The blonde and brunette walked with each other away from the corner and to the party. The brunette took the blonde to a few friends and introduced him. About twenty minutes passed and the two hit it off. They were talking about this and talking about that. They were inseparable at the fire. Anywhere you saw one the other was right beside.

"Hey Colby!" A tall girl called

The two walked over and talked to her. The brunette introduced the blonde to her. The skinny black haired girl's name was Kay. Soon enough it was around 9:00. The two boys snuck off and eventually found themselves on the roof of the house. They were both laying back stargazing.

"So tell me about yourself Sam," the brunette said

"Well what do you want to know?" The blonde replied

"Anything really,"

"Well uh, I live with my parents and my two siblings, Alison and Ben."

"That's cool,"

"Yeah. What about you?" The blonde asked

"Well I'm an only child and I live with my mom. It's just us,"

"Oh I'm sorry,"

"It's alright," said the brunette "I like the way we're living,"

The more they talked the closer the two became. They hit it off well. Soon enough it was almost midnight and the fire was dying. They didn't want to stop talking. The first night of summer was great. The two exchanged numbers and agreed to stay in close touch. The two then parted and went their separate ways.
