Ginei: The Public Safety Committee, they're like a more aggressive version of Student Police. In order to protect the peace of Yokai Academy, a military group was established in order to control evil by force. They were organized by the students like a police group.

Ginei: They barely ever do anything. As time passed, they've became more like a corrupt gang of Yakuza, making their force do the talking while they collect money and tributes. They said that if we're going to hand out the paper we have to get their permission, which means they were truly asking us to pay them off. 

Moka: I can't believe they're getting away with something so messed up!

Ginei: We just got to give in. We've got to burn all the newspapers to show them that we're not going to stand up against them!
