They reached their hotel, SKYE Suite. One of the top hotels in Sydney. After freshening up and having a few hours rest, they met with the general over the hotel's dining area to make plans.

After the order was placed they started discussing the strategy.

"So what do you have in mind officer," the general asked.

"I was thinking that we camp at the place to see if we can find who was responsible for this" she proposed.

"This won't do, we don't know when the culprit will strike the next time also we don't know which part will he choose," Ren said

"Ren is right, we have to think about something else" the general agreed.

"Is there any connection between the time and places the person attacks?" Jade asked the general.

"We haven't found it yet if there is any"

There was a somber mood around the table as their order arrived, nobody felt like eating except Jade who was tucking in the food.

"I say let's go and investigate the places where there have been attacks previously....." Ren suggested "..... Maybe we can find something useful"

"Good idea Ren" the general appreciated.

After this, they discussed some other things, by the time they were done it was late afternoon.

The general got up and took his leave, the party sat there for some time and then they too got up.

They went to their room and after packing some food and their gear they went out to search the places where there was sightings of fire earlier.

They took a cab to Manly beach where the unnatural fire was seen for the first time.

They reached the Bustling beachfront and surfing destination surrounded by tall trees & a variety of shops & eateries.

"This place is awesome," Jade said awestruck by the beauty of the place.

"Yes, what a regrettable thing it is to see that the people are aiming to destroy such beauty," Andrea said woefully.

"Wait a sec, I don't see any place around that has caught fire," Jade said.

"That is because the place where the fire took place was on the eastern part, let's go and check the place out," Andrea said.

The weather was hot, they reached their destination drenched in sweat. The wreckage of the fire became evident as they came closer.

They could see that the place was as beautiful as the other parts of the beach, the only thing that was wrong was the scorch marks around the area and the blackened trees, the shop around here too has been charred black. The few shops that were at some distance had burnt top.

The place was deserted except for few people who were gathered around the only opened shop that was selling juices, cocktails and mocktails. The shop was managed by a young boy.

"The boy is earning a fortune, being the only open shop here," Jade said and Andrea agreed.

"What confuses me is that, who will want to open a shop in a place where a fire struck out, the boy must be pretty brave," Andrea said.

"If you ask me I would say that the boy is crazy," Ren said.

"Okay then let's search around the beach and see if we can find out any clue about the case," Andrea ordered.

"I will go and take a look around the shops at the very back, let's see if I can salvage out any clue from there," Ren said and moved towards the shops.

"Okay then you can look around and see if you can find out anything," Andrea said to Jade.

"What will you do then?" Jade asked.

"I will talk to the people, and make inquiries about the fire," Andrea said.

They separated and started to investigate. Andrea was waving around the people asking them if they knew anything about the fire, Jade first went to the trees and then to the shops she also tried to find any footprints or other things.

Tired and thirsty they all met in front of the shop.

"So did any of you find something useful," Andrea asked both the others.

"Nope, the place was pathetic, if the culprit has left any evidence it must have burnt in the fire," Ren said.

"The same can be said here," Jade said.

"What about you?"

"I asked them, but the people here don't know anything about the fire," said Andrea.

"I even used my gear to find out, if the person has left any traces, no luck" Ren said and Jade agreed.

"Well, I hope we will have more luck at the next place," Andrea said.

"I am feeling thirsty, can we have a drink," Jade said.

Andrea nodded and so they went to the shop to have a drink.

"Welcome, what would you all like," the boy asked smiling.

"I will take a mocktail," Ren said.

"Make one for me too," Andrea said.

"What about you little girl," the boy said looking down at Jade.

"Do you have Mountain Dew?" Jade asked sweetly.

"Sorry I don't have that," the boy shaking his head.

"Okay then make a mocktail for me too," Jade said.

The boy nodded and then made three glass of mocktails for them. He handed them to each one of them.

"This is not cold, don't you have some ice" Ren said loudly.

"Would you like your drink cold, all of you?" the boy asked.

When they all nodded he raised his hand and snapped. At his snap their glass became chilled.

When they took the sip the drink was freezing cold.

"Who are you, how did you do this?" Andrea asked astonished.

"I am Kane the super cool, as for the trick it's a secret," he said.

As he said that a ring started blaring, they turned around to see where the noise was coming from.

They were surprised to see it coming from the gear that Jade was wearing.

That would mean that there was a disc somewhere around here, Andrea had a sinking feeling that she knew that where the disc was. She quickly turned around again facing the boy and saw that Ren was looking at the boy too.

They knew that the boy was the reason the ring has started blaring i.e the boy had a disc.
