(Y/N): Not just them. 

Ruby: We all did it together! 

Bakura: I felt Yugi's pain of fighting and the joy of winning! 

Tristan: I feel like we fought alongside him. 

Ruby: We sure did! 

Joey: Aw man, you guys said what I wanted to say! 

Blake: Let it go, Joey. 

(Y/N): Hey Pegasus! Keep your ned of the bargain! Release the souls of Mr. Muto, Kaiba, and Mokuba! 

Pegasus: Y-Yes ... I will. 

Croquet and Kemo watched in defeat. 

Kemo: Mr. PEgasus. 

The Big Five were in shock as well. 

And out from the Video Camera went Solomon's soul! 

Ruby: Yugi! Your grandpa his soul went out! He's free! 

Yami Yugi: And not just that- 

The cards that had the souls of Kaiba and Mokuba were blank. 

Pegasus: My men will get your prize ready. Don't worry. Using my Millennium Eye, I've seen the minds of so many people. But someone like you, never before. So, this is the power of the Millennium Puzzle. 

Yami Yugi: I don't know even the full power of it. But I feel some kind of force ... some will ... brought me and my partner together. 

Pegasus: You don't know about ... the evil power hidden in the Millennium Items? Not just an evil power, an evil intelligence. 

Yami Yugi: How did you get your Millennium Item? 

(Y/N): Yeah, we want to know too. 

Pegasus: First, you should know. 

He brought the picture of the blonde girl. 

Ruby: That pretty girl! 

Pegasus: This was Cyndia. She died seven years ago at the age of 17. I met her 14 years ago. My father was immensely wealthy. He managed casinos in Las Vagas. At night he would take my hand and attend fancy social functions. That is where I first met her. She was the daughter of my father's wealthy friend. Soon we were drawn to each other. We always talked about our dreams. I was going to become a famous painter and travel the world. From that day on, we swore to spend the rest of our lives together. But after I turned 17, she got sick and left this world. Many months passed and I shared at the white canvas of my heart. The next thing I knew, I traveled to Egypt. I had become interested in the Ancident Egyptian beliefs about life after death. The idea that the souls in this world live eternal in the world to come. 

Flashback... 

Pegasus was seen in Cairo as he saw a thief holding the Millennium Ring. 

Pegasus: Let that man go! If he stole that ring, I'll pay for it!

And then he saw Shadi appear. 

Pause of Flashback... 

(Y/N): SHADI?! THAT'S HOW YOU AND SHADI MET?! 

Pegasus: You know that man? 

Ruby: You didn't know his name? 

Pegasus: No, he never talked. 

Blake: What happened then? 

Back to Flashback... 

Shadi: If you wish to stay, do not flaunt your wealth. Not in this land. That man stole artifacts from a sacred place. We only punished him for the act of theft. The value of the ring is irrelevant. But if we tried to measure it in terms of gold, no amount would be enough. This village, Kul Elna, was created by grave robbers. It is called the Grave Robber Village. You must leave at once. The thing you want to see is not here. This is not a place where the sadness of losing a loved one was healed. 

Pegasus: He read my mind?! 

Pegasus followed Shadi and his men where they brought the Thief to an altar! 

Thief: PLEASE! I'M SORRY! DON'T KILL ME! 

Shadi: I do not intend to condemn you for stealing the Millennium Ring. The issue is whether you are a chosen one. Put it on. 

The thief did and- 

Thief: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! 

His entire body burned up, and he was a burnt corpse. 

Shadi: Those who are not worthy will be burned alive, body and soul. 

He picked it up and put it into a sarcophagus with the markings of the other Millennium Items, including the Millennium Scales, Eye, and the outlines of the Key, Puzzle, and two others. 

Pegasus tried to move, but- 

Servant: WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! 

He pushed Pegasus to Shadi. 

Pegasus: AGH! I won't tell anyone of what I saw! I swear! 

Shadi: The only way to leave this place is to be chosen as the bearer of a Millenium Item. 

He grabbed the Millenium Eye. 

Shadi: If you deem yourself worthy, you will be granted your dearest wish. We will open the door to the other world, and you will see your beloved once more. 

And then- 

Pegasus: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! 

They cut out his right eye! 

Blood gushed out of it like a geyser! And then Shadi rammed the Millennium Eye into the wound! 

With that Pegasus saw- 

Pegasus: CYNDIA! 

End of Flashback... 

(Y/N): So, Shadi met Pegasus in the Valley of the Kings and received the Millennium Eye, all because he wanted to find his girl. 

Joey: I still can't believe you didn't Mind Crush him or anything. 

Ruby: (Y/N), did we do the right thing or- 

(Y/N): I don't know. I will never forgive Pegasus for all that he did, but ... when I looked at him during his story, I saw a broken man. I don't even know. I hate him and I don't hate him at the same time. 

Mokuba then woke up. 

Mokuba: HUH?! What happened? What's goi- 

Ruby: MOKUBA! YOU'RE OKAY! 

Ruby hugged him. 

Mokuba: You guys? What happened? 

(Y/N): It's okay, Pegasus has been defeated, and your company is safe. 

Mokuba: AGH! WHAT ABOUT SETO?! HE- 

Weiss: Your brother is here. 

Mokuba: HE IS?! WHERE?! 

In the dungeon... 

Kemo: Here, you're free to go. 

Kemo let Kaiba out. 

Kaiba: What the- 

He saw his younger self. 

Kaiba: What are you- 

He followed his younger self. 

And so... 

You guys waited outside where- 

Mokuba: SETO! 

Kaiba: MOKUBA!

Ruby: (tearing up) It's so ... beautiful! 

(Y/N): Well what do you know? 

You then took out a Walkman and played a song for this moment.

Yang then pulled Ruby to her shoulder. 

Yang: You get that Little Sister? 

Ruby: (still crying) Yes! 

Joey: (crying just as hard) They're so brotherly! THOSE JERKS! 

(Y/N): Speaking of- 

Yugi gave the money. 

Yami Yugi: Here you go Joey. For your sister. 

Joey: Really? 

Yami Yugi: You were the real champion of the Kingdom. 

(Y/N): Joey, we're proud of you! 

Ruby: You've grown so much! 

Blake: And you beat Keith, the former Duel Monsters US Champion after all. 

Kaiba then turned to all of you. 

Yang: Oh boy, wait for the asshole to say something di- 

Kaiba: Yugi, thank you and to your friends too for saving Mokuba. 

(Y/N): HUH?! WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DID YOU DO TO KAIBA?! 

Kaiba: WHAT?! I'M STILL HERE! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT?! 

Yang: And there he is. 

Kaiba: TCH! Come on Mokuba, let's go. 

Mokuba: Wait! Big Brother, let's let them come with us! 

Kaiba: Fine! But once we're back in Japan, we're even! Got it? 

(Y/N): Yeah, but first-

Suddenly you saw the Blue Eyes Jet appear.

You offered Mai a hand as she took it, and you both got on board!
