Suddenly, they were surrounded by hypnotized Starters who circled them and closed in on them. "You're under arrest!!" A Braixen shouted.

"W-we're surrounded!!" Luigi trembled.

Lightning made a battle stance, her electric sacs sparking with electricity but she didn't have the chance to do anything when an Electroweb traps her. She gasps in surprise. She looked up a tree to see a Female Pikachu with a smirk on her face. She jumped down in front of them.

"Lightning!!!" Mario and Luigi shouted in unison. They rushed towards her.

"Wait!!" She warned but it was too late, Luigi touched the Electroweb and was instantly shocked.

"Ow!!" He groaned.

"It's an Electroweb. To put it simply, it's a web made of electricity." She explained.

"We gotta Get you outta there!!" Luigi replied.

"Oh don't even try, boys!!!" The hypnotized female Pikachu growled. She took out two pairs of Pokecuffs. "I would stay right where you are if I were you!!"

"You better let her go!!!" Luigi growled back.

The female Pikachu used Thunder on him. Luigi collapsed, now Paralyzed.

Mario rushed towards his brother. "Luigi!! Are you alright, bro?"

"I can't... Move..."

"Now if you don't want us to do further damage to your friends then you better give up!!" The female Pikachu replied. "You all are coming with us!!! Rather you like it or not!!"

Mario glared at the Pikachu. A Braixen and Frogadier grabbed him. He tried to struggle free but to no avail. They put Pokecuffs on him and the others did the same to Luigi and their friends.

The Starters threw them into one cell. Lightning ran to the cell door only to have it Slam shut on her. "I don't think so!!!" A Bulbasaur grinned.

"We didn't do anything. We're innocent. You have to let us go!!!" Lightning said.

"Nah... I don't think so, Criminal!!" He replied.

They were soon left alone. Luigi groaned as he tried to pull through the Paralysis to get up.

"Luigi... Are you alright?" Mario asked.

"He's paralyzed. Here this'll help you..." Jake gave Luigi a Cheri Berry.

"Thanks..." Luigi replied as he took the berry and healed from Paralysis.

"It's great that you're better Luigi but we still need to find a way out of here... We need to fix all of this.." Lightning said.

"I know... But how? We're in prison now..." Jake replied.

"Yeah... What are we supposed to do? Break out... We'll get killed if we do that.." Max added.

"But we have no choice, Max. We have to escape. We have to find King Boo and put a stop to his plan." Luigi responded.

"Then how are we supposed to escape?" Churro asked.

"Easy... Klefki can help us..." Lightning answered.

"You're right Lightning. She's probably asleep in my scruff again..." Luigi said. "Hey Klefki..."

Klefki flew out of Luigi's scruff. "What is it? Wait... Where are we?"

"We've been captured.... Again... Could you help us get out Klefki?" Lightning asked.

Klefki sighed. "Fine... Geez, you guys need to stop getting captured..."

"Yeah, yeah.. Whatever. We can't actually help it you know." Lightning replied, rolling her eyes.

"Alright then. I'll be back with the keys." Klefki replied, going through one of the small holes in the cell door.

"Be careful Kiki. We're counting on you." Lightning said.
