entertaining due to her very high energy.
•He and Jamie grew up in the same neighbor, but didn't become "friends" until recently.
•Jamie and Cath get along well, but Cath refuses to trust him or be his friend due to his unaligned morality. This makes Psyche sad.
•Psyche has a phobia of chipmunks. Whenever he encounters one in the wild, he will not move until it is gone and usually sways people to be his meat shield. He also has a more reasonable fear of heights. (Clarke found this out when she levitated them using metal and he clung to her the entire time.)
•Psyche is unusually rich due to his mother sending him money as a bride to stay away from the family. Psyche has a slight Greed problem, so he doesn't complain in the slightest.
