She was loud.

So loud.

Cacophonous laughter. High pitched shrieks. Over dramatic and unnecessary reactions.

But everyone liked her.

(Except him, probably.)

She was the life of the party. Wherever she went, mindless fun would ensure. The world practically revolved around her, worshipping her as the party queen.

And he, the only one who didn't join in the frolicking, was somehow stuck with her longer than anyone else. They had been in the same class for years and years and his impression of her hadn't changed much.

Maybe he should stop sulking.

Maybe he should open up.

Maybe he should try to like her, like everyone else did.

But when he saw her, with that same, irritating laugh he'd heard thousands times before-

He just wanted to go.

And so, he shut himself off again.
