Nico patted the bed next to him for Will to sit. As they sat next to each other, Nico couldn't help staring at Will's beautiful blue eyes, which entranced him at every turn. Will stared back, straining to keep from running his hand through Nico's hair. His silky, adorable, enticing black hair... Will blinked hard to push back the thought, but it didn't work. He couldn't help it. Will grabbed the back of Nico's neck as gently as possible and kissed it. Nico shuddered and let out a quiet moan. Once he came back to himself, Nico pushed Will back and looked down. "So, um..." Will just smirked and teased Nico by licking his lips suggestively. "What'd you want to talk about, Death Boy?" The nickname made Nico grumble. Will laughed at this, then drew closer to Nico, leaving just a few centimeters between their lips. Nico blushed and fumbled with his words. He'd almost gotten out the sentence when the attack alarm blared and Chiron spoke over an enchanted intercom that spread across the entire camp. "Attention, Campers! There is a group of karpoi spirits at the border demanding Nico DiAngelo! Whatever you do, don't let them get him! Will Solace, you will stay with Nico until the karpoi are gone! Thank you!" Nico curled up into a little ball and winced at the word "karpoi." Will hugged him and kept him in that protective embrace until the karpoi had been defeated. Nico shivered, even though the infirmary was always at a comfortably warm temperature. After the battle, Nico let himself unwind in Will's arms. If he tried to let go, Nico would grab his neck and not let go until he rewrapped his arms around the son of Hades. Finally, Nico actually fell asleep in Will's lap, meaning the previously mentioned boy couldn't move. So he just layed back on the bed spooning Nico until he, too, fell asleep. It was a peaceful sleep, and though Will woke up a few times in the night, he refused to get up or even move for fear of waking Nico as well.

Sorry it's so short. I couldn't think of much to right after Chiron sent out the alarm. Please don't be mad. I'm not even sure anyone is reading this. :)
