SunClan had improved, More kits. Harsh leaf-bare, And more apprentices, Sunstar now walked onto the 8th gathering as a leader, Sunstar let every cat pass through the gushing river. Remembering the time she was sucked into it in Groundstar's camp.

She watched every cat's pawstep.

As they all passed, Sunstar leaped through the rocks that crossed to the gathering site, She reached the bottom, Whisking her tail and letting the cats follow, 

I hope no cat comes and tries to attack SunClan, I already killed Groundstar, Maybe, Even Bloomstar's mad, Sunstar shook her head. Sunstar leaped onto the highrock, Sitting quietly and dipping her head to the other leaders,

Bloomstar kept a frown on her face as Sunstar glanced at her, Sunstar narrowing her eyes.

"Let the gathering begin!" yowled Snowstar. Bloomstar faced the clans, Sunstar as well.

"First of all, We welcome a new rebuilt SunClan! I know you faced hard times ever since the battle..." meowed Snowstar, trailing off at the end. Sunstar nodded, "Thank you," she murmured,

"Prey is running well, Leaf bare is coming upon us but we are ready, We welcome a new apprentice, Sagepaw!" purred Snowstar.

"Sagepaw! Sagepaw! Sagepaw!" cried the clans.

Sagepaw ducked her head, embarrassed.

Sunstar spoke, "SunClan is rebuilding very well, But we still are dealing with EarthClan stealing prey," she mewed, her nose stuck up in the air.

Bloomstar snorted, "As if! SunClan dung! Groundstar knows you steal prey!".

"Since when? I haven't seen one piece of fish on my pile! I look at it every day! What are you doing- LYING!?" hissed Sunstar. Bloomstar snarled, "NO, You are, FOX-HEART!".

"ENOUGH!" yowled Firestar. His blue eyes blazing with fury, "I want to see your piles tomorrow and my warriors will look at which prey is right, If its the wrong prey I'll tell the leader and whoever hunted you would be in trouble,".

Sunstar growled,  "Thank you, Firestar,".

Bloomstar snorted.

Sunstar announced what Firestar had planned, Applewish growled, "What!? Isn't Bloomstar lying?", "Yes but-"

Firestar arrived, Sunstar leaped down from the highrock, every cat clearing out of the path so she could pass by,  "Firestar," she mewed.

"Sunstar," he mewed,

"Welcome to SunClan, Go ahead and search our pile, Applewish, Stormbrittle, Leapflight, Skywing. Go on a hunting patrol, Skywing leads," commanded Sunstar, her amber eyes gleaming with pride.

Skywing nodded eagerly, she quietly padded away, The rest of the patrol following. Firestar whisked his tail in the direction of the cats, A few of his warriors bounding along swiftly. Sunstar's eyes widened,

Sunstar flexed her claws slightly. Hoping her warriors wouldn't scavenge for the gross EarthClan prey.

"Sunstar?" mewed Firestar. He knocked her out of her thoughts, Sunstar shook her head, "Yeah?" she asked, "Aren't you leading a few more patrols?" he asked. Sunstar leaped to action, "Oh yes! Sorry, Firestar" she mewed,

"Bluestorm, Sunnytail-"

"SUNSTAR!" yowled Greyheart, The she-cat turned in surprise seeing her mate so jumpy. "What?" she asked, "We've spotted Bloomstar leading a patrol over SunClan borders!" he yowled, His eyes widening.

Sunstar yowled in outrage, "Never mind! Take a few warriors to the borders! Firestar you must follow! So you know that Bloomstar is lying in your face!". Firestar turned, racing away. Sunstar following,

Greyheart, Blankpaw, Bluestorm, and Sunnytail followed. Paws drumming hard against the gravel under paw. Sunstar burst through the undergrowth, Quickly stepping through the mossy swamp. She finally reached the border,

Bloomstar had her jaws clamped over a squirrel's throat. Firestar snarled in fury, Greyheart unsheathed his claws along with Blankpaw. Bluestorm lashed in tail angrily.

Bloomstar dropped the squirrel laughing, "Aha, Firestar. What a pleasure to see you," she purred. Firestar growled, "We had a deal, Bloomstar. You can't break the Warrior Code." "WHAT WARRIOR CODE? Those dead ancestors are nothing!" yowled Bloomstar.

Every cat gasped.

"You know what? Why do we believe in those spirits!? They're nothing but dead cats giving us MADE UP prophecies for us to follow a belief that it'll happen, WELL GUESS WHAT? THEY NEVER HAPPEN! They are FEATHER-BRAINS!"

"I THINK THAT'S ENOUGH!" yowled Sunstar. Unsheathing her claws,

"What are you gonna do about it?" hissed Bloomstar, Laughing and unsheathing her claws, looking at them with evil destruction in her eyes.

Sunstar felt lost for once, Letting the rage leave her body, But then she leaped, Pinning Bloomstar down, Greyheart tried to bound over to them but Firestar halted him with his long tail. 

"Leave, You've disrespected our ancestors," she mewed, her claws met Bloomstar's throat and she raked them.

Bloomstar bled out, Her eyes turning lifeless as her nine lives were ripped away.
