Well. I Dead.
As soon as our fires collided we both recoiled. The girl prepared a spell, a blue aura flickering and rising from the palms of her hands. I noticed it and I felt a jolt of fear. That could either be a lightning spell or ice spell...
I darted just as a bolt of frost struck where I just stood. The cold air being emote from the ice chilled my skin, making it tingle a bit. It wasn't enough to weaken me, but it felt so weird!
I fired a burst of flame from my fists and it knocked the girl back a few paces. Then we charged at each other again.
(Time Skip cuz I'm awful at writing battle scenes)
The fight was long and a little bloody-- for me anyways. Although I may seem a little OP, just know I'm not perfect and I can get hurt too! By the end of the battle there was a scratch travelling over my left eye. Blood spattered my pale cheek, and it ran all the way down to my neck. I knew if any of the gang was here they'd be like, "come on, glory, you're gonna die. just give up already".
...Wow, Sans. Thanks for the encouragement.
Wait, SANS?!
I spun around while my opponent was on her knees, panting and clutching her gut. "Sans, what are you doing in Skyrim?"
"eh it's been too long since i've been here." He walked nonchalantly to the counter and grabbed a bottle of Blackbriar mead. He didn't seem to care that it was already open and he drank it down. "dang it, i forgot ketchup didn't exist in tamriel."
I sighed and opened my mouth to say something, but I was caught by surprise as an ice spike came from behind, stabbing me in the back.
My eyes flew open in shock. Then the pain came and reality set in. I could feel the other side of the spike coming through my belly. I fell to my knees. I concentrated on my lava-like blood, forcing it in vain to heat up and melt. It worked, but only a little. The fire was already escaping from my hair, the golden blaze dying and fading to black.
"oh my god, glory!" Sans instantly dropped the bottle, his eye turning blue and flashing electric yellow.
"Wait a minute." That was the girl's voice. "Glory?"
Her face came into view, and it was then when I saw those eyes.
Green... As if those irises beheld a beautiful emerald forest.
Those were my mother's eyes.
But.. if this wasn't my mother.. then...
"Oblivion!!" I gasped, grabbing her hand. The joy of being reunited made my hair spring back to life, making the ice spike fully melt... But I had been impaled. I was still injured, but not as hurt as I was. I still needed help.
"this is kinda one of those 'i didn't know this person was my family' type of thing," Sans said, his eye fading back to normal white, "but we need to get g to the healers."
Oblivion nodded, her eyes troubled. She was slightly injured, too; her face was a bit bruised. Then she turned to me and stooped down. "Come on. Let's get you all fixed up, sis..."
(Sorry for the short chapter. But it was pretty eventful, don't you think?)
