When I fall asleep I dream of the night that I came home without Oz. I dream of how alone I felt for the first time in months. I dream of the wall that I built to keep all the anger inside me.

We've just found one of the enemy bases and have just broken through the wire fence that surrounds it when an army of black-clad soldiers come out from the shadows. They holds guns and wear bulletproof vests; not that we have any bullets. We are armed with a homemade spear, two swords, two shields and a small dagger between us. Bullets fly around our heads but miraculously neither of us get hit. The soldiers are advancing on us and we grab or swords and shields and fight back to back, slashing and stabbing. We don't stop to rest until all of the soldiers are dead, unconscious or too injured to fight us. We start to run back to the House but Oscar has to turn back to get the dagger. When he leans down to retrieve the dagger, another man steps out from behind a large stack of crates. I recognise his face from before everything in the world went wrong.
"James! Don't do it! Please don't do it James! Please!" I scream at the man.
"Come on, Nove you know I have to." I feel like punching him in the face when,

BANG!

Oz falls face first into the muddy ground.
"Oscar! Oscar, NO! OSCAR!" I shout as I run towards his fallen body. Tiny rivulets of water are streaming down my cheeks already and as I reach his body, I fall onto my knees by his head. Using all my remaining strength that I have left I turn his body so that his face is staring into mine. He blinks and stutters a few words that are incomprehensible. I see his eyes fight to stay open and my tears drop onto his cheeks."Oscar. Oscar. Please. Oscar, don't leave me." Those are the last words he hears. I leave him. I run from that last battlefield. I run from the last man standing on that battlefield. I run from James, the last man standing on that battlefield.
I run from my brother.
