"H-hello...?"
Your voice echoed throughout the dark hallway.

Shadows moved against the walls and thunder boomed making you jump.

You whimpered before continuing on.

You couldn't sleep so you wanted to get a glass of milk but you were lost; and it was so dark...and scary...and-

BOOM!
CRACK!

You screamed before running in a random direction.

You huddled in a corner.

It's so dark and scary...all this trouble for a glass of milk...really?

"Hey..." Ike approached you.

You looked up.

"What are you doing there?"
You gulped before replying.
"I-I wanted to g-get a glass of m-milk but it's so scary and I-"

BOOM!

"Ah!" You covered your ears and sank deeper into the floor.

"A-and I got lost"
Your voice barely over a whisper.

Ike sighed and picked you up "c'mon"
"W-where are we going?"
"You want milk right?"

You got what he was trying to do and replied with a shy smile "thank you"

You couldn't exactly see but it looked like Ike could've been blushing.

You and Ike made your way to the kitchen and after getting some milk, he dropped you off at your room.

"Thanks again"
You murmured.

Ike shook his head "it's fine"

He left after that.

Your eyes drooped, you were really drowsy; you closed your eyes for a few seconds.

The next morning Ike found you sleeping in front of your door.
