Chapter 15

Candice kissed Elias passionately as she ran her hands slowly through his hair. They were Candice's house, currently on Candice's bed. It was Wednesday, the day which her parents were out and so was her brother.

The day was lingering on the back of each of their minds during the week and it was finally here. Elias had come bearing food and drinks, startled when that was quickly disregarded as it ended up on the coffee table and they ended up in Candice's bedroom with her lips on his.

Candice slowly travels her hands under his shirt a bit, feeling his tense and tight muscles beneath her soft hands.  Elias moved his lips against hers in a sensual motion as he retreats just a bit from her wandering hands.

Candice's eyebrows furrow as she pulls away. Missing the loss of contact, Elias' lips follow hers longingly. Candice smiles at the action, acknowledging how his lips were still puckered and his eyes were still closed.

Leaning back in to kiss him, Candice allows her soft palms to wander across his clothed-chest before trickling her fingers beneath the material once again.

When Elias grabs her wrist to stop the action, she pulls away shortly again, "Stop doing that," She murmurs before moving back in.

It was Elias' turn to pull away and it was now Candice's lips who raced after his own from the loss of the kiss.

"You don't listen to anything anyone tells you, do you?" His face was teasing as he tried to control a grunt from how her fingers were still running through his hair.

Candice looks down at him adoringly from her place on his lap. Her hair was splayed all over her face, lips swollen red from their constant making out. It was his grabby hands that styled her hair in this way, and it was his soft and plump lips that blossomed Candice's own. It was a sight that was beautiful to Elias.

"Well," Candice starts. She grabs his hands at the wrist and pushes him against her bed to lie down softly and slowly. She goes closer to him, her hair framing his face.  Hovering over his lips, and teasing the living daylights out of him, Elias grows frustrated at her lack of compliance and surges — quite literally surges — his hips onto her, trying to feel any contact; any friction at all from her.

Candice gasps in surprise at the action, feeling a slight tingle between her legs. Remembering the question that was yet still unanswered, she continued in between breaths, "I—I like to think that I can be very obedient when I want to be."

As Candice releases Elias' wrists and traces her fingers over his face, he hums in response, grabbing onto her waist and fisting his fingers, "Is that so?"

She was now fully straddling him and it felt heavenly on his end.

His voice sounded like melted hot chocolate— smooth, velvety, and just so dark.

Candice nods at his question, "In fact," She slowly removes her fingers from his face and travels her hands lower on his stomach, to where Elias had pretty much deemed uncharted territory. She adjusts her butt lower on Elias' thighs the further she moved downward as her fingers make a torturingly slow trail down Elias' torso.

Elias' breathing increased as she went along. Candice watched through her eyelashes and her curtain of hair as his nose flared in an effort to inhale air more drastically.

Elias cranes his neck to watch Candice's actions more attentively; teasing, torturingly, his head drops back down on the pillow as she stops on his stomach — his rock, hard stomach.

"As I was saying—" She began. "In fact, I'll obey anything you want me to do as of now," Her lips curve into a cunning smile.

Elias' breathing levels just a bit, "What I want you to do..." His words trailed off as he looked at her above him. He would probably kick himself in the ass for it later, but her hands her just so soft, so gentle. He didn't know where her wandering hands would lead to and he didn't want to know. Would he able to control himself? "...is listen to what I said before and stop that," He grits out. He swipes his hand over his face and continued, "—if you know what is good for you."

Candice pouts playfully, almost seductively.  Elias stared at her in amazement. He wasn't sure what had got into her the past few days leading up to this particular Wednesday. Candice was more touchy than usual, and although he surely didn't mind, he wanted to know what made her so. Was it the excitement of this present day? The day where they knew they'd be alone without parents and without friends? Was it because that not only were they alone, but it wasn't in public? Was it because they had a bedroom to their excess, unlimited food in the fridge, and complete silence? Or maybe it was a combination of all of these things.

Even in front of parents, friends, and siblings— rather a sibling— for the last few days, they surely didn't care about PDA. It surely left Midas cringing on more than one occasion.

The two couldn't help it, they just couldn't get enough of each ither., especially with this day looking over their head, and the time they would have.

Candice wanted to eat more than she could chew today. Elias' plans were to slow her down, but fuck, look at her; frizzy hair, rosy cheeks, plump, pink lips, beautiful smile, and most importantly, the sight of her form sitting above him.

What straight, functioning man would say no to anything that she proposed right now? Not him, that's for sure.

Elias continues his statement, "You said you would be obedient, right?"

Candice looks down at his chest before meeting his eyes, her finger lightly traced to the very short, and barely noticeable trail from his navel.

She tsks unencouragingly, "I said that I would obey anything you want, for now, Elias, and we both know..." She bends her form to lay a chaste kiss on his stomach— slowly, tauntingly, "...that you don't want me to stop—" Another kiss. "—do you?"

No, he didn't, but saying that he did made him sound like a good person, right? Was he a bad person for wanting to feel Candice's touch all over his body? Did it make it any different that his body was saying one thing and his mind, the next?

Elias refused to answer the already known response. He didn't need to, especially when Candice lifted his shirt a bit higher and kissed lower and lower.

Candice watched as his stomach rose and fell as her fingers worked to unbuckle his belt, those same fingers slowly unzipping his pants.

Candice looked at his erect manhood with a swallow, "You— You can tell me exactly how you want me, Elias," The way she said his name made him twitch. She lowers herself dangerously close to him, "—and I promise, I'll be obey."

With that, she lowers her mouth down over Elias.

Elias closes down his laptop as he looks at Candice across the room, "I've been meaning to talk to you," He watches her closely on her bed. He pauses from continuing his sentence as he remembered what occurred a week prior on that same bed.

He swallows just thinking about it before shaking his head to rid himself of such thoughts.

Candice looks up at him and slowly shuts her book, "Okay?" It came out as a question as she heard the seriousness in his voice. She laughs nervously as she swings her foot over the side of the bed, "Is it serious?"

He shrugs, "Depending on how you look at it, I suppose, " He leaned back in the chair he was in and rubbed his chin.

Candice looks at him in understanding as she gestures for him to continue.

Elias sighs as he looks ahead. His eyes avert to Candice as he was readying what to say. He swipes his tongue on the top row of his teeth before continuing, "Well, you—" Staring at Candice's face again, he rubs his face with his hands as he slouched in his seat, legs spread wide apart as he rubs his thighs. He gestures with a single finger for her to come over to him.

Candice bites her lip in a way to attempt to hide her smile, before going towards Elias. When Elias pats his hard thighs, she makes no hesitation as she goes and sits on his lap.

Elias continues, "As I was saying—" He hikes up her shirt with one hand, his thumb rubbing against her bare stomach in a gentle motion. "There's only a few more weeks left of summer vacation."

Candice rubs her hands through his hair distractingly. "Remember those personal problems I was telling you about?"

"Mhm," She urges. "What about them?"

Elias answers with silence, causing Candice to stop the comforting movement of her fingers, "What? Is something wrong? Is it serious?"

Elias places both of his hands on Candice's hips, "No no, calm down, nothing dangerous or worth getting your blood pressure up over," Elias tried to lighten the mood as he spoke, but from the determined look of Candice's face, he had done anything but.

Candice still released a breath, "So what?"

Candice knows that they had to return to their mother countries soon, something that they both were trying to avoid in all of their conversations. The conversation was just too depressing.

Was this the talk they were supposed to have right now since their days together were numbered? She wasn't sure if she was mentally prepared for that right now.

"My... My parents, they've decided to move," Candice wasn't sure what to say as she heard the words flow out of Elias' mouth.

"Is this bad? Do you enjoy where you are now? Why?" Candice flew question after question at him.

Elias chuckles and gave her hips a squeeze, "One question at a time, sweetheart," He laughs.

Candice couldn't find herself smiling, she was too curious after all.

Elias finally decided to explain, "To put it simply, my dad got a job offer a while back but he declined since we already had more than enough money than we needed, but it was a more respectful position so when they offered again, he accepted. And no, the move won't be bad, I suppose, I've moved 4 times in my life." He paused as he quickly pulled his phone out of his pocket to check the time. "I don't exactly have neighbors since we have quite a few acres of land. The only people I talked to at school were Leon and Anthony."

Candice sat confused, "Then why do you look so serious? What is this about? Will you still get to see Leon and Anthony?"

Elias quickly brushes off her worries on the issue, "That's sorted out— we've been together since we were kids, Leon practically lives with us, and Anthony has a grandmother over there."

Candice's eyebrows furrow, "Then—"

"Since we're moving before I have to go to the new school, we have to leave earlier than we planned," Elias blurted out.

Candice tensed in his arms. She was incredibly silent before she finally looked Elias in the eyes, "How long?"

Without beating around the bush, Elias answered, "A little less than two weeks."

Candice gasps as she rises from Elias' lap as she backs him, "So soon?" Her voice cracks. Elias nods his head solemnly. "So what now?" She continued.

Elias didn't know what to say to make this moment easier. They had each other's number so they could call, but could that ever be enough?

"Just spend the little time we have together?" He says softly.

"So that's it?" Her voice rose. She almost sounded angry; almost as if she blamed him.

Elias fires back with the same tone in his voice that Candice had, "What do you expect me to say, Candice? It's not my fault." He snaps. "Not like it would've made a difference, it was inevitable."

Candice turned to look at Elias, "I just thought..."

"We live apart, two different regions, we don't go to the same school, never even met each other until a few weeks ago, what could you have possibly thought?" Elias jaw was clenched as he looked across the room at Candice, knuckles white from fisting them so tightly. He hated how she had looked and spoke to him as if he wanted this to happen— as if he wanted to leave her early— to leave her at all.

His fisted fingers slackened and his features softened when he sees her cloudy vision.

"Nothing," She said after taking a deep breath, "I thought nothing." Candice looked down as she quickly dabbed at the corner of her eyes. She looked back up at Elias as she straightened her back. "Leave, please."

Elias' jaw slackened, "Candice—"

"I need you to leave now," Her voice held finality. "Right now," She finally whispered as she avoids eye contact.

Elias cursed under his breath before moving behind him to yank his laptop's cord from the socket, grabbing it, and exiting her room swiftly without another word.

When Candice closed her door loudly, she leaned against it, before sinking down against the hard wood, and placing her palms over her face, silent tears forming in her eyes.
