It has been a few months since Mario has become an order in the world. Many people believe he is doing the right thing, but there are people who don't believe he is. These people gather to create a community known as, The Resistance. Mario's brother, Luigi, created this community. He makes the plans, mapping, and keeps his mouth shut on Sonic's location while some people do the same.

Luigi was looking at the map of the Mushroom Kingdom borders. "We can't attack from the north. There will be too many soldiers and the citizens would most likely report our appearances to the soldiers and Mario, who can defeat us easily! Even the fact that we are also could be fighting people like Link, Villager, and many more!" Luigi told Pit and Palutena.

Well, then we can do a counter-attack," Palutena said to Luigi. "We will need some sneaky people who can get in."

"But Mario has the whole place being guarded! Every corner!" Luigi told her.

Palutena then used her staff to create a hologram of Peach's castle. She then made the castle see through and it seems there were hidden passages throughout the castle. "These are the hidden passages in Peach's castle. I think these were used for Peach to escape Bowser when he went to kidnap her," Palutena said.

"Wow, I never knew she had passages hidden through the castle!" Luigi said, a bit shocked.

"We need to fully explore these all the way. I'll need some time alone for the best option to sneak into the castle," Palutena said as the hologram disappeared.

"Alright, Pit! Could you make a team that can sneak in?" Luigi asked, turning his head over to Pit.

"Yes sir!" Pit said as he turned around and headed out the door.

"I'll start working now," Palutena said as she faded away.

Luigi walked over to his desk and laid his head down on his desk. He would soon fall asleep, freeing his mind from his many worries.

Meanwhile at Peach's Castle, Mario sat on the throne and was bored, when suddenly a Toad ran up the stairs. "Whatcha want?" Mario said as his voice echoed through the castle.

"We have spotted Sonic in Hyrule!" the Toad said, with a bit of a frown.

Mario grinned and told the Toad, "Send some of my best troops to capture him!"

"Yes sir!" the Toad said, running out of the castle.

One of Mario's eyes turned yellow and the other dark and he laughed. "Here I come, hedgehog!"
