  I could only stay frozen in the same place after she slams out of the room with tears running down her cheeks. I greeted a nervous looking Carissa and checked that everything was doing as they should before going up to my office. I looked through all the applications for supervisors and cashiers and called several of them who were still seeking employment to come in for interviews.

I timed the food delivery man and watched Celecia collect the lunches and bring mine straight to me. "Thank you." I tell her, and she says.

  I saw the locking up of the complete building and drove away, leaving Carissa and Lisa by her car as if I was busy on my phone with someone who was waiting on me. I employed a new supervisor and a cashier and fired Lisa the following week being month end with the excuse that it was the chairman who fired her because he was the one who checked all the reports that was sent in. I pretended to be surprised and even went to check, then told her that I was busy with some new arrangements and asked her to step outside the office as the new supervisor came in.

  I locked my office and went with the truck that was delivering materials to my yard. I did not make anyone the wiser that they were my things and addressed my Dad as Mister Audley.
