Under the looming shadow of the Void, the world slowly drifted toward demise. But not all hope was lost: two Pure Hearts had her to be found. Could our daring heroes find them? Or was the world doomed to be devoured? Mario, Peach, Bowser and Luigi ventured through the next door to find out...

Chapter 6-1: Sammer Guy Showdown

Mario and friends exited into a very colorful Japanese inspired landscape. "Look at that... The void... It's enormous here... Much bigger than it is in Flipside... This dimension must be very close to destruction... We'd better hurry... We have a Pure Heart to find." Tippi said. They headed on forward and saw a random guy running off in fear, then they spot the culprit, a warrior in green. "Ahhhh... So you run, coward. You disgrace your family's honor. Another unworthy opponent... When will this 'hero' of legend appear? Time is running out, and he still refuses to show his face!" He said. Mario and his friends looked at the warrior confused, they didn't want to fight.

"You stop now! You wear the clothes of a crazy. You must be, if you mean to challenge me!" He shouted. They battled and they easily defeated the “Jade Blooper”. "No more, I beg you! Your power is great, challenger." He stands up and bows. "Your skills are impressive. So the hero of legend has finally revealed himself... You may go to the next gate." He said. "What next gate? What is going on here?" Tippi asked. “OH! SPLENDID!” A voice called out. The king of the land has arrived to the area. “What a rousing spectacle of martial arts!” He called in awe. "Sorry, but... who are you?" Tippi asked him.

“Oh I happen to be the ruler of this fair kingdom. I am King Sammer!” He introduced himself. “Your unusual fighting style brings me amusement to no end! As reward for your victory, I shall allow you a glimpse of the treasure... Behold!” King Sammer called out, holding out the Purple Pure Heart. "That's... a Pure Heart!" Tippi said. "Indeed, it is the pride of the kingdom! If you desire it, prove your worth by defeating my loyal vassals in a tournament!" He called out.

"Your vassels, King Sammer?" Tippi asked. "In our kingdom, there is a legend that has been passed down through generations. "When a great hole appears in the sky, the world will soon be devoured." The tempest in the sky grows larger by the day. It must be stopped!" The Green Warrior cried out. "But the legend goes on. And so I shall continue a very dramatic reading... Ahem. "Only one thing can stop The Void: the great hero
must be given the Pure Heart." King Sammer quoted. "Vassals, to me!" He called out, and 100 warriors rushed through. "HACHAW!" "HAIL SAMMER!" "100 STRONG!" They all cheered, waiting to fight. These are my vassals. Should you beat them all, you will prove you are the true hero. Yes, I shall reward you with a Pure Heart if you beat my other 99 Sammer Guys!" He called out.

"Begone, Sammer guys, and move to your tournament positions!" The warriors rush off. "I'm sure I'll be on the edge of my throne throughout this thrilling tournament! I will await your arrival at the palace. The tournament has begun... Let skill decide!" Sammer called out, leaving to head back to his palace. "So, the king will give us a Pure Heart if we best the other 99 Sammer Guys... You'd better get started. You have a lot of fighting to do..." Tippi said. Mario and his friends battled against countless foes, which got really repetitive until the 20th gate. The Sammer Guys there suddenly stop trying to battle the heroes.. is something up?

The world suddenly shook. "The void is growing larger... We have to hurry!" Tippi shouted. "Hurry? Why not pause and savor the show?" A voice asked out loud. Suddenly, Count Bleck shows up again! "It is already far too late to stop...Count Bleck!" He shouted out loud. "Count Bleck?!" Tippi asked in fear. "BLEH HEH HEH HEH! BLECK! The prophecy unfolds smoothly, thanks to the Chaos Heart. The light of each world will be snuffed out one by one..." He said. "Why would you want to do something so... unspeakable?" Tippi asked. "You QUESTION Count Bleck?! This worthless world's destruction matters not! Far better for Count Bleck to wipe it out of existence than let it remain!" He shouted out loud. "How can you say that? That's... horrible!" Tippi shouted. "Count Bleck scoffs at you! An insignificant Pixl lectures Count Bleck on what is right and wrong?" He asks. "This is not up for discussion! You're wrong... and sick! All living things have a heart. They're all priceless. You can't just... erase them!" Tippi explained. "Of all things, you defend the heart? Nothing could be more worthless..." He groaned. "Worthless? How?" Tippi asked. He put his hat over his face. "All things...are meaningless. Aside from Timpani, no treasure mattered in the least to me..." He said sadly.

"Tim... Timpani?" Tippi asked. "...Speak no more!" He shouted, spreading his arms apart. This world is dying under the monocled gaze of...Count Bleck! But don't let that stop you from trying to find a Pure Heart you will never acquire! BLEH HEH HEH HEH! BLECK!" He shouted, then left. "Oh dear... We must hurry!" Tippi cried out.

"WORLD GOES SQUISH SOON! MUST TELL KING SAMMER! MUST NOT ACCIDENTALLY SQUISH KING AGAIN..." A robot shouted, running off. Mario and his friends headed off to the next area.

With the Void encompassing the entire sky, the end of the world was at hand. The pressure was on for the heroes to find all the remaining Pure Hearts. Would regal King Sammer be willing to part with his most precious treasure? Leaving an army of Sammer Guys in his wake, Mario stepped into the palace.

Chapter 6-2: The End of a World

Mario and friends just arrived at the next area. "Splendid! The heroes have arrived!" A voice called. King Sammer was waiting for them. "We received word of your nasty run-in with that despicable fellow Count Bleck. So the legends ARE true... Our ancestors truly did foretell these days!" He called out. "King Sammer, we're sort of in a hurry here. The Pure Heart, please..." Tippi said. "You haven't defeat all of my 100 Sammer Guys, but the situation is grave... Oh, why not! Just for royal giggles. The treasure sits on the 26th gate. Go claim the Pure Heart you so richly deserve!" He said, Mario and crew went up and opened the chest, but there was a bomb inside and it blew up!

Bowser took most of the blow, only flinching. "Gah! You cheap little-!" He shouted. "But... But... That explosion didn't even turn you black with soot! That totally didn't even hurt you at all! This stinks!' He cried out, teleporting onto the stage. "So you thought you'd just grab the Pure Heart? You guys are so dumb! Mimimimimimimimimi!" He called out, transforming back into her true form, Mimi! "Surprise! It's me, Mimi! You're so silly! Did you crazy heads think the king would give you the Pure Heart? The king's probably tucked all cozy in a bed taking a nap in the castle. ...Making cute li'l snoring noise while his world goes bye-bye!" She called out. "Not you again!" Mario called out annoyed. "This is Mimi, Mario and I knew her from before, she tried to make us do labor.." Peach said to Luigi and Bowser.

"Oh did she? She doesn't look that tough." Bowser said as he cracked his knuckles. "Mimi... time is of the essence. Stay out of our way." Tippi begged. “Wait till you see her when she snaps her neck...” Peach whispered. “You DUMMIES! The only reason I’m even HERE is to get in the way! I’m not all soft ‘n’ cuddly like the Count. Nighty-night! It’s bedtime for you guys! NYAAAAGH!” She screamed, and the battle began. They fought her, eventually defeating her.

They soon managed to defeat her. “OUCHIE!” She screamed. “That really hurt! You’re just a bug bunch of bullies who hit cute little girls! But it doesn't matter an eensy teensy bit, hee hee! Everything’s perfect! ... What, don’t believe me? Look up at the sky!” She called out. "The void... It's enormous now! Tippi cried out. “Mimimimimimimimimimi! Yep, I sure got you meanies to waste LOTS of your time! Guess you'll have to give up looking for that dumb Pure Heart now!” She shouted. "This psychotic girl was only trying to stall us..." Tippi said.

“Golly, you guys really got your thinking caps on today, huh? Well, I did warn you that I was meaner than the Count! Anyhow, it’s sure a big old bummer I can’t stay to play more with you guys, but this place is about to go kablooley! Later, meanies!” She called, escaping. Using Carrie, they hurried through the gates. The heroes attempted to push on, they saw a Sammer guy giving up, laughing as everything went black, they arrived back in Flipside.

"Count Bleck... I feel like I know him from somewhere... Wait... I do! Or at least, I did! I did know him! But... How? And when? Who is he? I can't remember..." Tippi said. Mario, Peach and the others have gotten up, dusting themselves up. “Hey... we’re back in Flipside...” Mario said curiously. "Mario... You realize..." Tippi "Urgh... Whuzzat? Whozere? Bwah! What's going on here?!" Bowser asked out loud. Mario noticed the door. “Hey! The door is still here! Maybe there is still hope!” Mario said hopefully.
“But what about King Sammer and the Sammer Guys, and the Pure Heart?” Peach asked. "Maybe we should go back in. There might still be hope. That world still exists beyond the door." Tippi said.

Chapter 6-1 Part 2

They enter back into the door to see what awaits them. They arrived on the other side, seeing a deserted wasteland of nothing. No sign of life, or color. "There's... nothing left... Wait... I feel something faint. It's the pure heart! I can't believe there's anything left, but we have to look for it!" Tippi called out. They wandered the long area, waiting for something, anything to show up. Luigi looked around. "Th-there's nothing... No one..." Luigi said nervously. They soon came across a Heart Shaped Stone. “Is that...?” Mario asked.

"It's a Pure Heart! It somehow managed to survive the void's destruction. Something seems off though..." Tippi said. “Heh heh heh... this place is pretty bland now, isn't it?” A voice asked out loud. Ms.L arrived back. “Hey, what’s going on here? It looks like your Pure Heart is broken. I guess Pure Hearts can’t handle the end of the world. But heh, whatever. I'll snag this just for kicks!” Ms.L said, snagging the Pure Heart. Luigi ran up to her. "Lianna! Please, tell me you're still in there!" He pleaded. “Lianna! It’s us! Your friends!” Mario tried to call out. “Who is this ‘Lianna’ you speak of?” She asked confused. “But I remember you, you guys trashed me in outer space!” She cried out. "Yes. We beat you once, we can do it again. Now hand over that Pure Heart." Tippi demanded.

"Still looking for a fight, huh? Fine, who am I to disappoint... Bunnybot! Launch!” She called out, summoning Bunnybot again, but it had a bunch of bells and whistles attached onto it. “Just check this baby out! This bad girl is supporting the latest in robotics, meet my new friend, BUNNYBOT L-TYPE!” She called out. She hops into the machine. “The Lime Lightning Strikes twice! Have at you!” She shouted, and the fight began. Using Boomer, they finished off her robot.

“WHAT?! No way! My Bunnybot shoots missiles!  MISSILES!” She screamed. “W-why?! Why can’t I win?!” Ms.L asked out loud. Ms.L growled. “You May laugh now, but the Lime Lightning will never forget this battle!” She Runs off, Mario tried to stop her, but she left them. “Oh poor Lianna...” Mario said worridly. Luigi clenched his fist. "Lianna... they're gonna pay for this..." He growled. Mario felt bad for Lianna. “It’s like she completely forgot about us...” Mario said sadly. “Hey guys! I found the Pure Heart!” Peach called, holding up the stone Pure Heart.

"Hmm..." Tippi inspects it. "It has no power left... We should take it to Merlon. He'll know what to do." Tippi said.

Mario takes the Pure Heart and heads back to Flipside.
