Before all of that happened, Kara went over to Emma and Sophia's room after her classes were over. Before she had a chance to even know, Emma opened the door.

"Hi, you're Kara. Right?" Sophia asked her before Emma could speak. "Don't worry about Emma, she's a bit...rough around the edges."

"Huh." Kara shrugged. "I heard that you ran into my brother the other day."

"Adopted brother from the looks of things." Emma said, still looking into Kara's mind.

"Right. I was told you were a mind reader." Kara finally noticed. "Your people skills could use some work." Emma then sent a glare and Kara saw Sophia was the voice of reason between them. "So, anyways, what is it you wanted to know about my brother?"

"We just thought it was cool seeing a human who actually liked mutants and wanted to know more about him." Sophia answered as a bird landed on her shoulder and tweeted. "Oh, shut up." She told the bird.

"Huh?" Kara questioned.

"Sorry, I speak to animals." Sophia explained to her and looked over to the bird. "They can be quite the chatterboxes."

"Well, Peter's a nice guy. Not really good talking with others, but he's a chatty guy." Kara shrugged. "Easy to get along with if you take the time. Doesn't really care about if you're different or not."

"Oh, really? We saw that when Kurt gave him a heart attack." Sophie commented with a laugh.

Kara laughed at that when she then heard something going on and looked out the window and saw what looked to be...men coming out of the ocean.

"That's not normal here, is it?" Kara asked, getting their attention as they looked out and saw them marching out.

"Uh oh." Emma and Sophia said in unison.

At Stark tower, the alarms started blaring and the remaining team ran to see what's happening.

"What's going on?" Steve asked.

Banner activated the screens and what they saw was a giant wave of water was coming for them.

"The mother of all tidal waves is heading for the Eastern Seaboard." Clint said in shock at what their seeing.

"ETA to impact?" Wayne asked them.

"Twenty minutes." Natasha informed them.

"How can we stop something like that?" Steve asked them.

"We can't." Wayne says to them all.

Atlantis

Namor started to wake back up and was shocked to see that they were inside cocoons and immediately broke himself out, quickly followed by him smashing open the others pods and freeing them.

"Well, I can't say that was the weirdest situation I've been in." Tony commented.

"I don't even wanna know." Hal stated, not wanting to know how he's been in weirder than that.

"Orm killed our queen to siege war with the surface. He must pay!" Aquaria snarled in anger.

"And he will." Diana agreed with her.

"I, still foggy on how you escaped." Hal said to Namor.

"The magic used in the trident can only be defeated by someone of royal blood." Aquaria explained with a smile.

"Well, I say we take out blessings and get the hell out of here." Tony stated as he got into contact with the team. "Hey, guys, you there?"

"We're here. But you guys better get up here fast." Wayne warned them. "A tidal wave is about to hit the city."

"I leave the office for one day." Tony sighed. "Guys, we've got problems."

Peter was going around the house when he noticed the approaching wave and people running in terror.

"Uh...anyone else seeing that?" Peter asked.

The family and Megan all walked over to the window and were shocked at what they were seeing.

Orm was leading his forces into battle as S.H.I.E.L.D. quickly brought all of their firepower down to fight back. But before a war could break out, Fury decides to try at least breaking peace.

"Atlanteans!" Fury called out. "This is Director Fury of S.H.I.E.L.D. I ask of you to stand down."

"I am King Orm of Atlantis, Director." Orm stated. "And you are in no position to issue orders." He then raised his hand and pointed to the bridge. "Kill the humans! For Atlantis!"

But before the fire could go off, a giant shield came down as they saw it came from Jean who came down, along with other members of the X-Men.

"Leave! Now!" Jean demanded them, ready to to fight them off with her friends.

"Kill them all!" Orm demanded as they raced at the government and group of mutants, who have left the house undefended.

Mostly.

Back at the X-Mansion itself, Kara flew and punched one of the soldiers approaching and sent it flying back into the ocean.

"Everyone inside!" Emma called, using her telepathic abilities to get the message out for the other kids to get back into the mansion.

Rogue quickly came down and smashed the ground, sending a shockwave that sent more of the Atlantans down.

Quickly, a ball of fire rained down and smashed down onto another one of them and revealed to be Samuel Alexander.

"Atlantis is real and are here to invade." Sam commented as he kicked one of them, hard enough that he was flown into the sky. "Aliens were discovered, and they came to invade. What's next? Are mole people gonna be discovered and invade us!?" He then blasted himself towards the tank rising from the ocean and blasted it in half.

"Who are you?" Emma asked as she and Kara came over to see him.

"Oh, hey." Sam greeted and removed his helmet to show his face to them. "I'm Sam. I was told to come save you guys by this bug headed alien that lives on the moon." He then heard himself out loud and realized how stupid his story sounds. "That...sounded less stupid in my head."

Emma quickly went through his mind and saw he was telling the truth. "He's safe."

"Okay, then what's going on?" Rogue asked as she looked to Sam.

"Like I said. Atlantis has invaded." Sam repeated his statement.

"You have no idea who or why, do you?" Kara asked, crossing her arms.

"That is only...completely true." Sam confessed with a nod.

Peter and his family were on their way out of the house at the same time the Vision's were on their way when they saw some soldiers approaching.

"Look out!" Megan cried as she grabbed and shielded Peter when an explosion went off.

The explosion leveled part of their homes, separating them all from one another. Peter started hearing nothing not the ringing in his ears when he looked up and saw Megan was holding up a giant piece of debris.

"Megan?" Peter asked when the dust began to clear, revealing to Peter Megan didn't exactly look like Megan. Instead, in her place was a green skinned figure with red hair, that indeed looked like Megan. "Oh my god."

"Yeah..." Megan sighed, seeing her secret was out. "I'm a Martian."

Peter wished this shocked him, but if anything, he's starting to learn to live with these shocks coming at him.

In the ocean, Hal, Tony, Diana, Aquaria, and Namor come flying out of the water and towards the land.

"Hello, boys!" Tony cried as he flew down and blasted two of them with his blasters. "We're ba-a-a-a-ack!" He then released a sonic frequency that took them down quickly.

The heroes quickly went back into the battle just as Hulk came crashing in and charged through the Atlantis people and crashed through the tanks.

Steve comes in and shields the water beams of energy as Clint and Natasha join him and Bruce flies in on the jet.

"What's the plan?" Clint asked as he and Nat took cover to then get a blockade between them. "Or is the plan shoot them all and serve them as fish sticks?"

"We take down Orm, the rest of the army will retreat." Aquaria assured them as she used her powers to take down the men.

"Okay, but we can't get close!" Hal reminded them as he used the ring to create a giant robot to crush the soldiers. "His magic can't be beat!"

"I can do it." Namor promised as he grabbed one of the soldiers and ripped their hand off as he then used the gun to take down some more. "Just get me close."

"We're working on it!" Logan claimed as he stabbed one in the head when they then looked and saw as Orm was approaching.

Cyclops walked ahead and aimed his eyes at him. "I've got this." He then released a beam of energy at him, only earning Orm to shield the blast with the trident.

"I admire your determination, but you cannot stop me." Orm stated.

Stark went in flying and punched Orm in the face as he had an opening with the beam. But Orm replied to that by slicing through his chest plate, revealing the arc reactor.

Stark seems to have underestimated him as he was then stabbed in the reactor, shutting his suit down.

"Jarvis!" Tony called out. "Get me another suit!"

"On its way, sir."

Diana then tried to take the trident, but it just started to suck the energy out of her. Sending her flying into the side of a truck.

Hulk came charging in and got ready to fight when Orm redirected the beam from Cyclops onto the Hulk, sending him flying through several buildings.

Bruce then leaped down to Hal to get some information on what's happened. "Hal. What happened down there?"

"Uh, cousin took over Atlantis. Another cousin came to find her cousin. That cousin, Namor, his mother was in charge. Now Orm killed his aunt, who is Namor's mother." Hal said, realizing that was hard to follow, but also saw that Bruce seemed to have followed it. "What? You followed that?"

Namor then saw the Avengers/Ultimates (call them whatever you want) weren't getting things done.

"Orm!" Namor called, getting Orm's attention as he tried to use the trident magic to take Namor down.

But that didn't work as Namor goes in and punched Orm in the chest. Orm quickly got over it and smacked Namor with the trident, sending him flying. But Namor wasn't down yet as he got back up and dodged another swing and punched him in the back.

Explosions go off as Richard and Mary tried to get up as smoke and debris covered their paths in every direction. Worried for their son, they started to get up and looking around and can't see him anywhere.

"Peter!" Mary cried out when Atlantis soldiers approach them.

They aimed their weapons when a beam of energy came in and shot them away. Expecting to see Kara, they were shocked when the beam didn't origin from Kara's eyes, but instead originate form a pink skinned being with a flowing yellow cape, the beam coming from his head.

He came flying down and punched another Atlantis soldier in the face and when one went to hit him, he phased through his body and then punched the soldier, killing him.

Looking over at the two shocked and confused parents, he decided to help them understand by merging into a human form they recognized.

"Vision?" Richard asked in shock.

"Mr. and Mrs. Parker." Vision nodded. "This is gonna take some explaining."

"Yeah, I think it will." Mary said in shock. "But first, we need to find Peter."

Peter looked up to see Megan was in her alien form, surprising Peter that she was really an alien.

"You...you're..." Peter tried to get the right words out but had nothing.

"Yeah, this was not how I thought today was gonna go." Megan said with a coy smile. "I'd love to explain everything, but I'm currently working on us not getting crushed."

That's when they heard a loud bark, followed by all the rubble and debris around them was shattered into dust. Looking, they were surprised to see it came from Krypto.

"Krypto!" Peter cheered, a little surprised to see Krypto also has powers. "Good boy!"

Some soldiers were able to find them, only to end up being attacked when they were saved by Viv who flew in with her Android form and saved them by crushing the soldiers with her strength.

"Hi." Viv greeted the two. "We have a lot that needs explaining."

"Yeah, I would say so." Peter agreed.

Grabbing Orm by the stupid cape, Namor tossed him across the city sending him into a nearby tall building. Falling down the side, Orm caught himself using the trident and landed safely.

But Namor was able to keep up as he slammed Orm into a vehicle.

Tony's new suit finally arrived, and he quickly exited his old one as Bruce found him.

"Stark. What's this Hal mentioned about Orm and the Queen?" Bruce asked him.

"Really?" Tony asked as his suit reformed around him. "The dude killed his aunt, blamed it on the surface. Confessed to everything right in front of us."

"Is that so?" Bruce asked with a smile. Something Tony found very uncomfortable. "And doesn't your suit record everything you see?"

"Yeah, everything I see goes straight through Jarvis and saved into the files." Tony said when he started to understand why Bruce would want to know. "Oooh."

Orm rammed the trident into Namor's shoulder, causing him to cry in pain as he was then slammed into the building.

"It ends now, cousin." Orm promised and pulled the trident out and went in for the kill when Aquarian's voice filled the air.

"You killed her!"

"I did. I ran the blade through her myself as she mewled for peace." Orm scoffed. "You can count yourself fortunate. At least your mother won't be the impediment to your life that she was to mine."

The scene ran on repeat as it then filled the air with the footage of Orm confessing to her murder.

"What is this?" Orm asked as the soldiers listened to what was being said.

"We have been betrayed!" One of them claimed as they looked at Orm as Namor got up.

"No, this deception is their surface magic!" Orm claimed as Aquaria was let go and walked over.

"Liar! I was there when Orm boasted about the murder of our queen." Aquaria stated as she looked to the army. "It was as it seems."

"I am your king!" Orm started to complain. "I did this for you."

That's when Namor came up and punched him in the face, knocking him down and taking the trident from him.

"Is this truly the king you want?" Namor asked them. "A coward who lies? You need a light to guide through the darkness."

"What are you doing?" Aquaria wondered, feeling he's actually living up to his responsibilities.

"Like you said." Namor shrugged. "They need me." He then turned to the others. "I was born of two worlds, join me and we will bridge those worlds in peace!"

It took a moment, almost fearing they wouldn't go with it, but they started to remove their masks and kneeled before their king in respect.

The other heroes came in and saw the two and the entire army kneeling and saw things would be back to a sort of normal.

"Huh, can't believe that worked." Tony commented.

"Which is why I knew it would work." Bruce said with a smile, getting a annoyed look from Tony.

"Hulk no smash?" Hulk asked.

"Not anymore, big guy." Clint was sorry to say.

NEXT DAY:

Peter, Viv and Megan were all sitting on top of their home while the adults were talking inside whilst S.H.I.E.L.D. was doing all they could to repair the city.

"So, my best friend's an alien from Mars, the last few of her species called the Green Martian. And my neighbor is part of a family of Androids." Peter recapped everything with a sigh. "My life is getting pretty insane."

"Yeah, it is." Megan admitted. "Just an FYI, I didn't know about Kara, I didn't come for information on her or anything."

"Well, that's nice to know." Peter supposed, happy at least their friendship was real.

"So, what's gonna happen next?" Viv wondered. "Do we just go about like nothing happened?"

"I'd say get ready for the next invasion." Peter warned them. "Considering that this is the second attack before the end of the year."

"Yeah, that's true." Megan had to agree.

Just then, Peter felt something crawling up his neck and reached back to pick at it when he felt a sharp pain pinch his neck.

"Gah!" Peter cried and smacked it, revealing that a spider had bitten him.

"You okay?" Viv wondered.

"Yeah, just some spider." Peter assured them. "Not the worst thing to happen today."

In the distance, a flaking figure appears in an alley, revealing a dark figure with glowing eyes and revealed a woman figure wearing an all-white outfit and what looked like a crescent moon over her eye.
