3. Phone Call

"I have rules. If this is going to be a thing, you aren't allowed to date anyone else. Always use your manners and be respectful. You may only call me Josh in public, call me sir when we're alone. I know I'm a sugar daddy and everything, but I prefer sir."

"Okay," Tyler agrees, feeling more excited than he should be at that last thing.

"I'll give you an allowance every week, how much do you think?"

"Um," Tyler hesitates. He has no idea. "Anything over five hundred?"

"Fifteen hundred per week," Josh decides. Tyler's eyes nearly pop out of his head, that's more than how much he's currently making per month.

"R-Really?" He chokes out in disbelief, head spinning. He wants to use a calculator to figure out how much he'd get per year, but decides to wait until he gets home.

"Yes, really. That's the whole point of a sugar daddy," Josh laughs, his hand sliding across the table to hold Tyler's.  "Now, let's establish our relationship."

"Okay," Tyler nods, feeling his heart beating in his chest. Josh's thumb is grazing over the backside of his hand.

"We are completely each other's, I belong to you and you belong to me. We will only have romantic relations with each other. I understand you aren't ready to have sex yet, but you must understand that I find you irresistible," Josh pauses, giving Tyler time to take in what he just said.

Josh thinks he's irresistible.

Tyler blushes, nodding for him to continue.

"But I am a gentleman and will wait until you're ready. Do you plan on moving in with me or do you want me to find you a nice place to stay?"

"I don't know," Tyler gulps, feeling so overwhelmed. He's still having a hard time believing this is actually happening. "Isn't it a little too early to move in with you?"

"I have a feeling you'll be spending most of your time at my house anyway, so no. And if things don't end up working out with us, don't worry, I'll find you a place to stay."

"Okay," Tyler agrees again, unsure of what else he should say. "Then I'll move in with you."

"Do you plan on keeping your job?"

Tyler doesn't know about that either. He loves making coffee, but work is work. If he doesn't need to work, he certainly doesn't want to. So, he shakes his head. "No, as long as I can make us coffee every morning."

"Of course you can," Josh smiles. "So is it official?"

Tyler nods, mirroring his smile. It's official.

"Great, I'll have Jenna let your landlord and your boss know."

"So I don't have to do anything?"

"Of course not, we have people that will do the work for us. That's their job."

"Oh, right. So will I be staying with you tonight or are you taking me home?" He asks, hoping Josh will make the decision for him.

"I assume you'll want to spend one last night in your house, right? Maybe say goodbye to your neighbor, pack some things you want to keep."

Tyler already tried to say goodbye to Brendon, he definitely wasn't going to do that again. "Right, good idea. Can I have your phone number so we can talk later?"

Josh nods, swapping phones with Tyler. The latter saves his name as Baby Boy <3 and hands it back to Josh with a smile. He, of course, saved his name as Mr. Dun ;)

💎👑💎

Tyler ended up loving the meal Josh ordered for him. They talked for a while longer before leaving, Josh dropping him off at the shitty place he calls home. That's where he is now, packing everything he deems valuable into a box.

There isn't much, only clothes, shoes, and pictures of his family. Tyler misses them a lot, he wonders what they're doing right now. Do they ever think of him anymore? Will they ever meet Josh?

He's sure they will, eventually. Will they know how rich he is? Will Tyler tell them?

Everything is gray at the moment. He has no idea what the future holds, and it kind of scares him. Is Josh his future? Or will he go back to being alone?

Tyler is startled out of his thoughts as his phone rings.

Mr. Dun ;)

He answers it with a smile. "Hello?"

"Hey, what's your favorite color?"

"I don't know," Tyler chuckles, folding his clothes as neatly as possible. "Maybe purple."

"Oh, that's perfect! What are you doing right now?"

Tyler doesn't even bother asking. "Packing."

"That sounds like fun."

"It's not that bad, I hardly have anything to pack," Tyler says, holding his phone between his ear and shoulder while his hands are busy. "What are you doing?"

"I am trying to hang a painting above my bed with only one hand. It's not working out too well."

"You could just put me on speaker phone, you know," Tyler laughs, setting the box by his front door.

He looks around, his apartment now even more empty than before. It's weird, though. He doesn't feel so lonely.

"I know that, but I almost got it. And, there! Perfect."

"What's it a painting of?" Tyler asks, out of curiosity. He takes a seat on his worn-out couch.

"That's for you to see tomorrow. What time would you like to be picked up? I have to work, but I've already talked to Jenna. She's going to take you shopping and bring you home when I get done."

"Noon works for me," Tyler says, which gives him four hours to go shopping. He hopes that will be enough time, he doesn't really know.

"That'll be good, I'll let her know. And don't worry about her judging you, I've talked to her about it. She's excited to help you shop for things you like," Josh states matter-of-factly.

"Thank you," the brunette responds. "That's very considerate, Josh. It means a lot to me."

"What did I say about calling me Josh?"

A large smile spreads across Tyler's face, hearing the dominance in the man's voice. This will have to take some getting used to. "Sorry, sir."

"That's more like it. Anything specific you'd like to be called?"

"You can call me whatever you want," Tyler tells him. "As long as it isn't mean, obviously."

Josh is quiet for a moment, but there's rustling in the background. He sounds busy, Tyler feels bad. "That works for me."

"I can let you go, if you want. You seem kind of occupied."

"No, no. I'm just trying to clean up my office. I don't want you to see how unorganized I actually am."

Oh, that makes sense. "You have an office in your house?"

"In case I need to do work from home," Josh explains. "It doesn't happen too often, though."

"Is your house big?" Tyler asks, imagination running wild. What if Josh has his own room like Christian Grey?

"It's a mansion, in all honesty. I think you'll like it."

"Oh," Tyler falls silent, listening to the sound of shuffling papers. He's out of things to say already. God, he's so boring.

"And just so you know, no, I don't have a playroom," Josh laughs. Tyler feels his face heat up. Well, that answers his question.

"Oh," He repeats. "You're too classy for one of those, anyway. You seem more like the type of guy who has everything stashed in one of his dresser drawers."

"It's funny you say that," Josh says, indicating that what Tyler said is actually accurate.

"I've never had sex before," Tyler finds himself saying. Might as well since they're on the topic, right?

"I'll take care of you, baby. I promise. I'll wait as long as you need."

"Isn't that the whole point of a sugar baby, though? To give you sex?" He asks, feeling slightly guilty. Josh is giving him what he wants, so he should return the favor.

"No, that's not the whole point. Not for me, at least. I want somebody that will be here for me after a long day at work, somebody that I can hold and spoil and love. I want someone who is okay with the fact that I work a lot, and will stick by my side no matter what. I think that description fits you, don't you think?"

Tyler is literally speechless. Josh already thinks that highly of him? "Yes," he chokes out. "That sounds like me."

"That's what I thought. I'm going to go so I can finish organizing, okay?"

"Okay."

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow. Text me if you need anything between now and then. Goodnight."

"Goodnight." Tyler pulls his phone away from his ear with a grin.

He doesn't feel so lonely that night.
