Yasuho rubbed her eyes as she couldn't believe what she saw.

Yasuho: That was Ms. Mitsuba! What's gotten into her? Was it like the hairclip?

That's when her phone rang!

(Y/N): Yasuho!

Yasuho: (Y/N)!

(Y/N): Rai, the girls, and I are looking for the ambulance that was at the orchard fire. I'm certain whoever grabbed the Locacaca branch came in a certain ambulance here.

Ruby: It doesn't look like there are records of ambulances going anywhere.

Medaka: That could mean, it came from somewhere, and took the Locacaca Branch. Either way, you should look at the video with Paisley Park.

Weiss: And on your end?

Yasuho: I saw Ms. Mitsuba.

Sunset: Who is Mitsuba?

(Y/N): Jobin's wife and Tsurugi's mom. I don't know much about her, because she kind of avoided me.

Yasuho: Yes, well, she was being pushed in a wheelchair.

Nora: Well, guess that means she's paralyzed. Or someone broke her legs.

Rin: Nora, is that your usual assumption?

Nora: Well, or she's got some freaky disease.

Yasuho: Actually, something seemed odd about her legs. They looked rough and dry, as if they were coming apart.

(Y/N): WHAT?!

Rai: What did you say?!

Pyrrha: Well have to go!

You all started running for the hospital!

(Y/N): Yasuho! We're on our way now! GET OUT OF THERE! Stay away from Mitsuba!

Yasuho hung up as she checked out the video of the ambulance, and then went to the office of Dr. Tomoki.

She saw that he was the one reaching for the fake branch!

Yasuho: So he- AGH!

The door slammed into her face as Mitsuba came out!

Yasuho: Ms. Mitsuba, you- HUH?!

She saw her legs were fine now!

Yasuho: (rubbing her eyes) How are her legs fine now? Moments before they were rough and dry!

Mitsuba: Yasuho, is that you?

Yasuho: AGH!

Mitsuba: Hey, it's me Mitsuba. You're Joshu's friend right?

Yasuho; Yeah, hi.

Mitsuba hugged her.

Mitsuba: Glad to see you! You're so cute as always!

Yasuho blushed hard.

Mitsuba: Are you here to see someone?

Yasuho: No, I actually need some medicine for menstrual pain.

Mitsuba: I see. That's important to take care of.

Yasuho: Mitsuba, where is your physician, Dr. Tomoki? I saw your legs before, and they were-

Mitsuba: What about my legs? I'm perfectly fine. The skin of my head just had a bit of an allergic reaction.

Yasuho looked into the examination room.

Yasuho: Where's the wheelchair?

Mitsuba: Wheelchair? Are you mistaking me for someone else? The truth is Yasuho.

She has Yasuho put her hands on her breasts.

Mitsuba: I came here to get my breasts enlarged. Amazing right? I'd say they were no worse than when I was a teenager.

Yasuho looked around, and saw the wheelchair in the table!

As she turned, she saw Mitsuba drinking water and eating something!

Yasuho: (Y/N)!!

She dialed your phone number as a loud noise erupted!

Mitsuba: AAAAARGH!! WHAT IS THAT NOISE?!

Suddenly, a fragment shot into Yasuho's ear, and she collapsed!

(Y/N): Yasuho?! YASUHO! Are you okay?!

Outside the Hospital...

You, Rai, and the girls arrived at the hospital.

Rin: No answer?

(Y/N): Nothing.

Sunset: Looks like Yasuho encountered a Stand User.

Ruby: Yeah, Stand Users are involuntarily drawn toward each other after all. Wait, could Mitsuba be a Stand User?

(Y/N): I wouldn't put it past her. Jobin and Tsurugi are already Stand Users.

Rai: Something strange is going on here. What we need to do is investigate further.

(Y/N): Yeah, for sure.

Back with Yasuho...

Mitsuba was on top of Yasuho.

Yasuho: Mitsuba, you're too heavy! Get off!

Mitsuba: HUH?!

She got off.

Mitsuba: Yasuho, why are you on the floor?

Yasuho: Mitsuba, are you my enemy?! Did you eat a Locacaca fruit?

Mitsuba: Fruit? What are you talking about? I don't know anything about a fruit like that.

Yasuho: What about Wu Tomoki? Where was he before he came here?

Mitsuba: Really, I don't know. I just came for a breast augmentation.

Yasuho: I know you're eating Locacaca! Did they give it to you in another form?! There should have been an equivalent exchange!!

Mitsuba: A what?!

That's when Yasuho saw something on her fingers!

Yasuho: He's a Rock Human! Dr. Tomoki is a Rock Human! Mitsuba! Did you see my cell phone anywhere?

She felt it was affecting her movement.

Mitsuba: She can't move. And-

Mitsuba couldn't move either.

Mitsuba: It must be affecting me too!

She looked around for Yasuho's phone, and found it all smashed!

Yasuho: My phone! It-

From Mitsuba's fingers, came Little Rock particles!

Yasuho was getting swarmed by them!

Yasuho: PAISLEY PARK!!!

Paisley Park grabbed a bunch of medical equipment and removed the particles inside of Yasuho!

Yasuho: Come on Mitsuba! We have to go!

She grabbed her by the arm!

Mitsuba: I swear, I just wanted my beauty to be intact!

Yasuho: The guy in your body is a Rock Human! They desire the Locacaca not for money, but for the Equivalent Exchange! They're using something about you right now to get the Equivalent Exchange!

???: Yasuho Hirose, all of your statements are correct for the most part, but making money is what I desire. After all, money makes the world go round. You may leave if you wish, but not you Mitsuba Higashikata, I haven't finished with your examination.

Tomoki appeared as rock particles!

Yasuho: COME ON!!

The two girls began to run!

Mitsuba: Yasuho, listen, there's something I haven't told Jobin yet, I'm pregnant!

Yasuho: WHAT?!

Mitsuba: Yasuho, if you mentioned Equivalent Exchange, then what got traded away?

She manifested her Stand!

She began to remember what Tomoki said.

Tomoki's Words: 100 percent of the patients I accept are healed. And I make their desires come true. Your head, skin, breasts, and lower jaw are all connected to your body. I'll take care of the whole gynecology as well. This is your 13th week, you're pregnant, aren't you?

Mitsuba: I don't remember anything else after that. I was brought into another room deep in the Gynecology Department. I don't have any memory past there. That's when I met you. I came here so that Dr. Wu could heal my head skin, and that he did. But what was the treatment? I've been treated by him several times, but I don't know what the actual treatment was!

Yasuho: Nevermind that! Let's get out of here!

Dr. Tomoki's particles kept coming!

Tomoki: My body can reduce to tiny particles and scatter. I call this ability, Dr. Wu.

Both Yasuho and Mitsuba fell down, coughing!

Yasuho: I swallowed some!

Mitsuba: So did they!

Mitsuba pointed to everyone in the lobby who swallowed the particles!

They both fell down as Tomoki appeared!

Tomoki: Wu Tomoki never fails. Foreign substances entering a person's body caused an allergic reaction, this includes blood congestion in the eyelids, sneezing, and muscle contraction. Allergies can even send one into shock. Mitsuba Higashikata, I need your body. It's a valuable source of information and money. You can freely go from the Higashikata's house. I know all about your son and his Stand too.

As he sent some drugs with his particles, Mitsuba created two arrows!

Mitsuba: Yasuho, we have to go back to the gynecology room!

The arrows stopped the particles!

She then created another arrow which she used for her and Yasuho to get over Tomoki!

Mitsuba: Any of the arrows I make can send your attacks in another direction! It's called Awakening III Leaves!! I can move energy to the points of arrow marks! With three arrows, I can move a small point of energy to the space they surround! Let's go Yasuho!

They both raced to the elevator and as Mitsuba used another arrow to stop the particles-

Yasuho: Mitsuba! The fingers! The point where you made the equivalent exchange! What is that?

Tomoki appeared!

Tomoki: Wu Tomoki never fails! If you eat a Locacaca fruit, the parts that you exchanged are-

She saw little hands!

Mitsuba: NOOOOOOO!

It was her unborn child!

Yasuho: YOU BASTARD!!!

Tomoki: No, you are the evil ones. I always grant the desires. This equivalent exchange is in public interest. But it is also an absolute secret. The Locacaca's secret is nothing but a good for society. That is not evil. WU TOMOKI!!

He unleashed himself into her mouth, but Mitsuba created three arrows at once to send him to the ground and tied him down with medical tape!

Yasuho put the tape down so he couldn't escape!

Mitsuba: This is too serious. Do you think that the  rest of my child is alive inside of me?

Yasuho: I don't know, but those arms look alive.

Mitsuba angrily stomped on Tomoki, and used her arrows to shoot his body apart!

Yasuho then used the medical tape to pin him to the wall.

Tomoki's head was grabbed!

Mitsuba tossed him out the open window!

Mitsuba: Yasuho, I remember now. I saw the Locacaca.

Yasuho: It's possible that if you eat one, you can save your child!

Mitsuba used her stand to send the arms into her!

Mitsuba: Let's go!

They rushed off and Yasuho bumped into-

???: Oh, hello Yasuho.

Yasuho: TOORU?!

Tooru (Yasuho's ex boyfriend! Works at the hospital as an intern! Voiced by the late Billy Kametz!)

Tooru: Yep, it's me.

Yasuho: What are you doing here?!

Tooru: I work here. Anything you need?

Yasuho: Yes! Go and find a guy named (Y/N)! He's in the lobby!

Tooru: Is he your friend?

Yasuho: Yep!

Tooru: I see! On it!

Back with Yasuho and Mitsuba...

The two opened a door where they saw recordings of Tomoki!

He was talking about the Locacaca.

They saw all the Locacaca in the room!

Yasuho: There is an incalculable risk. You don't know what parts will be exchanged to save them.

Mitsuba: Don't worry, if I just run away from this with the excuse, "I didn't know," I'll never live it down. 

Mitsuba ate one of the Locacaca. 

Mitsuba: It tastes like a fig, not sweet, with a bitter taste. 

Yasuho heard a gravely noise. 

Yasuho: Hey, it sounds like there's something hard you're chewing. 

Mitsuba: Take this Yasuho. 

She gave her one of the arrows. 

And it sent her flying! 

Mitsuba: HUH?! YASUHO?! WHAT HAPPENED?! 

The sprinklers activated as Yasuho was flying everywhere! 

Yasuho: AAAAAAAAAAARGH! 

She crashed into glass and test tubes! 

Yasuho: DR. TOMOKI! He was inside the Locacaca Fruit! Mitsuba ate the fragments along with the fruit! He went through the water out those irrigation sprinklers! Mitsuba! 

Mitsuba: I know, Yasuho. I realized it right now, but I can't control it. 

Tomoki: It's like I said before, I never fail. 

The arrows were closing in. 

Yasuho: This is not good! 

Tomoki: Oh, also, that mother doctor is currently hospitalized here. Holly Joestar she failed in her research of the Locacaca! 

That's when Yasuho sent out the medical tape, and the arrows went to Mitsuba! 

Yasuho: Mitsuba, turn your face to the side a bit more! 

Mitsuba was knocked into the Locacaca! 

Yasuho: Watch that you don't get infected, not by Tomoki's fragments or by the Locacaca! We have to get out of here! 

Tomoki: I enter the patient's body to protect them! Then Equivalent Exchange can happen! Otherwise, there is a significant chance the brain will be infected! 

They started running as the particles of Tomoki came out of the Locacaca! 

Tomoki: How about you eat some more?! I'll turn these Locacaca into fragments and make you eat 100 of them! 

As they were getting pelted with particles, suddenly they stopped because of- 

Pyrrha: We made it! 

You and the girls stood there! 

(Y/N): This is the place! 

Rai: We made it in time. 

Yasuho: You guys! 

Sunset: These are the Locacaca! The Rock Humans did their research here. 

Yasuho: Careful! There's all sorts of viruses contaminating this room! And he might still be around in fragment form! 

(Y/N): Is that so? Well ,don't you worry- 

Bubbles were around the fragments. 

(Y/N): I coated the bubbles in medicinal cement, and it's a type of reinforced cement that is used for filling chipped bones. Once the cement hardens, it's semi-permanent! 

Tomoki began to harden as he tried to scream! 

Jeanne: Hey Rai, what do you think? 

Rai: It looks like the Locacaca Branch isn't here. These are the old types. 

Nora: IN THAT CASE! 

Rin: Nora, what are you- 

Nora smashed the Locacaca and machines to pieces! 

Nora: HA! SUCK ON THAT YOU ROCK SCUM! 

(Y/N): (whistling) Nice one, Nora. 

Ruby: Wait, so they don't have the branch? But what about the ambulance? What was that doctor guy doing? 

Yasuho: He was trying to use Mitsuba's body, but Dr. Tomoki didn't know where it was. His plan was to manipulate Mitsuba from teh inside to get to the Higashikata Estate. 

(Y/N): The Higashikata Estate? 

Medaka: For all we know, the branches could have been swapped. (Y/N), you were chasing after Poor Tom for the branch, but you couldn't get to it because Dr. Tomoki grabbed it. But it's possible that someone else grabbed it. Someone who was related to the destruction of the Higashikata Orchard. 

That's when you all realized it- 

Team (Y/N): JOBIN! 

You all got into the golden Lamborghini as you noticed something about Mitsuba. 

(Y/N): Mitsuba, your nose is- 

Mitsuba had a stone nose. 

Mitsuba: It worked, the Equivalent Exchange worked. 

Yang: Hey, (Y/N), you think you can use Mimic to fix that? 

(Y/N): I'll give it some thought. 

Rai: I managed to get some data from the back room while Nora was smashing everything. 

Nora: Oh good, well, that's a relief. 

Rin: Did you have to do that? 

Nora: Hey, they're the bad guys, and we're making sure they don't benefit off of this! 

(Y/N): Exactly. I've had enough of these Rock Humans for too long! So, waht do we have? 

Rai: Dr. Wu Tomoki was an orthopedic surgeon who specialized in neurosurgery. There was Ryo Shimosaito, known as Urban Guerilla. He was a specialist in Gastrointestinal diseases. Poor Tom was a specialist in Infertility Treatment. 

Jeanne: And anyone else? 

Rai: Yes, the Head Doctor. No one knows his name. 

(Y/N): I still can't believe Urban Guerilla and Poor Tom are doctors. 

Weiss: Either way, all three of them are dead now, so we don't have to worry. But whoever this Head Doctor is, he's clearly the mastermind behind this Locacaca Business. And he must be the Boss of Damo's crew. 

Yasuho did some research. 

Yasuho: His name is Satoru Akefu, but no one has ever seen him. No photos of him exist after all. 

Rai: Doesn't matter, because we know for sure, he's a Rock Human. 

(Y/N): Of course. Hey, Yasuho, let's try and find something about this Head Doctor. 

You all walked in to look for the Head Doctor...
