Narrator's  POV:

         Adrien and Marinette continue to kiss for a few moments. Then, Marinette pulls away from him with a blush across her face.  She is not sure what to make of the whole thing only that she is happy at last with Adrien by her side.

       To anyone else, it looks as if the two have been dating for years.

           Adrien has yet to ask her out because he feels rather new at the whole thing.  He knows he went out with Chloe once on a small dinner date.  Somehow that was different because it was years ago and something set up by his father.  This time it is his turn to do the asking. 

        He recalls he went out with Kagami on a few occasions too. He was not too happy when he found the real reason his father wanted him to go with her.  He had cut off the relationship before it had a chance to bud into anything more because he was not into her.  He did not want her to get the wrong idea.

        This time it is way different than the other times because he wants this more than anything. Adrien wants Marinette to be his girlfriend but does not want to rush her.

        Adrien's  POV:

       Adrien sighs unsure how to respond to the romantic gesture shown to him by Marinette. He is rather shaken up about the whole thing.  It is not like it is every day the girl he loves kisses him.  He sees her blush and thinks she is cuter than the last time he saw her if that is even possible.

     He does wonder though if she will ever accept the gift inside the box or if he will even get up the nerve to present it to her.  This is all for another day though.

      "Marinette, will you be my girlfriend?"  Adrien asks.

        Adrien notices she does not answer right away. He takes a deep breath before he remarks, "I suppose it is a bad time."

       He feels rather confused since she just confessed her love for him all over again and was the one to start the kiss.  He wonders does she regret telling me so much about her past?  Is that it?

      "Mari, I assure you that I do not love you any less just because Evan took something from you that you can never get back,"  Adrien tells her.  He also holds her hands gently in his.  He smiles at her to reassure her that he means every word. 

   Marinette's  POV:

    Marinette thinks when Adrien asked me out I was thrilled.  

      She knows she owes him an answer.  She also knows he will love her no matter what right?

         
    "Adrien, I will be happy to be your girlfriend," Marinette answers.

      Adrien grins as he replies, "I am so happy you said, yes."

       Marinette wonders what is so important about Adrien's bag and why it is he left it somewhere else today. She thinks perhaps the special item or items inside were sold.

        Narrator's POV:
           The young couple is officially together now.  This is something even Vincent saw coming and he winks in agreement in their direction when he sees them.  

     Vincent's  POV:

    Vincent thinks he knew it all along that Adrien cares more about  Marinette than she gives him credit.  Although by the looks of it she seems to realize this by now.  He is relieved since he was tired of all the silly drama between those two.  Maybe now the girl will be less sensitive about the photos from here on out.  He sure hopes so since he just not one, but three pictures of the couple from where he stands.

     Adrien's  POV:
        Adrien thinks that it is odd I could have sworn I heard something not far from us.  He is sure that whatever or whoever it remains there unseen by them.  

      "Marinette, do you have the strange feeling we are being watched?"  Adrien asks.

     "Do not be silly,"  Marinette responds.  

      "Well, I feel as if someone is spying on us," Adrien blurts out.

     "Someone spying on us, oh, Adrien, you sure let your imagination get away from you,"  Marinette answers.

             "Mari, I am serious, I felt as if something or rather someone's eyes were watching our every move,"  Adrien says.

           
       Marinette's  POV:

        Marinette laughs as she thinks Adrien needs to stop watching so much television. She recalls he is into spy fiction and now he acts as if they are part of the silly stuff.  As if there is no way anyone is standing close by enough for such a thing.  Not without her or him seeing them.

       Is that even possible?

"Honestly, Adrien you have watched too many re-runs of spy kids, spy nation, and James Bonds films,"  Marinette says.

     "Oh, yeah well for your information I know that this is real," Adrien tells her.

    "Sure, whatever you say, Adrien!"  Marinette blurts out.

    "I suppose next you will insist that you are a special spy for some organization yourself," Marinette retorts.

     "Mari, I am not a spy,"  He says.

    "Sure you are not that is exactly what all the spies say in the spy flicks,"  Marinette says.

      "Spy flicks since when have you watched them?"  Adrien asks.

    "Well, I might have watched a movie or two,"  Marinette answers.

      "Oh, so you admit you have the same interest in movies as me," Adrien says.  He grins as he tickles her.

      Marinette squeals and he smirks.  She tries to run, but he grabs her from behind.  She yells "Adrien, stop you are hurting me."

         "I am not m'lady,"  Adrien says.


 Adrien's  POV:
    Adrien smirks as he tickles his girlfriend.  He thinks she is so adorable when she laughs.  

    He lets her think she has gotten a head start when she takes off running.  Soon, he catches up to her and wraps his arms around her from behind.  

   He teases her when she yells at him.

    "M'lady we both know that is not true," Adrien says.

      Marinette grins and replies,  " Adrien, let us go somewhere else."

        "Alright then, lead the way, Mari," Adrien remarks.

          Adrien feels her relax in his arms and soon hears her snore. He laughs as he thinks awe, already falling asleep on me, are you?  He carries to the building where he stays and carries her inside. He lays her gently on the stairs, closes the door, locks it, and stands guard over her. 

      He blushes some as he thinks about how beautiful she is while she rests.  He is not sure when she will wake up, but he determines not to let anyone hurt her.  Not ever again.
