You were ready to train with the entire team, now having Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, and Ishida along for the ride! 

Blake: So, what exactly is going to be our training then (Y/N)? 

(Y/N): Well, we enhance our spiritual abilities, and then get to our physical capabilities by going up against each other! For example, Yang and Chad spar together, since their physical strength is their greatest asset. I think Weiss and Ishida would work well together since both of you have speed and special strategies. Blake's shadow beasts would definitely help for Orihime to use her Fullbring's defensive and offensive skills together, and I'll go sparring with Ruby and Ichigo since you're both really fast and strong when pushed into a corner! Or even better- 

Ichigo: Oh no, what do you have planned now, (Y/N)? 

(Y/N): I call upon some extra help for later. 

Ichigo: Oh, good. 

And so... 

The sparring began with Yang and Chad both punching at each other over and over, and Chad using his right arm to defend against Yang's blows, and then ramming her down to hit her with his left arm! 

Yang: Geez, Chad! I forgot how strong you can be! 

Chad: I haven't stopped practicing after the Quincy Invasion. 

Yang: I can tell! But, the thing is- 

She used Armament Haki! 

Yang: I got a lot more where that came from! 

Then Chad unleashed it as well! 

Yang: HUH?! 

Chad: I'm not going to lose again. 

Yang: FINE! LET'S DO THIS! 

Weiss used her glyphs to dodge arrow fire from Ishida! 

Weiss: So, are you just going to keep shooting, Uryu? Or are you going to use that trap? 

Ishida: Why do you think I've lured you around this long? 

She stepped on the floor where a bunch of Seele Schnieders were placed to create a square. 

Ishida: SPRENGER! 

He tossed a vial of Reishi, unleashing a blast of energy, only for it to be revealed as an ice clone! 

Ishida: Damn it! Where did she- 

Weiss created an ice bow that was similar to Ishida's with her Ice Maker Magic and fired arrows at him! 

Ishida: Not bad, Weiss, you've improved. 

Weiss: And you haven't gotten sloppy, since Yhwach's invasion. 

Then that's when Ishida activated his Voltstanding. 

Ishida: I'm not holding back. 

Weiss: Neither am I! 

She activated her Demon Slayer Mode! 

Weiss: ICE ZEROTH SWORD! 

Ishida: STERNESAUB! 

Ishida summoned several arrows and combined them into a massive arrow, and Weiss stopped it with her sword! 

Weiss: AVAN STRASH!!! 

She cut it down, only to find herself surrounded by several more arrows. 

Weiss: Nice one. 

He had them close on her! 

Blake unleashed her Shadow Beasts on Orhime, who held out her hands and chanted- 

Orihime: I REJECT! 

She defended, stopping the beasts in their tracks, and then Blake swung her katana and her Nichirin Blade, then Orihime used her Fullbring to defend again, and reflected the attack right back at Blake, sending her flying! 

Blake: Orihime, that was- 

Orihime: Oh, I'm sorry, Blake! I didn't mean to hurt you too badly! 

Blake: No, that was really good! You've gotten stronger! 

Orihime: I ... have? Oh! Thank you! I don't want to lag behind, or else I would just be a burden. 

Blake: Orihime is still such a pure-hearted soul. She's always putting everyone first before herself. She really is the heart amongst herself and all her friends. 

Orihime: I'm doing whatever I can. Especially because- 

They both turned to see you, Ruby, and Ichigo fighting with each other! 

(Y/N) and Ichigo: GETSUGA TENSHOU!!! 

Ruby: RASENGAN! BLOOM: BARA NO TOGE!

Ruby unleashed her Zanpakuto and started to slash everywhere, unleashing vines and thorns! 

Ruby: AVAN STRASH GARDEN! 

The thorns and vines attacked her sparring partners over and over again! 

Eventually... 

(Y/N): Okay, I think we all worked really hard, so now we move on to the next phase! 

Ichigo: And that is? 

???: What do you think? 

???2: We get serious. 

Rukia and Renji appeared. 

Ruby: Hey! Rukia! Renji! What great timing! 

Yang: Any chance that you know about those damn Hollows? 

Rukia: Yes, we've encountered them before. 

Renji: Those damn things were hard enough to shake off. 

Ichigo: You ran away? 

Renji: It's best not to try and fight a battle you know you could lose. 

Ichigo: Where are those guts now, huh? 

Renji: Shut up, Ichigo! You were barely alive last time! 

Ichigo: We actually fought! 

(Y/N), Weiss, and Ishida: OH SHUT UP! 

Orihime: Come on guys, there's no need to fight now! 

Ruby: Yeah, I'm sure we got a good plan now! Right, Rukia? 

Rukia: Yes. So- 

She revealed her art book. 

Rukia: We train a bit more to increase our abilities again, and then we'll rendezvous with some of the other Soul Reapers who have arrived here to hunt for any more of those Hollows. 

Chad: How long did it take for you to finish that, Rukia? 

Rukia: A couple of minutes ago. 

Ichigo: Still looks like shi- 

Rukia punched Ichigo in the stomach before he could finish. 

Rukia: Can you make any better artwork? 

Ichigo: N-No. 

Rukia: That's what I thought. 

Meanwhile... 

Gin was observing from a tall building in Vale City. 

Gin: My, it looks like several of my old comrades have come. This should be very interesting indeed. 

???: So, you managed to worm your way out of hell, Gin Ichimaru? 

Toshiro appeared behind Gin. 

Gin: Oh, hello there, Captain Hitsugaya. 

Toshiro: You've got some nerve showing your face here again. 

Gin: How is Izuru these days? 

Toshiro: He's fine. 

Gin: And what about Rangiku? Does she still think of m- 

Toshiro: You leave her out of this! 

Gin: Aw, don't be like that. I just want to ask how my oldest friend is doing. I would never do anything to hurt her. 

Toshiro: Like I'll believe any word you say, you psychopath! I'm sending you right back to where you belong! 

Toshiro unsheathed Hyorinmaru as he prepared to unleash its Shikai. 

Gin: Well, looks like this is going to be fun. 

Gin released Shinso from its sheath. 

Both Captain and Former Captain took their stances as they got ready to fight!
