Star #1: Big Boo

Mario and Luigi passed through the portal and found themselves in a creepy forest.

"Oh please no!" Luigi said while shaking.

"Don't be afraid now Luigi. We have a task to fulfill" Mario said.

Suddenly, Mario started to float.

"Whoa! What is happening!? Mario shouted.

The thing making Mario float revealed itself, and it was a Boo. There were a group of them. Luigi got even more afraid.

The Boo carrying Mario got away, while the others were targeting at Luigi. Moreover, one of the Boos took out a Power Star. With the power of that star, all those Boos decided to unite as one, becoming in what is known as Big Boo. Luigi screamed and ran away from it.

The Big Boo followed Luigi around the creepy forest. Luigi got cornered in a wall; the Big Boo was getting closer to Luigi, little by little. Luigi though that he's life had come to a end. However, he felt something strange under his feet. He looked and saw a flashlight. He quickly took it and flashed the Big Boo, breaking it on the act; the Power Star got free, and all the Boos ran away. Luigi happily touched the Power Star, sending it back to Peach's Castle. Suddenly, a voice spoke to Luigi:

"You've still haven't got rid of us. No matter what you do, we won't let you go any further. Good luck on getting out of this forest in one piece, hehehehehe".

Luigi was still afraid, but that didn't stopped him from saving his brother. Luigi's time has come.

Star #2: Silver Stars

As Luigi was going deeper into the forest, he found five Boos playing around the forest. Moreover, he saw that each Boo was holding a Silver Star. Quickly, Luigi got close and used his flashlight on one of the Boos; the Boo vanished and let the Silver Star go. The other four Boos ran away. Luigi took the Silver Star and kept moving.

Luigi found a Boo flying around a tree. He jumped as high as possible and flashed the Boo with the lantern. The Boo vanished, and Luigi took the Silver Star.

The third Boo was swimming on a small pool. Once Luigi found it, he flashed with the lantern and vanished it. He then took the Silver Star from it.

The fourth Boo appeared behind Luigi and gave him a jumpscare. Luigi jumped and felt into the pool. The Boo was laughing at Luigi while closing to the pool. Luigi inmediately got out and flashed the Boo with the flashlight. The Boo vanished and left the Silver Star with Luigi.

Finally, the last Boo with the last Silver Star was sleeping on a tall pillar. Luigi decided to jump on some specific trees and platforms in order to reach the top of that pillar. Once he finally reached it, he flashed the Boo and got the last Silver Star from it. All five Silver Stars united and formed a Power Star. Luigi touched it and send it back to Peach's Castle. He then kept going deeper into the forest.

Star #3: Follow the Star

While Luigi's objective was looking for Mario, he managed to find a Power Star on the way. He got closer to touch it, but the Star started to float and flew away from Luigi.

"Hey where are you going? Don't you run away from me!" Luigi shouted.

Luigi pursuit the Star. He passed and jumped many obstacle and gasps while running. At the end, Luigi and the Star entered in a cave. Luigi saw that a Boo was carrying the Power Star, so he quickly stunned it with the flashlight. The Boo dissapeared and left the Power Star. Luigi finally touched the Star and sent it back to Peach's Castle.

After that, many Boos appeared and surrounded Luigi.

Star #4: Choose the Correct Boo

Luigi was shaking once again due to the Boos that were surrounding him. Moreover, one of those Boos was holding a Power Star.

All the Boos started to fly om every place, trying to confuse Luigi. Then, all the Boos stopped and once again surrounded Luigi.

"Can you guess which one of us is holding the Power Star?" One of the Boos said. "If you do, you can keep it... but if you fail, then something terrible will happen to you, hehehehehe".

Luigi was scared, but decided to try anyway. Luigi chose the Boo randomly; he luckily got the right Boo. The Boo dissapeared and left the Power Star behind. All the other Boos flew away. Luigi touched the Power Star, sending it back to Peach's Castle.

Star #5: Spider Cave

Luigi was going deeper in the cave. Suddenly, he heard Mario's voice:

"Heeeeeelp!" he yelled.

Luigi ran quickly where the voice was coming from. He found Mario stuck in a Spider web.

"Luigi! You've found me!" Mario said. "Please help me get out of this thing!"

While Luigi was going to save his brother, a lot of spiders felt in front of Luigi.

"Eeeeewww! Spiders!" Luigi shouted.

One of the Spiders shot a Spider web at Luigi's flashlight and took it from him. Luigi ran to recover it, but another spider from the celling shot a web at Luigi and pull it up. Other spiders were playing with Luigi, throwing him from one place to another.

While at it, other spiders were closing to Mario in order to devour him. Once Luigi noticed it, he quickly took the power of a Fire Flower and threw fireballs to the spiders that were using him as a ball. He burned them, got back to the floor and recovered the flashlight. He then threw fireballs at the spiders that wanted to devour Mario and burned them away; Mario got free from the spider web on the act.

After reuniting with Luigi, a big spider came out of nowhere, targeting at Mario and Luigi. Mario absorbed the Power of a Fire Flower, and alongside with Luigi, he fought the big Spider. After dodging a lot of spider webs, stomping and crushing, they finally defeated the Big Spider, burning to ashes. Finally, a Power Star came from inside the Spider after it was defeated. Mario touched the Star, sending it back to Peach's Castle.

Suddenly, Mario and Luigi heard a voice on the air (the same one that Luigi heard):

"I won't let you escape from here alive!"

A lot of Boos appeared, and with the power of another Star, they started to emerge, creating a big Boo with the shape of a ball, which started to roll toward Mario and Luigi.

Star #6: Boo-Roll

Mario and Luigi ran away from the Boo Ball, looking for an exit. They jumped a lot of gasps, passed through various obstacles, jumped from platform to platform, stomped on some Boos until they found an exit. They got through, but the Boo Ball didn't since it was to big. Instead, it crashed and broke. All the Boos forming the Ball flew away and left the Power Star behind. Mario touched it, and the Star got back to Peach's Castle. Mario and Luigi walked to the portal to get back to Bowser's Castle.

Final Star: King Boo

As Mario and Luigi walked to the portal, they heard a creepy laugh coming out of nowhere. Suddenly, Mario started to float once again. He was been hold by many Boos. Then, another Big Boo appeared in front of Luigi, but this one was different. This one was wearing a crown, meaning that this one was the leader of the Boos.

"I am King Boo, the most creepiest Boo of the whole forest" he said. "You two had tresspassed our territory and stole all our treasures. Now you must pay the price. I'll start with you greeny boy, and the red boy will be next, hehehehehe".

"Luigi! Be careful!" Mario yelled.

King Boo flew rapidly toward Luigi to crush him, But he got out of the way. He then used the flashlight and flashed King Boo, but it didn't do any effect on it.

"You no that I'm not any normal Boo, right?" King Boo said mockingly.

King Boo once again flew toward Luigi, who got scared and started to shake... again. Now Luigi though that his end was near. However, he was feeling something unusual on his flashlight. He saw a switch on it that said: FLASHLIGHT 2.0, meaning that he could power it up. Without further ado, he activated that switch.

King Boo was already closing on Luigi. He quickly charged his flashlight; Mario closed his eyes since he knew what was coming. Once King Boo was close enough, Luigi let go, and a more brighter flash has been unleashed, making King Boo dissapear on the act, along with all the Boos that were carrying Mario. A Power Star, the last one of the Boo's Forest, came from King Boo. Luigi touched it, sending it back to Peach's Castle. Luigi went to help Mario stand on his feet.

"Good Job Luigi" Mario said. "You did a great job looking for the Power Stars, and also for me, your dear brother. You really are a true hero".

Luigi replies:

"I am? I-I mean................ I am???"

Finally, Mario and Luigi got through the portal and got back to Bowser's Castle. They had reunited with Toadsworth after arriving.

"By the look of your face you must have recovered all the Power Stars that were beyond that portal" Toadsworth guessed. "I would congratulate you, but that would mean that I'll have to do it everytime you have success on a mission. But now is not the time, Let's have a look at the state of Peach's Castle".

*Mario and Luigi looks at Toadsworth's screen device*

" If you manage to take a few more Stars, then is possible to have half of the Castle recovered" Toadsworth explained. "Another one of the doors opened. Now you two jump into that portal and keep going with your quest".

Mario and Luigi advanced to the next portal.
