Backstory: Kevin used to be an orphaned child until he was adopted by the Rose Family. As the time passes by he started getting abused and neglected. Having had enough, he runs away and meets Velvet Scarlatina and Yagyu, who were running away from bullies and perverts from Union Academy. He helped them to escape and almost died by the beatings from those who chased the two girls. But he was saved by the redeemed Lex Luthor and accepted to become one of the Dekaranger. He becomes Velvet's boyfriend after they met again. Yagyu also confessed her feelings towards him. Kevin also became friends with Richard Yagami, Izuku Midoriya, Terry McGinnis and America Chavez, besides considering Lex Luthor and Kali Belladonna as a family he never had.
