“I can’t be your manager but I can recommend one.”

“Oh really? You’ll help me with that?” Yeonjun reacted as they take the trail up to where the waterfall is.

“Yep! When we go back to apartment, I can give him a call. He can manage so many things,” Beomgyu added.

“Who’s that?”

“He’s a close friend. Summer tournament will start next week so I will make sure that Kairos will win no matter what,” Beomgyu stated. “Trust me, okay?”

They continued to talking as they walk, it’s not that far from the camping site and they even meet some of the campers that are going down already.

“Right, I just realized that we haven’t asked our age yet,” Beomgyu started a topic. “For sure I’m younger than you,” he said. “You’re like 80s right?”

“Hey! Want me to kick you right here, right now?” Yeonjun replied in annoyance. “I’m just 27,” Yeonjun replied.

“Wow, you’re really old,” Beomgyu commented and even acted gasping in surprise. “I’m 18.”

Yeonjun pauses and stare at Beomgyu. “You’re joking, right?”

“No—”

“Hey!”

Beomgyu laughs at it, “I’m 25,” Beomgyu corrected. “You’re still old.”

“Okay, fine! At least you’re my baby.”

“Oh shut up,” Beomgyu rolled his eyes and they both laugh.

They reach the waterfalls and there are people already taking a swim in the cold waters. Beomgyu got amazed by how the water motions down the basin and how cold the air surrounds them.

“Let’s swim!” Beomgyu exclaimed.

“Be careful of the rockcs, Beomgyu,” Yeonjun reminds him and went over Beomgyu after.

They started swimming, hugging each other on the water, and Yeonjun letting Beomgyu sit on his shoulders. They play like kids, splashing water everywhere and running-swimming around and playing tags.

Both take a seat on the edge, legs are on the water, and listens to the sound of the water’s impact on the basin. Beomgyu looks up, “Have you been there?” he asks.

Yeonjun tilt his head as well and nods, “Hmm with Taehyun,” he replied. “We hiked in here last time,” he added. “The water above is freezing and so clear.”

“I wanna see too,” Beomgyu stated.

“It’s too dangerous for you, prince Beomgyu,” Yeonjun teases him and Beomgyu rolled his eyes that made the older laughs. “You should come back so that we can go above,” he suggested instead.

“Even if I came back, it won’t be the same anymore,” Beomgyu stated. “It’ll be totally different.”

“Really? What a waste,” Yeonjun just replied. “Then let’s just meet outside this province, will it make some difference?”

Beomgyu turn his eye on Yeonjun, “I’m not sure? We’ll see then,” he chuckles after then extended his arms to reach the cold water from below and splash it on Yeonjun.

“You really!”

They spend the whole afternoon capturing their moments and seizing it. Today’s their last day and they’re going back to apartment the next day. Night came and because of their tiredness, they just sleep early on each other’s side.

It was around midnight when Yeonjun wakes up by continues vibrations. He gently let go of Beomgyu so he won’t wake him up. He looks where the vibration is coming from and he sight Beomgyu’s bag. He comes forward and opens it, the vibration is coming from Beomgyu’s iPhone. The caller isn’t new to Yeonjun’s eyes anymore.

Yeonjun just blankly stares at the caller ID, contemplating if he should answer or not. He was about to answer it but the call ended that made him sigh. He just put the phone back and went beside Beomgyu again and hugs him, kissing his forehead.

Little did the older know, Beomgyu was anticipating what he’s going to do with call.

“Why didn’t you answer it?” Beomgyu asks, eyes close, and with hoarse sleepy voice.

Yoenjun chuckles, “I don’t want to spoil the fun,” he answered and hugs Beomgyu tightly.
