So I finally finished it.  It took me about five hours altogether.  This was my first time doing digital art so keep that in mind.

Pay Homage to All Might
Prevents user from unintentionaly deactivating quirk
4)  First Aid Kit
It's kind of self explanitory
5)  Hand Speaker
Helps user direct quirk
6)  Handcuffs
Helps restrain adversaries
7)  Boots
Pays homage to Present Mic
8)  Boot Soles
Slightly rounded to help user travel quickly and quietly
9)  Dark Color Scheme
Helps user remain unseen in stealth situations

I know it's not great, but it's better than what we had before.
