Marinette looks outside again and gasps. She sees Chat Noir is outside by himself. She thinks he looks so sad.

"Mom, Chat looks lonely, I will be back!" She says and goes to speak to him.

"Hi, Chat!" Marinette says.

"Hi, princess!" Chat says. He stills sounds rather sad.

"Chat why are you sad on such a nice day?" Marinette asks.

"My mother went missing years ago and no one has seen her ever since then," Chat says.

"No one knows if she is even still alive," Chat Noir remarks.

"Mother's Day has been hard ever since she disappeared," Chat says.

"Oh, I am sorry to hear this Chat. Do not cry," Marinette says.

"Thanks, Marinette! You are too kind," Chat Noir tells her.

 "You stay right here, I will back!" Marinette says. She walks away.

     Marinette comes back and hands Chat Noir a red flower.

"Thanks, Marinette!" Chat Noir says. He kisses her hand. 

"Bye, princess, see you later!" He says and leaves.

      Marinette laughs after Chat leaves.

   Everyone had a great Mother's Day!  Even Chat did after Marinette cheered him up.
