(Overtime, Carlos' first day of school is going pretty well for him as he's been learning about science, social skills, math and languages, learning how to cook, read many books, and more to obtain a great grade.)

(Right now, we see Carlos is having lunch with the Humane 8 in the cafeteria as he was eating a pizza, a cupcake, an apple, a latte mocha, a salad and two bags of chocolate chip cookies. After he ate his meal, he was looking down with a frown at the moment as he was thinking about his past life he had before this and the girls took notice.)

Sunset: "Hey, Carlos. What's wrong?"

Carlos: "Huh?" [to Twilight; smiles] "Oh, it's nothing really. I was just thinking...that's all."

Sci-Twi: "You sure?"

Carlos: "Yeah, it's just..." [sighs] "I don't know why you guys are friends with someone like me? When I told you both about my old life, I thought you girls would do the same."

Applejack: [hugs him] "Are you kidding, sugarcude! Why would we ignore you after you told us your life at the Mushroom Kingdom? You're special in your own way."

Carlos: "R-Really?"

Rainbow: "Yeah! Not to mention, you're helpful, smart, kind, tough and a pretty cool guy."

Fluttershy: "You love for animals has made me start liking you a lot, Carlos..."

Rarity: "Especially when you like my fashion so much..."

Pinkie: "Or how you loved trying out my special desserts whenever I've baked for you!" [hugs him with a big smile.]

Twilight: "And that's the reason why you're our best friend, Carlos."

Sci-Twi: [nods] "Yeah."

Sunset: "You are the best friend we've ever had and we won't trade you for anyone or anything in the world."

(After that being said, Carlos couldn't help but form a smile and shed tears of joy. He quickly wiped them away and looked at the girls.)

Carlos: "Thanks, girls. I really needed that..." [blushes] "Excuse me, but I gotta put away my trash... I'll be back."

(As Carlos took off to put away his garage, the Humane 8 all gave a loving sighs and started talking about they love him so much.)

Pinkie: "Ooh, isn't he amazing! I just love when he's so(x4) bashful! And so(x4) cute! And the way he-"

Rainbow: [immediately puts her hand over Pinkie's mouth; shutting her up.] "Pinkie, would you keep it down! He could hear you!"

Pinkie: [muffles] "But he's so handsome!"

Rarity: "We know, darling. But now's not the right time."

Applejack: [sighs] "Why do we have to keep it a secret?"

Sunset: "Why...?"

Twilight: "Because if we give him the option to choose to love us separately, then it could hurt the both of us."

Sci-Twi: "My sister's right. I'm afraid that if he chooses one of us, our friendship will be over. And I don't want to happen."

Sunset: "Ah, I get it now."

Sci-Twi: "Also, I think the Shadow Five from my old school: Crystal Prep also want Carlos too."

Rainbow: [sterns] "Those bitches?!"

Rarity: "Rainbow Dash, mind your languages!"

Sci-Twi: "Yeah, I know. They don't know about our love for Carlos, but they do know I have and let me say they're forming a plan to get Carlos to love them instead of us."

Pinkie: "Well, we gotta tell him now!"

(Carlos then returned.)

Carlos: "Tell me what?"

(The Humane 8 yelped as Carlos returned and Pinkie, immediately, tells him something.)

Pinkie: "Tell you that...if you and me can go out to Sugarcube Corner and buy a chocolate sundae later after school?"

Carlos: "Mmm, sundae..." [nods] "Sure, Pinkie."

Rainbow: "What? But what about-"

Pinkie: [smiles] "Sorry, Dashie, but I got to him first!"

Rainbow: [pouts; crosses her arms] "Aw, man!"

(With that, they continued to hang out as the camera cuts to shown the Shadow Five are watching them chat and they were pretty jealous.)

The Shadow Five

Sour: "Damnit! I wanted Carlos to hang with us!"

Sugarcoat: "Relax, Sour Sweet. We'll get him to hang out with us eventually."

Lemon: "How so, smarty-pants?"

Sugarcoat: "I just heard Pinkie Pie asked him to go with her to Sugarcube Corner and get some sundae. If I can get to him in time, maybe I can ask him if he wants to hang out with us."

Indigo: "Hmm, that could work..."

Sunny: "It will work. I can feel it." [nods] "Okay, Sugarcoat. We'll do your thing. But if it doesn't work, we'll doing this my way. Got it?"

Sugarcoat: [nods] "Crystal."

(In the end, the Shadow Five also have a thing for Carlos and they plan at gaining him to love them has begun.)

(A/N: In this universe, the girls from Crystal Prep also attends Canterlot High just to get Carlos to love them. So it's a rivalry between the Rainbooms and the Shadowbolts again.)
