The party made their way down to the third floor.

(Y/N): Hey, this place looks really neat!

It seemed like the ruins of a castle. The Golden Castle to be exact.

Ruby: These must be the remains of what was once a beautiful kingdom! Who knows what history there is here! Or what kind of people there were.

Blake: You know, the way you're saying Ruby, it sounds like I could write a book on this experience.

The road came to a split.

(Y/N): Which way?

Laios: Left. I hear that the right path has golems.

Weiss: Golems?!

Senshi: Wait!

Everyone stopped as Senshi spoke.

Yang: What do you need from a bunch of giant rock and mud monsters like that? That would be putting us between a rock and a hard place. Eh?

Marcille: For the record, they are also made out of magic!

Senshi: Follow me. I need the use of their bodies.

Everyone arrived a small cloth tent.

Laios: You live here?

Senshi: I don't usually spend the night here. As a rule. I only hunt on the second and fourth floors. Once a month I go into town to restock on spices and things I'm low on. I was on my way to restock until I ran into your group. The thing is, the third floor doesn't have many monsters. Most of them are rotting. Now as for golems, their bodies are rich in nutrients! And their internal temperature is just right!

Chilchuck: So you're using them as a farming field? You're going to make the castle people cry!

Marcille: Same for the magic researchers!

Senshi: I'm not partial to magic. But the golems are laudable! All fields should be like that! They don't pick up pests, they chase off thieves, and even manage their own moisture!

Ruby: WOW! That's so pretty!

Suddenly the golems appeared!

(Y/N): Look out! We have to-

Senshi: I can handle this on my own!

Senshi easily avoided the attacks of the golems and then climbed onto their backs and began digging!

Yang: Wow! He's good!

Blake: An expert even!

You then noticed that there were vegetables on them!

(Y/N): WOW! It's like a mini farm on arch of them!

Senshi: Now we need to harvest them!

Marcille: (excited) WE GET TO EAT REAL VEGETABLES!!!

(Y/N): Well, let's get to work!

You all got so many vegetables out of the golems' backs!

As everyone started peeling, you saw Senshi opened up the backs of the golems.

Senshi: Tarou, Jirou, Saburou.

(Y/N): You take good care of these guys! Isn't it a bit hard to deal with this?

Senshi: Not at all! I chose this path. Now how about we enjoy the fruits of our labor?

(Y/N): Yeah!

Senshi started a fire as you got to cooking.

Marcille: You know, I could always start a-

Senshi: That's way too easy. If you always take the easy route, you get rusty.

Weiss: He's right you know.

Marcille: Come on! Is it that much for you to hate Magic?

(Y/N): Calm down Marcille, there's no need to argue, because food is ready!

Golem Field Fresh Veggie Lunch

You all started with wrong it; and-

Marcille: MMM!! So good!

Blake: How is it that it maintains such a taste?

Laios: It might have to do with the golems affecting the flavor.

Ruby: Ah, golems are very helpful creatures!

Chilchuck: Sheesh, that was too good. I'm beat now.

Senshi: Well, we should rest up a bit! Well. I'm off to the loo.

Senshi took off, leaving you all to rest.

Yang: There are toilets here?

Marcille: Yeah. What did you think everyone pooped in random spots? That's very unsanitary!

Senshi then appeared.

Senshi: Alright, I got more soil for the manure pot.

Ruby: That's how you make the vegetables?

Senshi: Yep!

Marcille: UGH!!

Weiss: Marcille, you realize that's how vegetables are made, right?

Marcille: Yeah, but it's still icky!

Laios: Senshi, why do you insist on living down here?

Senshi: Who else would tend to the golems and the bathrooms? If the golems die out the monsters from the lower floors would come up here. The monsters they displace will get into other areas of the dungeon!

(Y/N): But wouldn't that be an inconvenience if you leave with us?

Senshi: I don't need to worry. The golems can maintain things even if I'm gone for a month. Besides, I wouldn't sleep well if any of you died of malnutrition. Now hang on, I'll be ready soon.

He took off to finish his task.

Laios: Senshi is amazing!

(Y/N): Thank God he's here!

You all were carrying vegetables.

Ruby: What do we do with these?

Senshi: We barter with them. I'm always using these as a good source for bartering. I have some good clients nearby too. Though I doubt they'll deal with us now. So, if we can't use them, we have to throw them away.

(Y/N): NO! That's wasting food!

Blake: Shouldn't we wait for someone to come and barter with them there?

Later...

You all arrived at a secret door, which happened to house a small bar room.

(Y/N): So, you make trades here?

Chilchuck: This place gets sketchier every time I come here.

Marcille: Was it ever not sketchy?

A short merchant appeared.

Merchant: Hello travelers, what business do you have?

(Y/N): We're here to trade!

Merchant: Ah, what do you have? Treasure? Any weapons?

Ruby: Veggies!

Merchant: .... GET OUT!!!

(Y/N): Oh come on! Don't you have a kitchen or-

Merchant: WHO WOULD EAT SOMETHING AS DISGUSTING AS THAT?!

Suddenly a bunch of orcs appeared.

Merchant: ORCS!!

Everyone cleared out, except for you guys.

Zon (Orc Leader)

Senshi: I could ask you the same thing.

Blake: Wait, you guys know each other?

Zon: Those guys are your friends?

Senshi: Yep.

Zon: Never took you for the type to hang with humans and elves.

Zon: it's almost never shown itself before, but lately it's been seen near our village more and more regularly. Many of us are unable to fight.

Zon: Good. Take anything that looks useful.

They started to collect anything they could.

Zon: Hey Senshi, I hate to ask this of an old friend, but would you give us all your cargo?

Senshi: Alright. In exchange, can you let us stay at your camp? If you allow that, we'll give you anything, our vegetables, or our lives.

Marcille: That's because you kept plundering other races' villages and you know it!

Zon: We had to do what we could to survive!

Marcille: You did that even before yu came down here! That's why you got chased out!

Orc Child: Daddy, we all made it together, so why don't they get any?

He eased up.

Marcille: That's because bread by itself isn't a meal. You need a good balance of starch, and grain, vegetables, and fish and meat. Your Father means is that we have to wait til the other dishes are ready.

Senshi: She's right. He pledged to show us hospitality for a night in exchange for those vegetables. Your Dad's not a man who goes back on his word.

Zon sighed.

Zon: Hey ,give them something to eat!

(Y/N): Freshly Stolen Vegetables and Chicken Stewed with Cabbage! And of course with bread!

Everyone started eating.

Yang: DAMN THIS IS GOOD! (Y/N), you rock! So do you Senshi!

(Y/N): It wasn't just us. The orcs helped too.

Marcille: Really? I guess ... you guys cook well.

Laios: Hey-

Zon: Yeah?

Laios: We're here because we're after the Red Dragon. My Sister was eaten by it.

Zon: That's rough buddy.

(Y/N): Do you know where it is? We won't bother you guys if you tell us.

Zon: Down on the fifth floor.

Laios: Really? Thank you!

Zon: Well ... give it your best shot.

Things ended off well for you guys in the end!

A party was having dinner.

Kabru: Once we're back in the dungeon, I guess we won't be seeing food this good in a while.

The group got some supplies ready and prepared to set off.

Rin: Sheesh, there we go wasting our time. Nothing good ever comes out of those.

As Mickbell opened it up, they found a bunch of treasure!

The party got excited!

Kabru: Well in that case, going into the depths gets expensive. All right, let's call it quits here and go back into town!

Kabru's Party: YEAH!
