Serena's POV

After waking up from my...embarrassing outburst. Prof. Oak finally arrived and announced the what will we be doing today.

"You will be in teams once more and the first team that will be able to get through this event shall win a very special prize given to us by a Professor for the Alola Region" many boys were pumping their first out of determination clearly wanting that prize.

I glance at ny friends and saw them all pumped out as well. I on the other hand, felt somewhat neutral about it. I was never the one to like going outdoors, from what I have heard to people that knew me before that accident, and most of then were my relatives.

The outdoors and its scenery can make it fun and all but, it's not my forté. After a minute of chattering about which team they want to be in. Prof. Oak announced the teams.

I'm in Team Frokie along with Ash, as it seems that in each team there will be two older scouts to lead the young ones.

Gary and Misty are in team Eevee.

Iris and Cilan are Team Axew.

May and Drew are Team Torchic.

And Dawn along with Paul are Team Elekid. (Is that how u spell it??)

Once we were all settled down, we all look back at Prof. Oak.

"The activity is a scavenger hunt!" The crowd cheered and some even exclaimed that the camp was finally getting fun. Oak then coughed and everyone immediately quieted down.

"Don't think of this too lightly dear campers, for this isn't any ordinary hunt. You will be looking for an ancient treasure hidden deep withing a cave in the forest. But no one in centuries had been able to locate where the cave is until recently. Scientist have said that the cave itself is moving around the forest and I want you all to look for it.", Prof.  Oak said.

"Why are we the ones looking for it gramps?", Gary asked.

"It's a good experience for the youngsters to know before they become trainers". Oak explained.

I place my hand under my chin and thought about the cave. Then an idea hit me.

'I could ask Xerneas! It knows everything around the forest!'

After he explained everything he then set us off and everyone began running to the forest. I felt someone grab my hand while I was thinking, I look up and saw Ash with that determined grin of his.

"Let's win this so we can get that prize Sere!!", he exclaimed.

A small blushed appeares on my cheeks when I heard him call me Sere. I nod and gave him a determined smile and the two of us along with our other teammates ventured into the forest.

But little did I know on what would happen once we stepped into that cave..

While going deeper into the forest, I felt an odd vibe coming around me. Like someone or something was out to get me...

Ahhh!! It feels good to finally update again 😭😭😭

I should apologize because school ended a long time ago 😂😂 around June 18 and I still didm't update.
