limitations: despite being extremely intelligent he doesn't use it very well. Most of his intelligence goes to reading about shit that doesn't concern him. He also isn't very good with hand to hand but he can take a punch.

personality: Samuel is quite a character. A bit of a trouble maker though he doesn't mean to be. he just can't help himself. his energy is unmatched by anyone. constantly moving, constantly thinking, he is a human train that never stops working.

he is quite intelligent but rarely ever uses it. Despite knowing quite a lot it's like his brain erases all the important stuff to fit all the useless shit he fills it with. if he isn't playing with his switchblade or training you can probably find him in the library reading up on something that has nothing to do with his studies. ask him about demons he probably can tell you the bare minimum. ask him about a ducks reproductive system? he can and will talk your ear off.

If he tries really hard though he can remember things. Or more if he doesn't try. Put him on the spot and he can't tell his left from right, but if the information is really needed he can scrounge around his brain for an answer usually. It'll just take him a while.

Samuel is also quite flirtatious despite not being interested in sex at all. He will flirt with anyone and everyone until they start flirting back. Once people flirt with him he stops immediately and shuts down easily. Don't want to lead anyone on right? Or maybe he is just protecting his own feelings.

Despite his jovial and lack of seriousness, he can complete his task and do what needs to be done. Not without a little bit of fun involved of course. but still, he can do what he needs to do. He is a little bit apathetic to a great many of things. However he does care a lot for people. If he gets close he is as loyal as they come. If you're a friend he will make it his mission to be their own personal hype man, and give pep talks, tell them they're pretty/handsome/smoking hot/ any other compliment just to make sure that they're self worth stays high.

Sammy doesn't get angry very often but when he does usually it's pretty explosive and doesn't last very long. He is the type of person that forgives and forgets because life is too short to stay angry at people.

dislikes: bananas, when people take things way too seriously, being threatened, when people think he's useless, fighting when he doesn't have to.

backstory: Sam was adopted by the Farsise family at the age of 3. He doesn't really remember his biological family, they died when he was 2. However the Farsise family were well known within the Hunter community. He'd always had a bit of "behavior" problems and was diagnosed with severe ADHD at the age of 7. His father was a bit disappointed at the diagnosis but his mother was a bit worried about medication. When he was on them he acted like a zombie and he wasn't the lovable little boy they all knew and loved.

So they took him off medication and put him in self defense classes and other programs as an outlet for his impulses and hyperactivity. They let him have his hyper fixation on the knives. It was good for his studies as a hound. His grades were always a little lower than they should have been with how smart he was. Still his parents called the headmaster and got him into the Bloodhound program because he was very skilled and very smart. They managed to talk his way into the program and that's where he's been ever since.

OPINIONS

The Academy: Well his mom and dad were part of it, and so is he. It's a family tradition. It's a nice place and he loves it. They don't treat him like he's dumb. He's useful to them. And he's one of the best.

the code: a little bit apathetic but he will follow the code to the absolute bare minimum.

subjects and new program: to be honest he doesn't really know how to feel about it. It's a great opportunity for the subjects sure. But he doesn't really care about it. However he is a bit annoyed that they changed the program in his last year. He was almost out and now he has to learn NEW shit? rude.
