This is kind of like Part 2 of the Alters book since Alters has all of the alters' information, such as gender, sexuality, age, birthday, zodiac, etc. so make sure to check that book out before looking at this book, unless you want to flip back and forth between them, I'm not judging...

This will just be how alters are feeling. If they feel the need to vent or ramble about what happened to them (whether something sad or exciting), they can go ahead and write in this book and publish it if they want to. And if they want to put themselves as Anonymous, they can!
