Third person POV

Months later, the two boys hang out much more. At school, and out of school. But neither of their families have met either of them.

Roman's mother and brother know about Virgil, and that Roman has a small crush on him. But they have never met him, and do not know that Virgil is suicidal and self harms.

Roman's father, however, is angry and annoyed that his son is not telling him anything about Virgil. Sure, they have never had a super close bond, but he still cares. The thing is.. the last thing he wants, is a gay son. But another his is...- he has two.

All Roman's mother is thinking is, "I love my strange gay son!"

Meanwhile, with Virgil's parents, they could care less. They never talk to Virgil, and sometimes don't even acknowledge his existence. This makes Virgil extremely upset, and the only two things he can really rely on are Roman, and his best friend, Patton. 

But Patton has no idea that Virgil is suicidal and depressed. All he knows is that he is sad almost all of the time, but a great friend nonetheless.

Third person POV (still)

Roman is hanging out with his brother and best friend, Logan and Thomas. They are lounging around in Roman's living room, because Roman and Logan's parents are out of town.

There is suddenly a knock at the door, and Roman immediately knows that it is Virgil. Logan and Thomas look confused. Thomas doesn't know who Virgil is yet, but Logan has only heard of him. But they do not know that is who is at the door.

Roman opens the door, seeing a slightly smiling Virgil. He picks Virgil up, hugging him. "You are so short!" He teases, giggling. Virgil chuckles. "Alright, alright. Now put me down, Princey." Virgil says, using the nickname he has made up for Roman, because of his love for Disney and princes.

Roman smiles, putting Virgil down. Thomas looks utterly confused, and Logan looks only a bit confused. "Who's this?" Thomas asks Roman.

Virgil sees the two people, and immediately hides behind Roman slightly. He just chuckles. "Thomas, Logan, meet Virgil!" Roman says, and Virgil stops hiding himself. "Uh.. hi.." he says.

"Hi! I'm Thomas." Thomas smiles. "My name is Logan. I am Roman's brother." Logan says, pushing his glasses up. Virgil nods.

Roman and Virgil sit on the couch together, and they talk to Logan and Thomas. Virgil gets to know them, and they just hang around with each other for about an hour.

Virgil gets a text. He looks at his phone, "I've gotta go. My mom wants me home." He and Roman look slightly confused, but shrug it off.

"Okay!" Roman says, hugging Virgil. He hugs back. "Stay safe," Roman smiles. "You too." They let go of the hug, and Virgil starts to walk to the door. Roman stops him.

"Wait! Do you have a ride?" He asks. Virgil nods. "Yeah. My friend Patton is going to pick me up at the convenience store across the street." Virgil says. Roman nods this time. "Okay! Bye Virgil!" "Bye."

Virgil walks out the door, and down the street. Logan and Thomas turn to Roman. "So, was that the Virgil that you keep talking about?" Logan asks. Roman rolls his eyes, but nods and smiles nonetheless.

"So, are you two, like, friends?" Thomas asks. "I have a crush on him. But, yeah, we are friends." Roman responds, smiling. "How did you two meet, anyways?" Logan asks.

Roman becomes visibly more tense. "You know what, uh.. Thomas, you hang out with Logan. I'm gonna go.. uh, upstairs to sleep. Goodnight!" He rushes upstairs, avoiding anymore questions.

Logan sighs. "Well then." Thomas turns to him. "I've got to get back to my house. Cya, Logan!" He smiles, getting up from the couch. "I will see you later, Thomas." Logan nods, seeing Thomas walk out the door and to his car.

Logan decides that he should go to sleep as well, and turns off the living room lights. He uses the light form his phone to guide him upstairs and to his room. Once he is in his room, he lays in his bed, and falls asleep soundlessly.
