Starflight was walking slowly through the forest away from where Jade mountain was given up hope of ever gaining Sunnys love.

"Ahhhh!" He heard a scream. He quickly looked back knowing the scream. Sunny. (Dont ask why he knows. My mind just wants it this way!) He quickly ran back to where he heard the scream to find Sunny laying on the ground blood pooling around her.

"No, no, no" Starflight said shaking his head walking slowly over to her. She was still breathing, barely. There was blood pouring from her eyes, witch were slashed. "S-Sunny? W-What happened?" He asked shakily

"S-Star. Starflight. R-Run" She said weakly. Lifting her head.

"W-Who did this?" He asked not listening to her warning. "Who was i-" He was cut off as he was dragged away and slammed into a tree.

"No!" Sunny screamed.

"Ive been waiting for you Starflight" A voice said as he slumped to the ground. He shook his head clearing his vision and saw Sandstorm standing over Sunny.

"Sandstorm!" Starflight exclaimed "What are you doing here! What happened?" He asked his mind a little shaken

"Oh, I must have thrown you into that tree a little too hard...Starflight. I need that amulet of yours" Sandstorm said pointing to the amulet that let him see. "And if you don't give it too me then poor little Sunny here will be blind forever."

"When I get my talons on you Sandstorm!" Sunny snarled, trying to search for Sandstorm but falling over each time she tried to take a step.

"Why do you need this Sandstorm. I never did anything!" Starflight said watching Sunny sadly.

"Oh, you didn't do anything. Just one of my...Colleagues is blind. And she needs that amulet. Since she is a very valuable member of our team." Sandstorm said looking a bit sad for a moment.

"Starflight don't. Don't do it, you don't have to do it" Sunny pleaded.

"Im sorry Sunny but, I have to. Besides, im used to being blind. Your not" He said taking off the amulet and being plunged back into the darkness that he knew far too well.

"No! Please Starflight!" Sunny shouted.

"Good boy. Now give it too me and ill cure her." Sandstorm said. Starflight held out the amulet and he felt it get snatched out of his hand. "Finally!" He said happily "Good job. Now enjoy your precious Sunny!" He snarled.

"Starflight!" Sunny exclaimed as he was almost barreled over by Sunny. She hugged him tightly. He felt the warmth radiate off her scales and hugged her back. "You shouldn't have done that" She said.

"How else were you gonna see. Wait, you can see right?" He asked a little confused.

"Yes" She said pulling back.

Is Sandstorm animus? How else is he gonna make Sunny see again. Then why did he need the amulet? He thought. He was jerked out of thought by Sunny grabbing his talons.

"Starflight. I-Im sorry. Im so sorry for not knowing about why you were upset. And I never did get to tell you that. I-I love you. And I would have told you after I met Sandstorm but, he said he loved me and I was just so confused" She said. "I would never leave you" She said hugging him again.

"Neither will I" He said...
