Jotaro: (Y/N), you, Josuke, and Ruby stay with Koichi. Yang, Okuyasu, and I will go to the boat.

Jotaro: I have the feeling that Red Hot Chili Pepper's Stand User is somewhere around here. There's no mistake about that. He'll be watching us take the boat from this harbor. And he'll fly something out towards the boat after we take ours out. 

Koichi: So, he's going to pilot a plane or something? 

Jotaor: That's right. If my predictions are correct, he won't be using a boat. All he needs to do is find something with a battery that can move faster than a boat. 

Ruby: He must have thought ahead. Yeah, he would have his Stand get on something that can fly to get to the boat faster! But what? 

Jotaro: I would say that he stole a remote controlled airplane from a hobby store. 

(Y/N): That could work. I heard that remote-controlled planes can go up to 100 KM an hour at top speed. That's definitely faster than the motorboat. And since RHCP will be the one controlling it, he can go wherever he wants as long as the plane has enough battery life. That's why we're here. The Fast ones catch him when he starts flying!
