Walking around the beautiful, green garden of the Smash Mansion, Lucina couldn't help but think.

How was she going to pull off coming out to her father?

She knew she needed people with her, standing by her, keeping her from being thrown away by her own father.

It was at that exact moment she heard a familiar voice.

"H-hey, Lucina!"

Lucina turned around, only to meet someone she knew well.

Robin. (Male)

"Hi?" Lucina replied.

She couldn't help but wonder why his face was tinted red.

"I've been talking to your father.... and he told me that you need a husband...."

He paused for a moment.

"And.... I volunteered!"

Lucina's heart almost stopped.

Her father wanted her.... to marry his faithful partner?

"R-Robin..."

Robin's eyes shone with sudden hope.

"I-I can't marry you..."

Robin's face dropped.

Lucina almost felt sorry for him.

"Why not...?"

"I'm.... I'm.... I'm lesbian, okay? The only person I will accept marrying is (Y/N). I'm sorry Robin, but the answer is no."

Lucina finished her sentence, and felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off of her shoulder.

Robin stared at her for a few moments, completely gobsmacked.

"Okay then.... I'll.... see you around...?"

Lucina just spun on her heel, and left him.

She did it with a smile on her gorgeous face.

Robin shrugged sadly, and turned around, attempting to make his way to the bench, but bumped in to a firm chest.

"What happened? Why did she leave?"

Robin looked up, only to see Chrom.

"She's lesbian, sir. She says she'll only marry...... (Y/N)."

Chrom stood there.

He couldn't think straight.

He had a lesbian daughter.

He... had a lesbian daughter... 

"I'm gonna talk to her." Chrom said coldly.

Robin could see Chrom's fury on his face.

"But, sir... shouldn't we just..."

"WHAT ARE YOU, A WEAKLING? YOU'RE JUST GONNA GIVE UP?"

Chrom's voice was heard all the way over from where Toon Link, Ness, Lucas, Villager and Mega Man were.

They looked at both Robin and Chrom, confused.

Chrom sighed.

"I'm going to talk to her. I'm going to make her marry you."

Robin knew this was the wrong thing to do.

But he can't respond to Chrom in a situation like this.

~(Meanwhile in the Meeting Room)~

"This is great, Lucy!" 

Isabelle was jumping up and down in her seat with joy.

"I'm just glad I told him. I don't have to worry about that anymore!" Said Lucina, smiling of relief.

"But... Lucina... what about your father?"

Everyone went silent after hearing what Female Byleth had to say.

After remembering, Lucina's smile faded.

And then, she realised something.

She then knew her father already found out...

...because he had sent Robin.

Lucina sprang out of her seat.

 "L-Lucy?" Stammered (Y/N).

"I think Robin has told father." Announced Lucina.

Everyone gasped of realisation.

"You're right!"

"Guys, I have to run. I'll catch you all later."

Lucina ran out of the room, leaving her group mates shocked.

Running outside to the front of the Smash Mansion, Lucina saw her father from a distance.

Her heart picked up a pace.

"Lucina." 

Her father set down her name as if he were thumping a table.

Lucina gulped.

"I've heard that you're in love with someone of your gender."

Lucina nodded.

"I will not accept this, Lucina."

Lucina could feel hot tears form in the corners of her eyes.

"But, father..."

"THERE'S NO 'BUTS', LUCINA. YOUR FUTURE WON'T BE WHAT YOU THINK IF YOU END UP WITH HER. I WON'T LET YOU LOVE HER, I WON'T." Chrom bellowed, making Lucina suddenly feel small, and weak.

Her father was taking over her.

"What kind of father are you?"

Lucina looked down beside her, and saw a familiar raven-haired boy with a cap.

Her eyes widened in surprise.

"Go play, kid. This is none of your business." Chrom spat.

Ness didn't even move an inch.

"The way you're treating Lucina right now isn't fair. She's allowed to decide her future." 

"I said SCRAM!" 

Chrom was getting angrier by the second.

"I'm not leaving." Ness remarked.

"None of us are."

And that was when every single fighter filed up behind himself and Lucina.

Lucina gasped of surprise.

There was Toon Link, Lucas, Villager and Mega Man revolving around their psychic friend, Sonic tutting and tapping his foot in disappointment, Samus cracking her knuckles and frowning under her helmet, Bowser and his son, looking like they were ready for a fight, Rosalina and Luma, Daisy, Zelda, Palutena and Peach with piercing glints in their eyes, Captain Falcon applauding sarcastically, Roy, Marth, and Ike looking like they had been let down terribly, even Robin was in the clan!

But most importantly, there was (Y/N), who stood beside Lucina with pride.

Isabelle stood on the other side of her, and held Lucina's hand reassuringly.

"What on earth? How are there-" 

Chrom was lost for words.

"We're all against the way you don't want your daughter living the way she is." Rosalina said straight forward.

"She should be allowed to go down her own path." Lucas spoke.

"It's not her fault her sexuality is different!" Samus growled.

"A father should love his daughter for who she is." Mr Game and Watch wrote on his notepad.

"Well done. You've won the award for the most unsupportive father ever!" Said Captain Falcon, rolling his eyes.

"You should just let her live the way she wants, Chrom. Even you'll feel good then!" Wii-chan calmly told Chrom.

"You can't hold her back from her dreams. It's not what a father who truly loves his child would do!" Pit reminded him.

Pauline's beautiful was then heard.

"What kind of father would take his own daughter's rights away?

And what kind of father would hate his own daughter if she were gay?

I can only imagine what the first lady has to say!

Pauline's singing soaked in to Chrom's heart like water to a sponge.

He had suddenly realised....

...why was he treating his own daughter like this?

He couldn't speak, he was shocked at his own actions, nothing but hot tears streamed down his face.

"You're all correct.... I shouldn't.... I shouldn't be doing this..." 

Seeing her father cry only made Lucina cry.

"F-father..."

She let go of Isabelle's hand, and lunged herself at Chrom, pulling him in to a tight, forgiving embrace.

Chrom hugged back, allowing himself to cry in her shoulder.

(Y/N) watched, her heart filled with emotions.

Isabelle hugged her waist, as tears started to spill down from (Y/N)'s eyes.

As Chrom and Lucina let each other go, Chrom whispered meaningfully to her.

"I'm sorry..."

Lucina smiled and wiped the last of her tears, and a huge cheer erupted from everyone who had been debating.

Some were hugging, crying, and even kissing!

Lucina hugged her father once more.

"Thank you..."

"Now, listen to me, Lucy. I want you to go and confess to (Y/N), okay?"

Lucina nodded her head.

~(A small while later)~

Lucina was beyond happy.

A lot had been cleared off of her chest that day.

Beaming as she was talking to Isabelle and (Y/N), she remembered what her father had told her.

"It's getting late... and I've gotta make a small return to Smashville tomorrow. Mr Nook needs his bells. I'll leave you to it!" Said Isabelle.

"Okay! See you in a few days, then!" (Y/N) waved.

Isabelle gave both Lucina and (Y/N) a small cuddle before giving a Greetings Reaction and running down the Smash Mansion hall to her room.

"I'm gonna hit the hay too. What happened today was tiring!" (Y/N) yawned.

"Of course! Can I walk you to your room?" Asked Lucina.

(Y/N)'s face tinted a slight pink.

"S-sure!"

Lucina and (Y/N) walked in silence for a few moments.

"Was the whole getting-everyone-in-smash Rosalina's idea?" Lucina asked (Y/N).

"It actually wasn't. The kids came to us and told us about Chrom shouting at Robin, and said that they had a plan to give you your rights!" (Y/N) replied.

They both giggled.

A few moments later they had made it to (Y/N)'s door.

"So, I guess this is the part where we say goodbye to today!" Said (Y/N).

"Hehe... before you go..."

Lucina blushed.

"There's something I wanna tell you."

Lucina grabbed both of (Y/N)'s hands and looked her straight in the eyes.

(Y/N) went red at this sudden action.

Lucina paused for a moment, before going straight forward.

"I really like you, (Y/N). It was you I was talking about during this whole situation. You're the person who I chose over Robin."

(Y/N)'s eyes shone.

Her face went darker.

"I-I-I.... like you too, Lucina...."

(Y/N) had suddenly become extremely shy.

She looked down in embarrassment, but Lucina grabbed her chin and lifted her gaze back up, forcing (Y/N) to look her in the eyes.

And then, yes, she closed the gap between them.

(Y/N)'s eyes widened in surprise, but after a few moments, she melted in to the kiss.

Both (Y/N) and Lucina's insides were on fire.

A few moments later, they separated.

"Good night, (Y/N)." Lucina smiled.

"G-good night, Lucy..."

(Y/N) entered her room, closed the door behind her, waited until Lucina left, and fangirled immensely.

There was an angry knock through the walls.

"Sorry, MewTwo!" Called (Y/N).

~(the next morning)~

"I'M BACK! What'd I miss?"

Everyone gave Min-Min a 'seriously' look.
