You have been living in the Avengers Tower for two years now, and things have been great. For starters, you and Tony have officially become best friends, and you are now trained to be even better than Natasha and Clint...combined.

You were amazing and got along well with everyone. One day, Fury contacted Stark, telling him about a case. Stark came up to you in the living room and said, "Hey N/N (nick-name), you'll never guess who just called," he said.

"Who called?" you questioned. "Our dear friend, Director Fury," Tony said. "Really, what for?" you asked. "He needs our help." You smiled and asked, "Can I do it?" Tony looked at you quizzically for a moment, and then said, "Sure."

You smiled, got up, and grabbed a specialized phone that got in contact with all of the Avengers. "Avengers, assemble," you said, and then put the phone down. "I think I do that better than you," you joked. Tony rolled his eyes and said, "You wish."

Soon, all of the Avengers assembled at the Avengers Tower. You hugged each one as they entered the room, happy to see your friends again. "So what's going on Stark?" Steve questioned.

"Fury has another case for us. There's a Hydra weapon's base that we need to take down," Tony explained. Steve nodded and you asked, "So when are we going?" "Are you sure you are ready to take down a whole base?" Thor joked.

"Please, I'm tough enough to take you down," you replied. Thor scoffed and said, "Prove it." "Y/N, I wouldn't do it," Steve warned. "Y/N can totally handle Thor," Tony replied. "He's a God," Natasha said. Tony shrugged his shoulders and said, "I bet 10 dollars from everyone that Y/N wins."

"You're on," Steve said. Tony cleared a space so you and Thor could fight. "Don't go easy on me, even though I'm your favorite," you laughed. Thor chuckled and then tried to hit you with his hammer.

You dodged it, and punched Thor in the gut, and then twisted his arm so he dropped the hammer. Then you continue to punch and kick Thor to knock him away from his hammer.

He hit you a few times as well and then threw you at a wall. You smacked it and fell to the ground. You then ran at Thor and slid under him, then jumped on his back, wrapped your legs around his neck, and pulled him to the ground.

You started choking him with your legs, and he said, "Okay, okay, you win." "Put the hammer down," you said, seeing he had it in his hand again. He dropped the hammer and you let go of him. He gasped for breath and you smiled.

"You have gotten strong since the last time I saw you," Thor said. You laughed and said, "I know." You looked over at the rest of the group who were all very shocked. "So that will be 60 dollars in total," Tony said.

"50 dollars," you replied. "I'm sorry?" Tony asked. "I fought an Asgardian and won, I'm not paying you ten 10 dollars," you told him. "Fine, but everyone else has to pay." They all handed Tony the money, and Tony gave you a high-five. "Nice job, N/N," he said. "Thanks, Tony," you replied.

Then Thor said, "Well, I'm ready to go take down that weapons base now, anyone else?" You laughed and said, "I'm always ready." You all got in one of Tony's small planes, and he flew you all to the spot.

You got there and immediately started fighting together as a team. Taking out the base was easy, but amongst your fighting, you ran into two other extraordinary people – the Maximoff twins.

You had heard about them while doing research at SHIELD, but you had never officially met them until this day. Wanda Maximoff was a woman with dark brown hair and blue eyes. She had the superpower to play with your mind.

She made you think that all of the Avengers had died, and you started crying. You screamed once and then felt someone attacking you. You couldn't see anyone else around you, because Wanda was playing with your mind.

However, the man attacking you was Pietro Maximoff, Wanda's brother. He had white hair and blue-green eyes and he had the ability to run fast enough to the point where he appeared invisible.

The Avengers were off fighting others, but when Tony heard you scream, he immediately ran to you. You were bleeding from your nose, cheek, and lip, and he saw the little white flash of Pietro as he ran.

Hawkeye and Thor soon joined Tony, and Hawkeye tried to shoot him with his bow and arrow. Then, Thor got his lightning and threw at Pietro. After this, Wanda and Pietro disappeared and you fell to the floor.

Tony rushed to you and asked, "Are you okay?" You nodded and hugged him. You were so happy to see him alive. Then you stood up and hugged Thor and Clint too. You smiled and then ran out of the room, and continued to take the base down.

When it was all said and done, you smiled at yours and the Avengers' teamwork. Then, you all went back to the Avengers Tower. You wiped the blood off and then went into the living room where Thor's hammer was sitting on the table.

Tony fixed you a drink and you went and sat by him. Then there was a knock on the door. "Oh that's Rhode," Tony said. You never officially met Rhode but Tony talked about his famous, war friend a lot.

Tony got the door, and you were surprised to see Rhode had met everyone else before, including Steve. Rhode smiled and personally said hello to everyone and then looked at you. "Oh, hi, I don't think we've ever met before," he said.

Tony walked over to you, put his hand on your back, and gently pushed you over to Rhode. "Rhode, this is Y/N, Y/N this is Rhode," Tony said. Rhode smiled at you and shook your hand. You smiled back as well, and then Rhode walked moreover to Tony.

Rhode tried to talk in a quiet voice but everyone could hear him anyway. "What happened to Pepper?" he asked. You laughed and Tony smiled at Rhode. "Y/N is my best friend, nothing romantic," Tony said.

Rhode chuckled and said, "Oh, then it's very nice to meet you. Although Tony, I have to say, man, I thought I was your best friend." Everyone chuckled and Tony said, "Well she's cuter than you."

You all sat down on the couch again, and Tony made up a competition. He tried to see if anyone could lift Thor's hammer. You watched as everyone tried to lift it, and Thor laughed. Tony and Rhode use their Iron Man and War Machine suits to try and lift it, and Bruce tried to think out a solution to lifting the hammer, but nothing worked.

Clint did his best to lift it as well, and Steve went to lift it, and he got it to move a little bit, which Thor was kind of nervous about, but then Steve gave up. "Natasha, you're up," Steve said. "Oh no, that's not a question I need answered," Natasha replied.

"Then that leaves you, Lady Y/N," Thor said. "Oh, no, I'm good," you responded. "Oh come on, Y/N, if you can take him down, I'm pretty sure you can lift up his hammer," Tony said. You sighed and said, "I'm only going to try once."

"That's fine, go Y/N," Tony said, making you laugh. You placed your hands around the handle of the hammer, and you started to pull. After about a minute, the hammer started moving.

You looked at Thor and he looked confused. You laughed and started to pull harder, the hammer started to move more and more. You almost got it to lift completely off the table, when all of a sudden all of the lights went out.

"You think that you are all worthy? No, how can you be worthy? You are all killers," A voice said. You gasped and looked behind you as some of the lights came back on. "Stark?" Steve asked. "Jarvis," Tony said in response. "I'm sorry I was asleep. Or...I was a-dream," the voice said, coming into the light now.

It was a silver suit, with cords hanging from it. It looked like an incomplete version of Iron Man's suit. "Reboot, we got a buggy suit," Tony said, tapping the device he was holding in his hand.

"There was a terrible noise, and I was tangled in strings. I had to kill the other guy. He was a good guy," the suit said. "You killed someone?" Steve asked. "Wouldn't have been my first call, but, down in the real world we're faced with ugly choices," it replied.

"Who sent you?" Thor questioned. "I see a suit of armor around the world," the suit said, only in Tony's voice, as if he was replaying a message. "Ultron," Bruce said. "In the flesh, or, no, not yet, not this...chrysalis, but I'm ready, I'm on a mission," Ultron announced.

"What mission?" Natasha asked. "Peace in our time," Ultron replied, and then all of a sudden, Tony's bots started attacking you and the rest of the team. You fought through them and destroyed a lot of them.

"I'm sorry, that was dramatic, I know you mean well, you just didn't think it through. You want to protect the world, but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to evolve?" Ultron questioned.

He then continued to say, "With these bots, these puppets? There's only one path to peace: The Avengers' extinction." Thor suddenly threw his hammer at Ultron and destroyed him into pieces.

"I had strings, but now I'm free. There are no strings on me, no strings on me," Ultron's voice sang, though his body was destroyed. You and the team looked at Tony and Bruce. "Explain this," Steve said.
