Chapter 7: The Girls

Aisha was busy creating another painting in her room, having locked the door to her room so that the twins don't end up rushing in and creating chaos. Seriously, these two kids were more chaotic than the entirety of Stray Kids altogether.

She had gotten progressively better at her work -- or so her audience told her. From the time when she had just met Chan, she had improved a lot, and her work was more or less professional now.

"Mom!" came Ryan's voice from outside the room, and it broke Aisha's stream of concentration.

"Yes, Ryan?" she called back, applying a shade of blue to the canvas.

"Where is dad's camera?" his voice sounded.

"Why do you need it?" she spoke, turning away from her canvas and unlocking the door. There, she saw the twins, standing like they owned the world (BANG TWINS WORLD DOMINATION scenario).

"Uncle Felix told us that he recorded the day we were born! We wanna see!" Lily chirped.

"Oh? I haven't watched it yet," Aisha mumbled, and then told them, "It's in the second drawer on the nightstand on dad's side of the bed. Don't mess up the drawer."

"OKAYYY!" the twins beamed and instantly scurried over to their room, their little feet carrying them as fast as they could.

Aisha returned to her painting, locking the door again, and then scanned her painting and sighed,

"Where was I, again?"

---

"Where was I, again?"

Miyeon sighed, rereading the sentence to recall her train of thought. The tremendous stress that she was under did not help her one bit to reminisce about the idea she had in mind. Backspacing harshly on the laptop, she breathed in and out to calm herself down. The pressure was building up on her rapidly, and she sighed in disappointment yet again.

Soon, as she left the laptop, she sat back on her seat, and with her mind in perplexion and her thoughts jumbled, she found herself slipping into a different kind of headspace -- somewhere she was beginning to relax.

And it was all going involuntarily.

---

And it was all going involuntarily.

At least that's what Amy felt when she opened her thick, seven-hundred pages long book, and the words didn't seem to make sense.

"Ahhh!" she groaned, leaning back on her seat.

The people in the library turned to look at her, and the librarian shushed her aggressively. She straightened up in embarrassment and pretended to be deep into the book and its wonders.

However, those words seemed foreign.

That's what happens when you don't like to study in general.

But, with her degree not-so-far away from her -- just a few months away -- she knew she had to work hard to ace these exams to have some hospital hire her and help her start off with a stable job. Although she was already sort of popular in her college due to her being in a relationship with Lee Felix of Stray Kids, she knew that it was not a way to get into some job just on the basis of her dating life.

So, she turned the page and continued.

---

So, she turned the page and continued.

"Yiren?" her manager called her, and she looked up at him, the photo album still in her hands.

"Yes?" she asked.

The manager, before he could utter his own set of questions, saw that she was looking at the picture of a baby in a photo album. He sat beside her, "Who is that?"

"That's me!" she beamed, and he widened his eyes, "That's you?! You were so cute back then!"

I'm cuter now. "Thank you, sir," she managed to say.

The truth was that she was missing her family a lot. It had been over a decade since she had visited her family, or hugged her parents, or caught up with the family gossip with her cousins. This photo album was the only thing she had with her of her childhood, her family, and her childhood.

"Sir," she began, "I know we cannot organize a tour in China, but.. can I... visit my family soon?"

"Of course. But right after you get the schedule and its over. I'll ask the CEO about it, don't worry," the manager altruistically spoke and grinned, and Yiren's eyes lit up.

"Thank you!"

---

"Thank you!"

Changbin bowed to the driver of the van and waved goodbye to his group members inside the vehicle. After heavy dance practice and an exhausting amount of music producing, he was just glad to be home, to Miyeon.

He wondered if she had her lunch, or if she was still under stress from her work. He was genuinely worried for her, and as he unlocked the door to his house, he called, "I'm home! Where are you, baby?"

Miyeon came running to him, and his eyes widened.

She wore a pastel pink skirt and had her hair in two ponytails, and with a stuffed teddy bear in her arms and knee-high socks on her feet, she chirped happily, "Welcome!~"

That was how Changbin got to realize that she was a little.

(a/n: YESSS i am experimenting a bit here!! I hope y'all don't have an issue with littlespace? I won't make it too heavy on the plot, it's just a subplot. I'll explain what littlespace is.

LITTLESPACE: Apart from the BDSM community's ageplaying and sexual understandings, it is a sort of headspace where a person age regresses and enters a childlike frame of mind to avoid stress and pressure. It can be voluntary or involuntary. A person who can do this is called a "little"

SINCE THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY SHOW, WE ARE NOT INCLUDING THE BDSM PART. This is basically just a coping mechanism here.

Anyways, did y'all like this?

Thanks for reading! I love you!)
