The hypnotized female Pikachu walked through the halls. She stopped by Mario, Luigi, Lightning and their friend's cell.

"Hello Lightning or should I say traitor!!!" The Pikachu growled.

"Let us go, Voltra!" Lightning commanded.

"Nah! However, maybe we can reach a compromise. If you join us then we may let you go." Voltra replied.

Luigi stepped forward. "She'll never join you!!" He growled.

"Shut it, Green Vee!!! I wasn't talking to you!!!" Voltra said. She used Psychic and threw him against the wall.

"LUIGI!!!" Mario and Lightning cried.

Lightning growled. "How could you do that to him?!"

"He was annoying me..." Voltra said, innocently.

"What did you do to him? How did you do that?" Mario asked.

"I am the Pikic. I am not a normal Pikachu. I am part Psychic." She answered. "Now where was I? Oh yeah! What is your answer, Lightning?"

"My answer... My answer was what Luigi told you. I will never join you!" Lightning answered through gritted teeth.

"Your loss then, Pika!" Voltra declared before leaving them.

"What was all that about?" Mario asked, while helping Luigi up.

"I don't know. She wanted me to join them though but I would never betray you guys. I would never join them, no matter what. I'll always be on the good side."

"Yeah..." Luigi mumbled.

"Luigi, are you alright?" Lightning asked.

"I-I think so..." he answered.

"That's good that you're okay..." Lightning replied with a smile.

"I hope Klefki is doing alright." Luigi said.

"We hope so too. We have Faith in her that she will find the keys." Lightning responded.

Klefki continued through the prison halls until she spotted an office with a sleeping Sceptile. She easily took the large set of keys without getting spotted and went off to her friends' cell.

"Klefki..." Lightning said happily.

She put the right key in the key hole and quietly opened the door. They cringed when the door creaked.

"Come on everyone... Let's go before we get caught..." Lightning told them. The group left the cell one by one and Luigi slowly closed it again.

They followed Lightning out of the prison.

"This looks wrong but I guess it's for a big reason why we are breaking out of jail." Gabe said.

"It is. We didn't do anything wrong. King Boo is just trying to stop us..." Lightning told him.

Unbeknownst to them, they were being watched by two Gastly.

"They've escaped!!" One of the Gastly hissed.

"We must inform the King, Boolivia."

Boolivia nodded in agreement.

Boolivia and the other Gastly go to King Boo to tell him.

"What is it Boolivia, Underboo?" King Boo asked.

"The Mario Brothers And their friends have escaped!!" Boolivia answered.

"What?!" King Boo shouted in rage. He growled. His eyes turned red. Nearby he took control of a Luxray. "Find the Mario Brothers and bring them to me!" He ordered. The Wild Luxray nodded and ran off to find them.

Unaware of the Wild Luxray that was now after them, Lightning, Mario, Luigi, Gabe, Jake, Max and Churro continued on. Suddenly Lightning heard something and that's when the Luxray leaped out and attacked.

He ran towards Lightning with Wild Charge. She quickly dodged it and used Iron Tail. She slammed her tail down on the Luxray's head.

The Luxray growled and used Thunder Fang. Lightning was bitten by electric teeth.

She winced in pain. The hostile wild Pokémon then turned around to see the brothers. The Luxray howled.

Lightning gasped, knowing he was going to go after them. She leaped onto the Luxray from behind to hopefully keep him from attacking her friends. The Luxray tried his best to shake her off but she wouldn't let go.

"Mario! Luigi! Run! He's after you! You two must be his main target." She shouts to them.

"Lightning!! Be careful!!" Luigi shouted.

"We can take him!" Mario replied.

Luigi turned to Mario. "Are you crazy?! That... Thing looks like it could kill us!!"

"We have to try... If we run, he will most likely chase after us like prey." Mario replied.

"I guess you're right, Bro..." Luigi sighed.

Mario used his Fire Stone And Luigi used his Thunder stone to evolve. Unbeknownst to them, they were being watched.

Mario used Fire Blast and Luigi used Thunderbolt.

Lightning jumped off of the Luxray and used Electro Ball from behind. He was hit by all three of the attacks.

Gabe used Magical Leaf. Max used Ember.

The Luxray used Swift on the brothers. They were both hit. However, both of them would not give up.

Mario used his own Swift Attack, hitting him with his own stars. The Luxray has enough, he ran towards the brothers with Thunder Fang only to be attacked by a sudden Aura Sphere. A Lucario leaped out in front of the brothers.

The Luxray growled in rage as another Aura Sphere hit him as a Critical Hit.

The Luxray used Thunder. The Lucario avoided the attack and used Ice Punch.

The Luxray shook the ice from his coat, only to see a Thunder Attack coming at him from Luigi followed by a Thunder Punch by the Lucario. The Luxray collapsed. Luigi sighed in relief. "That was a close one. Thanks for helping us..." he said to the Lucario. "Wait, Who are you anyways?"

"It wasn't a problem at all. My name is Alex by the way."

"I'm Mario... And this is my little brother Luigi, and our friends Lightning, Gabe, Max, Jake And Churro." Mario introduced happily.

"It's nice to meet you..." Alex told them.
Alex suddenly closed his eyes. "I feel an Aura. Something is approaching.."

To their surprise, a Pikachu appeared. "Lightning... Fancy seeing you here..." The Pikachu smiled. "I heard a battle was going on nearby so I came to check it out. Maybe you should come to the Pikachu Village to rest."

"I think that'll be nice. Thank Chu!" She smiled.
