Cell: The name is Cell. I was created by Dr. Gero's Computer.

Cell: Oh, there's more. Long ago, the good doctor began experimenting with creating a life form of samples of cells he gathered from great fighters, but progress was slow. And he finally put it aside. His computer, never gave up though. Blood and cells from all of you were harvested when Vegeta came to earth. 

Piccolo: How did you harvest the cells? There was no one else around when- 

Cell: Dr. Gero must have told you that spy robots were following your every move. A tiny robot the size of a bee. No one would have noticed it. It scraped the cells as it studied you all. 

Ruby: Where is the Computer? Before we left, we destroyed Gero's Lab! 

Cell: In the basement. 

Ruby: Why are you here? 

Cell: To be complete. You see human life forces aren't enough for me to complete my perfection. I need my brother and sister, 17 and 18!
