They were nose to nose, a battle of wills. Christine was slightly shorter than Tel, her stern look surprised him, who was wide eyed when she got right up in his face and countered him. He looked directly into her eyes without moving. She had her hands on her hips and pushed up into his face, completely focused. It was when he noticed her green eyes, her beautiful green eyes that he relaxed a bit.

She noticed.

She giggled and turned around quickly, claiming victory. Her pigtails whipped around and struck Tel on the side of his face before they fell down onto her back. Tel silently watched her as she walked back to her home, while Tagus glanced back and forth between the two.

"She's got green eyes." Tel finally managed.

"Yeah?" Tagus replied.

"And red hair" Tel added. "And she talks with a lisp."

Tagus raised his eyebrows while blinking several times.

"And she's your cousin." Tel continued.

"That makes her your cousin too!"

"Nooooooo!" Tel replied.

Tagus smiled back in victory.

"You tease." Tel shot back. "You should marry her."

Tagus stared at Tel again, blinking. "Why?"

"Cause I'm gonna be a marine and take out the bad guys!"

"Can I, if she's my cousin?" Tagus asked.

"Um, yeah, Tag. Your parents are cousins."

"Well, I still can't marry her."

"Why not?" Tel asked.

"Cause I'm gonna be the captain of the ship that takes you to fight the bad guys."

"Yeah!" Tel responded happily.
