I stared at Katz and Cory. Cory's right eye had been fused with a camera a while back, back in SkyMedia days to be exact. He had a flashing red light , as if he was recording and a piece of the shrapnel permanently colored a small section of his blue eye red. I still wince at the thought. Katz on the other band was missing the RedHood mask. His blue and black checkered bandana doing it's best to hide his face. He must be back to normal.
"Aph?" Cory asked.
He seemed so- how to say - disappointed?Like he was 99% sure he was never going to see me again and was totally ok with it.

"Katz!" I smiled.
"Jessica!" Katz smiled.
In the corner of my eye I could see two figures. Her and another being. It zipped to Cory's side and tugged his cloak. It murmured something and Cory turned to the skeleton behind him. He ordered him to do something and off it went.
"You're back? What for?" He asked.
"What else? I'm here to retrieve Katz," I said.

"Okay?" He hummed but this time the disappointment was vivid, he wanted me to be here for more than just Katz.
Katz wasted no time in running to me. He embraced me in a hug and smiled happily.
"How's Steven?" He asked.
"He's gonna be fine," I assured him.
"I wanna go home," he huffed.
"Not yet," Cory said, walking over.
He strutted up to us, his face dull and sorrow filled. But that quickly changed to a fake grin and wrapped an arm around my shoulders slowly leading me away.

"Come on now Aph, you haven't seen Shubs and I in a few years, why not stay a bit?" He laughed, though it was faked.
I grinned and looked at Katz.
"What chu say? You wanna hang out with a prince and princess?" I asked.
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever!" The thing scoffed.

"Chara!" Cory snapped,"be nice!"
"Chara?" I asked.
"Pardon them, they can be a jerk at times," he huffed.
"Am not!" the so-called 'Chara' growled.
"You so are!" Cory laughed.
Chara rolled their eyes and crossed their arms.
"Cory," a deep voice interrupted.
A shorter skeleton stood behind him. He had a blue jacket and a smile on his face. Cory zipped around and smiled.

"Hey Sans!" Cory smiled.
Katz took my hand and rubbed his thumb over my knuckles.

Omegadark14:where's everyone else?
Aphmau:fixing things
Omegadark14:why?
Aphmau:you disappeared and your kids went on a rampage
Omegadark14:no one's hurt though, right?
Aphmau:none of us would ever let that happen to your kids. Or any of our kids

I nodded and squeezed his hand lightly.

Castor:excuse me?
Aphmau:Castor? Report
Castor:I don't know if I can without showing you

I stepped away and dipped in an alleyway.

Aphmau:show it then.

My bracelet started glowing. I held out my hand and a hologram of Katz's mask appeared. Instead of it's normal red it was oozing black. Only small bits of it were left uncovered.
"I shattered that," I heard Katz say.
I looked up to see him staring at the hologram.

"I stomped on that. I watched it shatter beneath my feet. It shouldn't be that intact!" Katz explained.
I held my finger to my intercom.
"Aphmau to Castor, get out of there. I repeat, get out of there." I said.
"Roger." Castor's voice stated statically through the com.

"I'm gonna k-" it came through again, but was cut off by static.
"I'm losing you Castor!" I said worry creeping up.
"Jessica! He-*€=$/€=$\:&€$/£€=-it's him!" Castor yelled through the com before we broke up completely.
"CASTOR! Castor, who's there?" I called.
I got nothing in turn.

Aphmau:CASTOR?!

Nothing. I bit my lip and a hand landed on our shoulders. I jumped and looked to my left to see Cory.
"Shh," he hissed.

He glanced behind him as a trailer led by horses raced past. He grumbled and poked his head out.
"Looks like we're going to need to take a short-cut," the short skeleton stated.
"I'm down," Cory nodded, turning towards us.
"What chu say? A short cut?" He asked.

The light on his camera shined slightly, giving away the fact that whatever this "shortcut" was, it was mischievous. I smiled and took Katz's hand.

"Oh yeah!" I said gleefully.
Katz looked hesitant but eventually warmed up to it and nodded. Cory took my hand and then took the skeleton's hand. The skeleton nodded and walked into the wall with Cory and us close behind. When we came out we were in a grand hall. Cory let go of the skeleton's hand and then mine. I kept Katz's hand though.
Cory stretched and ran a few feet in front of us. He did a flip, spinning in the air, and landed facing towards us.
"Good to be home!" He laughed.

Moments later the door burst open and Shelby burst in.
"Frisk!" Cory said cheerily.
"Cory!" She squealed running towards him.
And in the moment she got to him he was slapped.
"How dare you not tell me when you came back! I had to be informed by everyone else!" She accused.

Cory rubbed his cheek and murmured an apology. I burst out laughing and Katz chuckled. Shelby's gaze shot to us. I yelped and hid behind Katz.
"What? Don't hide behind me! You're the GOD here!" He snapped.
I scrunched to a ball as she glared me down.

xXSlyFoxXx:have you seen Castor?
Aphmau:his signal went out over by where Katz was before.
Omegadark14:I could probably lead you.
SDOGSteven:are you feeling better?
Omegadark14:yeah. Are you?
SDOGSteven:alot, thanks

Katz smiled and held his hand out to me. I smiled and took it.
"We need to help out," I said.
"With what?" Shelby asked.
"A friend went missing," Katz said blankly.
"Oh no! Is there anything we can do?" She asked.
Katz and I looked at them. Cory was now hiding all emotion, it was just a blank stare. It was quite incredible to see. The only emotion that showed was the dim red glow of the "Recording" on his camera.

"I never noticed how different you two are," I laughed.
Cory crossed his arms and stared blankly at either us or the wall behind us. On the other hand Shelby's face turned bright red and she rubbed the back of her neck with a stutter.
Then, the ground shook.
I looked around as almost everyone fell to the ground. The only ones standing were Cory and I. But I was flying and Cory just stood there. Staring at the wall.

"Duck," he said. I was taken off guard but I dropped to the ground anyways as a whole bunch of red knives flew through the air.
"What the-!" I shrieked.
"Try your best to hold still. And try not to get hit too, that'd be bad," Cory said.
"What's happening?" I asked.
"Fell! Hey buddy!" He hummed backing up slightly.

"Hey kiddo," a deep voice, sounding like the last skeleton, said.
"What chu' doin' here in OG?" Cory asked.
"We both know why I'm here Cory," the deep voice bellowed.
"Can't say I do Fellie," Cory hummed.
"You need to come back," the voice bellowed.
"Can't, got problems here I need to help with before I go back to your place," Cory scoffed.

"This sounds like a love affair," Katz chuckled.
Cory snapped his gaze to Katz as I chuckled with him.
"You had to?" I asked.
"I did the same thing with Sly and Steven!" He hissed laughing.
"I know, and it drove all of us nuts!" I growled my laugh scratching it's way up my throat.

"I see the smile!" He smirked.
"Gawk! Kitty!" I laughed burying my head in my hands.
"So, is this some kind of kidnapping?" Katz asked.
"Omega!" I laughed.
"What? It makes, kinda, sense!" He shot back.
"No! No it doesn't!" I screeched.

"I said kinda!" He retaliated.
"I don't care!" I laughed hitting his leg that was propped upright.
"Can we go rekidnap Hawkeye?" Katz asked.
"Red Hood please!" I laughed shaking his knee.
"No ma'am!" He said saluting.

I collapsed beside him. A light burn racing up my back.
"Los amo," I hummed.
"I know you do~," he hummed.
"Aye!" I wined.
"I just wanna see my babies again," Katz murmured into his hands, barely audible.
"Soon, first we need to get Castor," I told him.
"You two, are awesome," I heard Cory chuckle.

"We know," Katz and I both said.
"Now, let's go get that friend of yours," Shelby chirped.
They were both standing over us. A smile crept onto my face and I hoisted myself up with a little help from Shelby. I held my hand out for Katz to take and he did so, hoisting himself up with my arm.
