So back when we had the Wings_of_watty with the council and Down to Pyrrhia (the original one, before it got hacked ) and such, I proposed the idea of Tui being a secret ruler/Oracle of Pyrrhia and the FanWings. Basically she is rarely seen, but she is a symbol of hope and creation when she shows up. So I drew her for fun
