Stephone's fatal flaw is self doubt, a common one apparently for Apollo kids. Due to the fatal flaw, she underestimates herself all the time. She had no confidence in herself at all. She is always worried about failing and being a disgrace for the Apollo kids. Due to it also, she has a hard time of making decisions, only because she doesn't want to mess up - which she does all the time - also end up hurting others - which has happened - and the last one is making the wrong decision. Her fatal flaw prevents her from being the best she can, she can't control it, and it always pops up when she doesn't need it.
