( SUMMER ) used to be Samantha Larson's favorite time of the year. Not because of the warm weather or because school was on break. No, it was because she got to spend time with her favorite people in the world. But that all changed last year when one of them broke her heart.

( SAMANTHA LARSON ) had been in love with Conrad Fisher since she was eleven years old. Or at least that is when she knew what her feelings were.  Sure she had kissed other boys and girls, even dated a few, but her heart always beat for Conrad. 

( WHEN ) she was sixteen, Conrad kissed her the first week of summer and the two were together until the end of it when Conrad broke her heart when he dumped her on the day of the Debutante ball, which also happened to be the eve before her seventeenth birthday. 

( SHE'D ) been dreading summer approaching because she'd have to spend the whole summer in the house with the Fishers. But this summer proves to be very different.
