9. Just Gonna Stand There & Watch Me Burn

Fabrizio Zacharee Guido as Alsharafzi

"Alright, so here are the rules," Rihanna had said to Ashanti as soon as she had gotten on top of the mechanical bull for good.

There were 5 rules overall:

A) She had to get on the mechanical bull, which she had already done so that was the first rule out and done already.

B) Rihanna would have started the mechanical bull, but unfortunately, she didn't tell Ashanti the level she was going to use for the mechanical bull.

Ashanti had therefore presumed that she was going to use the easiest level but oh no, this was far off from the truth!

C) She had to stay on there for five minutes minimum if she wanted Rihanna's autograph, any less and she wouldn't have gotten it but any more?

Then dang.

That was impressive.

D) If the mechanical bull had gotten too much at any point in time, then Ashanti just simply had to say 'stop!' and Rihanna would have stopped it.

And E) If Ashanti had said stop before the time was up, even if it was just by one second, then she wouldn't have gotten the autograph.

And yeah, it had seemed kinda silly that Ashanti was doing all of this just for a godforsaken autograph, but she didn't care.

She would have done almost anything for Rihanna, no matter who saw it.

After Rihanna had pretty much explained all of the rules to her, with Ashanti agreeing that she had understood all of this, Rihanna had then started the mechanical bull, wishing Ashanti the very best of luck.

Haha.

Not.

There were five levels of the mechanical bull overall:

Level 1- Easy
Level 2- Medium
Level 3- Hard
Level 4- Very Hard
Level 5- Deadly

Level 5 didn't always necessarily mean that someone was going to die though... although if they had stayed on the mechanical bull for a long time without any assistance whatsoever, then yeah...

They could have died.

Obviously, Rihanna had started on the easiest one, with Ashanti really enjoying it as well.

They had even played some music too, that had kinda matched with the whole situation, but it wasn't like the music had really made anything better.

Because it didn't.

Well. Not really, anyway, but Ashanti was still kind of yet to find this fact out.

But unfortunately for Ashanti, Rihanna had a dirty little scheme though: for every minute (or less depending on how she was feeling), she would have turned up the level of the mechanical bull, however she wasn't going to tell Ashanti that she was going to turn the level up.

Ashanti knew nothing about this, but she was probably going to find out about it sooner or later. Whether she was OK with this, Rihanna was yet to find out...

Though either way, Ashanti had stayed on the bull for way longer than Rihanna wanted her to, much to her irritation.

She was fully having the time of her life on the mechanical bull. Unfortunately though, this wasn't very short lived, but more on that later.

"Whooooo!" Ashanti shouted on the bull, as it had spun round & round & round again. "This is the best thing I've ever been on!"

This had really ticked Rihanna off for some reason, as she had briefly stared down at the timer below her, becoming annoyed.

As she was doing this, with Giovanni realising this, he had therefore decided to ask Rihanna how long Ashanti had been on the mechanical bull for.

"38 seconds," Rihanna had whispered to him when nobody else had really seemed to be paying attention. "Let's kick this thing up a notch, baby. Rihanna's old school style."

"But I thought you were doing that after every minute."

Although Rihanna had just ignored what the dude had said completely, shooting him an annoyed glance before turning the mechanical bull to the next level, aka Level 2.

She hadn't exactly told Ashanti that she was going to turn it up though (kinda like what she had been planning to do the whole time), with Alsharafzi completely resenting her for it.

As she was about to turn it up to Level 2, Alsharafzi had caught her doing so halfway, kinda of condemning her for it.

"What? Are you not going to tell Ashanti that you're turning the level up?"

"Shut up, Alsharafzi."

Alsharafzi had just stared at Rihanna intently, becoming kind of annoyed over what Rihanna had just said to him, but he couldn't really have said anything in response...

As, well.

Rihanna was older than him, she was his Aunty anyway (Alsharafzi was adopted, as there was no way that Rihanna was Korean) and Alsharafzi had always been thought to respect his elders.

No matter how much he had potentially hated some of his elders, the rules would have still remained the same for everyone, whether Alsharafzi might have liked it or not.

"But the level will take Ashanti by surprise though. You've got to tell her, Aunty."

Rihanna had just ignored him, before questioning him on why he had suddenly cared about Ashanti so much, which had shut the guy up for good.

"That's what I thought."

Alsharafzi had cared about everyone really. He was just very genuine like that.

And unlike almost everyone else that had seemed to be in the group, Alsharafzi could differentiate between right and wrong.

Had he not been related to Rihanna, then the dude would have left the Sugar & Spice group a long time ago, but he couldn't.

Rihanna threatened him that if he had left him, then he would have suffered, hence why Alsharafzi couldn't have left the group, even though he wanted to.

He really wanted to.

But he couldn't.

He seriously couldn't.

"Oh, I see you've turned the level up now!" Ashanti realised, still on the mechanical bull. "That's totally cool! I'm fine with that."

Oh, she wouldn't have been fine with it any longer, that was for sure.

She had been on it for 1 minute 47 seconds now, and about twenty seconds after that, that was when she had wanted to know if the level she was on was the highest level.

When Rihanna had realised that Ashanti wanted the highest level, she had smiled impishly to herself, before almost instantaneously turning it up to Level 5, aka the highest level of the mechanical bull.

At this point in time, Ashanti had now been on the mechanical bull for 2 minutes and 17 seconds now. However, about three minutes in...

...It had gotten too much, and she had started screaming for help.

But even though Ashanti had kept screaming stop, Rihanna had still ignored her anyway, not realising that her staying on for longer meant a higher chance of getting her autograph, which was kinda totally against her plan.

Zonarosa realised that Ashanti was screaming for help, telling Rihanna that she was taking it too far now, because Ashanti had started crying.

But Rihanna had still ignored her.

"Rihanna! Get Ashanti off the bull now!"

"And why should I?" Rihanna hissed, staring Zonarosa down like she was a crazy person. "Maybe I want to see her suffer."

But Zonarosa wasn't having it.

After 4 minutes and 30 seconds exactly, she had switched off the mechanical bull, Ashanti hyperventilating like crazy.

Funnily enough, she had actually really enjoyed it, despite the fact that she had nearly gotten killed on the dang thing but oh well.

She was still alive now, and that was all that had mattered... didn't it?

"Did I do it?" Ashanti wheezed, looking completely drunk but she wasn't. "Did I get your autograph?"

"Pathetic," Rihanna whispered at her, flicking her face for no reason. "4 minutes, 30 seconds. You weren't even close."

Well, actually, she was thirty seconds away from getting it, but OK, Rihanna.

Whatever floats your boat, girl.

Whatever floats your boat.

Ashanti had watched it as Rihanna and her crew had left the room, with Zonarosa & Alsharafzi staring at her rather sympathetically, one of them wanting to ask her if she was OK, but they were scared to do so.

"Zonarosa. Alsharafzi, let's go!" Shaylana squeaked, completely ignoring the fact that Ashanti was seriously in pain.

Zonarosa had left even though she didn't want to..

But to Ashanti's surprise.

Alsharafzi had stayed.

Until he had gotten kicked out, but either way, he was helplessly fretting over her, wanting to ask her if she was OK but he was kinda too scared to do something like that.
