Jotaro appeared before you, Ruby, and Josuke. 

Jotaro: Come on, we're going hunting. 

He was also wearing a new outfit! 

(Y/N): Say what? 

Josuke: Jotaro, I know what phishing is, but do you mean- 

Jotaro's teenage uncle blushed hard. 

Josuke: Picking up hot chicks?! I'm more of a love kind of guy. 

You facepalmed yourself. 

(Y/N): God damn it Josuke. 

Ruby: I don't think that's what he meant. 

Jotaro: She's right. Akira Otoishi confessed yesterday. 

Ruby: Red Hot Chili Pepper's user? 

(Y/N): What did the asshole say? 

Jotaro: Before he revealed himself, he used the Stand Arrow to hit a rat in Morioh. 

Josuke: LIKE MICKEY MOUSE?! 

(Y/N): NO! Mickey is not a rat, he's a mouse! There's a difference! 

Ruby: It's even in his name. Where is it Jotaro? 

Jotaro pulled up a map of Morioh. 

Jotaro: Near southern Morioh's agricultural drainage station. 

(Y/N): Oh, close to the Higahsikata House! 

Jotaro: The rat was impaled by the arrow and struggled to escape with its life intact and got away. 

Josuke: Then that means- 

(Y/N): Crap, we got a Stand Using Rat. 

Ruby: Can't we just get Iggy to get it? He has a Stand. 

(Y/N): I don't want to put Iggy's life at risk like that without knowing what this rat can do. He had a close call with a bird. Well, that's what he told me. No matter, we need to kill that rat! It could be a threat! Besides, they breed a lot. 

Jotaro: Exactly, and rats can't be reasoned with unlike humans. 

Ruby: Yeah. Most of the Stand Users we encountered were hostile, but they've calmed down. This rat though-

Josuke: Alright, alright, let's go. 

Later... 

Jotaro set up some soda cans and then used Star Platinum to fire some pellets at them, hitting them! 

Ruby: Wow. That was good. 

Jotaro: Not as strong as handgun or a rifle, if I flick these ball bearings like a marble, I have an effective range of 20 meters. 

(Y/N): Okay, let's give this a shot. 

You set up the cans, and you, Josuke, and Ruby activated your Stands and then knocked the ball bearings at the cans, with Some clean hits! 

(Y/N): Well? 

Jotaro: I give it 85 points. But, here's something you should know. Speed is less important than keeping calm. If the rat enters our range, and we miss, it won't ever come close again. Dont' shoot until you have a clear head and clear shot. 

(Y/N): Right. No pressure. 

Josuke: I feel pressured enough as it is. 

Ruby: Oh come on, it'll be fine. 

There are over a thousand species of rodents in the world, and only three of them thrive in human habitats.

Najimi: Yes, those happen to be the common mouse, the black rat, and the brown rat. 

Otoishi shot a rat in the irrigation ditch, and of those three species, the only one that thrives in the waterways is the brown rat. 

Najimi: Large brown ras grow to be around 20-30 centimeters long and up to one kilogram. They can jump over 2 meters, swim well, live anywhere, and eat anything. 

Right now, you found some rat tracks. 

(Y/N): Rat tracks alright. 

Josuke: How can you tell? 

(Y/N): The front paw has four toes, and the back has five. 

Ruby: And the s-shaped line is from the tail dragging along the ground. 

Jotaro: Rats, squirrels, and other rodents ar the only animals other than humans and other primates to hold objects in their hands. 

(Y/N): Yeah, their thumbs are stunted so they hold items like this. 

You formed your hands in a holding position. 

Ruby: I say that they might have put their nest inside of that drainage system. 

Jotaro: Agreed, we need to set a trap up. And I'll set up this cam-corder. If the one with a Stand is here, we might set the traps getting disabled. 

Josuke: And what about bait? 

(Y/N): Let's use fried tempura batter. Cheese would be too obvious. 

Josuke then smelled something. 

Josuke: Uh guys. Over here. 

Ruby: What is it Jo- HOLY CRAPBASKETS! 

Jotaro: Those are rat corpses! 

(Y/N): Hmm ... meat. It's almost as if their flesh was melted off and fused together. 

Jotaro: What's more, they died from their flesh melting while still inside their skin. 

Ruby: It must be the Stand! 

Jotaro: Good grief, we need to continue our hunt with the intent to kill. 

Josuke: Great. Looks like things just keep getting more and more disgusting. 

And so... 

The four of you followed the drains to a farm nearby. 

Jotaro: It looks like we might be too late. 

Jotaro was looking through some binoculars. 

Ruby: WEll? 

Jotaro: It looks pretty bad. There's a chicken coop, but I don't see the chickens. The feed trough is empty. It doesn't look like there's anyone inside of the house either. But I see two cars in the garage, so the owners aren't out. And the front door is cracked open. 

Ruby: So, that means the rat was here. 

Josuke: Rats are pretty quick buggers, how do we get closer? 

(Y/N): I think they know we're here. 

Jotaro: (Y/N) is right. Rats are like that. Even from inside their tunnels, they can sense the presence of a human from hundreds of meters away. Whether from feeling the vibrations in the ground or by scent ... they know that four humans are nearby. 

(Y/N): Yeah. Tracking something that knows it's being followed is part of the hunt. Take herbivores for example. Gazelles will continue grazing even if they see a lion. They know about the lion's effective striking range, so as long as they stay out of said rage, they know they won't get mauled and eaten. 

Jotaro: This rat thinks we're stupid and won't be able to catch it. But we have these ball bearings. 

Ruby: One shot, one kill. 

(Y/N): You okay Josuke? 

Josuke seemed uneasy. 

Josuke: N-No! Of course not! I just wanted to be sure of the plan before we go for it. 

And you all went inside... 

There was not a single soul in sight. 

You all started to look around the place. 

That is until you saw- 

(Y/N): Rat dung. It looks like it's nearby. 

Ruby: Right. 

Ruby and Josuke looked in the kitchen and saw the fridge door open. 

Josuke: The fridge door is open? 

And then they saw it! 

Ruby: (Y/N)! JOTARO! 

But they weren't there. 

And then the rat turned. 

Josuke: RUBY! 

Ruby: What i- AAAAAAAAAAAGH! 

The owners were eaten alive! 

But they both kept calm. 

They knew that they had to stay clam in order to kill this thing. 

They both had ball bearings in their hands and took a step. 

The rat stopped eating the flesh and got ready! 

Ruby: NOW! 

Guns and Roses and Crazy Diamond fired the Ball Bearings and hit the rat in the body! 

Ruby: DANG IT! 

Josuke: Not good enough! 

The rat got angered and manifested its Stand! 

Josuke: You want to fight us? Don't fuck around! 

Ruby: That Stand looks weird! 

They got ready again, but the rat ran for a table. 

Josuke knocked the table into the doorway to prevent it from escaping! 

Ruby: (Y/N)! JOTARO! WE FOUND IT! 

It then loaded up its Stand and aimed it right at Josuke and Ruby! 

And then it fired a shot, but Ruby deflected it with Crescent Rose! 

Ruby: So, it's a sniper too? 

Josuke: HANG ON I GOT THIS! 

Josuke fired the ball bearing, and finally killed the rat! 

Josuke: YES! 

Ruby: Way to go Josuke! 

She pat her friend on the back. 

Josuke: I'm even more impressed that you deflected the bullet. 

Ruby: I'm a sharpshooter. I know how these work. 

You and Jotaro appeared. 

Josuke: You two took your time. 

Ruby: And we got the rat! 

Joatro: Well, there's another. 

You both showed your hands. And the skin was melting. 

Josuke: HOLY CRAP! YOUR HANDS! 

(Y/N): Same Stand. One touch of the dart activated the Stand, and even our Stand's hands got affected. 

Ruby: Wait, there's a second one? 

Josuke fixed you and Jotaro's hands. 

(Y/N): That was close. 

Jotaro: It seems that Otoishi shot the rat around 10 days ago, and rat pregnancies last about 3 weeks. We can't leave things downhill. 

(Y/N): Hang on. 

You called the Speedwagon Foundation. 

(Y/N): Yeah, it's me. Did he- OH THAT FUCKER! 

Jotaro: What? 

(Y/N): OTOISHI SHOT TWO RATS! 

Ruby: SERIOUSLY?! 

Jotaro: Hey, I have a request. I'd like for the sewers to be blocked between the residential and rural districts. And send in a sniper team. Not to kill the rat, but to restrict its movements to the rural district. 

SPW Member: Roger. 

Josuke: But how do we find it in a field like that? Plus, this one knows we're going after it! 

(Y/N): Rats have very bad eyesight, so they navigate through scent and feeling the vibrations of their whiskers. We just need to block the exits and it'll move by familiar routes. I say we should go for the drainage ditch. 

Jotaro then found some droppings. 

Jotaro: It was eating a while ago. That's why the droppings are so close. 

Josuke: ALRIGHT! Let's catch us a rat bastard! 

Soon... 

You all continued to follow rat tracks and Jotaro checked the camcorder. 

Jotaro: It looks like it's smart enough to be wary. And it's ear looks like a bug-eaten leaf. 

Ruby: So, we call it Bug Eaten? 

(Y/N): Neat. 

You guys also had rifle bullets as ammunition now. 

Soon... 

The tracks and stopped. 

Josuke: WHAT?! The tracks are gone! The ground is soft here. 

Ruby: Did it go underground? 

Jotaro: No, it's backtracking? 

(Y/N): So, it retraced its steps. 

Ruby: That means- Now Bug Eaten is hunting us. 

Jotaro: Yeah. 

Little did you guys know, Bug Eaten was aiming for a shot! 

(Y/N): We're ... being watched. 

Jotaro: We just need to find it's hiding place. 

And then Josuke was about to crouch down to get a better chance to look without being shot, and- 

Josuke: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! 

He ended up touching a mouse trap that you guys set! 

Josuke: OH MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! 

The bullet went right for his neck, but- 

(Y/N) and Jotaro: MIMIC/STAR PLATINUM: ZA WARUDO! 

You both stopped time. 

And then Jotaro knocked the bullet away, as it barely grazed Josuke's skin! 

Josuke: WHOA! 

Ruby: That was too close! 

Jotaro: Looks like we got a good feeling about where Bug Eaten is now. 

(Y/N): Up that hill! 

Ruby: That's one sharpshooting rat. 

You all waited. 

(Y/N): Like a western stand-off. It wants to delay things as much as possible until dark. 

Jotaro: Of course, rats work well in teh dark. 

Josuke: It's time to get into action! 

Jotaro: I couldn't agree anymore. 

He started walking up the hill. 

(Y/N): JOTARO! 

Ruby: Wait! We know you can stop time, but if it fires a bunch of shots, then you can't stop them all! 

Jotaro: That's part of the plan. You three will be the ones to counterattack. 

Josuke: NO WAY! 

Jotaro: If I get hit by one of the darts, then Josuke can heal me with Crazy Diamond, and (Y/N) can copy Stand Abilities, so we can't lose those too. Ruby, you've got a good eye for long-distance combat. If any of you three are taken out, then it's game over. Now get ready! 

The shots fired, and- 

Jotaro: STAR PLATINUM: ZA WARUDO! 

Jotaro stopped time and dodged the bullets. 

Jotaro: Well? 

(Y/N): Nothing yet! It looks like it changed positions right after firing. 

It fired again, and- 

Ruby: I SEE IT! 

But then Jotaro got hit! 

(Y/N): JOTARO! 

Jotaro: BASTARD! It knew I was going to dodge and bounced the darts off of a nearby rock. 

Josuke: Jotaro! Are you- 

Josuke: Focus on the rat! 

It fired more shots again! 

Ruby: Same place! 

Ruby fired a shot using Guns and Roses, but missed. 

(Y/N): SHIT! 

Jotaro was hit again, and then the rat turned it's direction over to- 

(Y/N): GOT YOU! 

Josuke: Looks like your plan worked Ruby. 

Ruby: Yeah, if I missed, then it would notice us. 

(Y/N): NOW! 

All three of you fired shots, and killed Bug Eaten! 

(Y/N): HA! How do you like that? 

Josuke: I say we do will under pressure. 

Jotaro: (smiling) Good freaking grief, I knew I could count on (Y/N), but Josuke and Ruby are good too. Guess I can rest easy now. 

(Y/N): Okay, let's get you healed up Jotaro. 

You and Josuke went to heal up Jotaro quickly.
