Three days later, they were discharged from the hospital and much to Julia's relief, she could not wait to spend some personal time with her daughter since everyone was in and out of her hospital room all day and all hours of the night.

"How are you feeling baby?" Anthony asked her as they were on their way home.

"Sore, but relieved to be going home and I'm so excited to spend some time with you and our daughter."

"It'll be a little different without people running in and out all day."

"I'm not gonna miss it. I've raised a baby before so I know what I'm in for."

"I just hope the ladies will understand that both you and our baby need your rest."

"She'll get more rest than me, I still can't believe she's here." Julia smiled.

"It felt surreal the whole time you were pregnant and now, it feels like a dream you never wanna wake up from because it feels too good to wake up from it." Anthony said as he looked at the way Julia smiled through the rearview mirror.

"I know what you mean. When I was pregnant, there were dreams that seemed real then I'd wake up and the dream wasn't as good as seeing the face next to me."

"Nothing compares to how happy I am right at this moment and when we get home, hopefully we'll get to spend all the time we didn't get to with her."

When they got home, they seen that everyone they knew and loved were there as Anthony opened the door for Julia and went over to get Presley out as they walked to the door and opened it.

"Welcome home sweetheart." Perky said as she kissed her daughter and granddaughter.

"Thank you mom and would you like to hold her?" Julia asked as she placed Presley in her arms.

"Of course, now baby, let's go talk about fashion." Perky said as she went to sit over on the couch as Anthony came and stood by Julia.

"I wish I could rest right now because I know tonight will be hard to get her to sleep." Julia said.

"I think tonight will go well."

"I need to pump a few bottles and make sure we have all the essential items we need before bed, I'll be upstairs if you, her or anyone needs me." Julia said as she walked slowly up the stairs.

"Where's Julia going?" Suzanne asked.

"She's going to make sure we have all our essential needs for tonight and she's been going back and forth between breastfeeding and bottle feeding with breast milk in it to see which one she likes better.'' Anthony said.

"Both my kids preferred to be nursed until they reached seven months old." Mary Jo said.

"Same with Olivia, because it was hard having to pump all the time." Charlene said as Julia came downstairs.

"If anybody needs me, I'll be upstairs with the baby."

"Doing what?" Suzanne asked.

"I'm going to feed her and we're gonna try a little bit." Julia said as Perky handed Presley to Anthony.

"We'll see you later." Mary Jo said.

"See y'all later." Julia said as everyone left.

"C'mon baby, we need our rest." Anthony said.

"Darling, is it just me or was Mary Jo acting strange just a few minutes ago?"

"Maybe she's overwhelmed about something." Anthony said as they settled into their bed as Julia started feeding Presley.

"What if Mary Jo wants another child?"

"You remember when she went to get inseminated?"

"Yeah, but it was a false positive." Julia said.

"Maybe Mary Jo could adopt."

"I hate seeing her so depressed, she is such a lovable person and so nurturing."

"I know honey."

"What if we talked to Mary Jo about possibly adopting a child?''

"Has she ever wanted to adopt?"

"Not that I know of but Anthony, I know Mary Jo wants a child so bad."

"Well Julia, we could just let her babysit Presley for a weekend."

"She'd like that."

"Now, we have a few hours maybe to get some rest because our little pumpkin is wore out." Anthony said as Julia kissed his cheek and smiled.

"Well, now since she's here. Who's gonna wake up first to change and feed her?"

"I'll do it. I've been waiting years to finally become a father and now, I am one."

"And you're a wonderful husband and father too."

"You're a great mama too Mrs. Bouvier." Anthony said as he kissed his wife as they watched their baby girl sleep.

"Oh Anthony, isn't she precious?"

"Yes baby, she's so beautiful." Anthony said as Julia laid her head on his shoulder.

"Now, our family is complete. I have the most precious family and friends I hold dearly and I couldn't ask God for more than what he has given me. I love you both so much and I can't wait to show you off to the world sweetheart." Julia said.

"We'll have to bring her by to see Dondi soon."

"She'll fall in love with her just like we did."

"There's no doubt about that honey."

"I need to ask you another question and answer it honestly." Julia said as she looked to see if Presley was okay and looked at him.

"Of course baby."

"When my doctor clears me that we can have sex again. Are you gonna want to considering that I know have a scar down there?" Julia asked him.

"Baby, that scar is gonna be a reminder of them saving our daughter's life and when your doctor clears you, I'll be patient because I know how much pain you're in." Anthony said.

"I'm sorry you didn't get to witness the other miracle of me pushing her out into this world."

"It doesn't matter how she got here honey. Either way, she's here now and I'm always going to remind you how beautiful you are and this scar won't change how I feel about you and I got to meet her sooner and I would have hated to see you go through all that pain of pushing her out into this world." He said.

"It'll be awhile before I can really do any lifting or anything strenuous."

"That's why I'm here if y'all need me to lift or carry anything."

"I love you darlin'."

"I love you too baby."

"Welcome home baby." Julia said as they drifted off to sleep.
