You and the girls put the Pure Heart in the Heart Pillar in Flopside as now a purple door appeared on the Flipside Tower. 

(Y/N): This is it, the door to the final Pure Heart! 

Tippi: Yes, we have to stop Blumiere.

(Y/N): Maybe we can take it. 

Demons: ARE YOU NUTS?! SERIOUSLY?!

You all came out of the room, and Bowser came out with two blackened eyes, and broken teeth.
