LUNA SIGHS FEELING A sudden burn out from sketching and painting, scrolling through Pinterest on her iPhone looking at different styles hoping to find something that speaks to her.

"Still can't find anything?" Sam wonders standing in the doorway of Luna's bedroom.

"No. It's actually driving me insane." Luna grunts pissed off running her right hand through her hair.

Shoving the sketchbook away from her looking up at Sam sitting beside her with a sympathetic expression on her face.

"What about you? Are you okay since you-know-what?" Luna questions asking Sam about her blocking Miguel on social media earlier that day.

"I'm okay." Sam confirms with a small smile that doesn't meet her eyes.

"You know you can talk to me as much as you want right?" Luna offers looking at Sam softly.

"Yes. I'm grateful for that Lulu." Sam explains helping Luna scroll through her phone to help her sister find the inspiration for her next painting or sketch.

After searching all night and being unsuccessful Luna and Sam fall asleep on top of Luna's bed.

Luna groans squinting as the sunshine shines through her thin blinds from outside.

"So bright." Sam groggily mutters covering her eyes with her hand.

Luna groans in agreement hearing plates clattering downstairs signalling that her parents are making breakfast for all of them.

"We should get up. Come on." Sam suggests earning another groan from the brunette.

"No. Let me sleep," Luna huffs feeling Sam grabbing a hold of her wrist practically dragging her off the top of her bed.

"I'm coming!" Luna mutters dragging her feet down the staircase into the kitchen sitting on the kitchen table with their favourite breakfast.

LUNA BITES INTO HER BREAKFAST smiling up at her father, "So, Dad. What are your plans for today?" Luna questions.

"Taking Robby to the department store and getting the dojo ready for possible students." Daniel explains smiling at his daughter's interest.

"Sounds fun. Can I tag along maybe? I wanna get a few things." Luna quizzes seeing Daniel light up at her suggestion.

"Of course you can come!" Daniel nods firmly motioning to upstairs so she can go get ready for the day.

Luna quickly rushes upstairs changing into shorts and a thin grey sweatshirt that she's sure is Eli's but shrugs it off.

Meeting Daniel at the car and climbing into the passenger seat ready for them to go and pick up Robby.

Robby smiles brightly seeing the brunette sitting in the passenger while he gets into the back buckling his seatbelt.

Since Daniel immediately starts driving to the department shop for materials for the dojo.

"So how much as he made you do?" Luna wonders walking beside the male.

"Most of it but it's been fun." Robby admits with a chuckle following behind Daniel.

Luna quickly excuses herself and grabs her materials walking back into the aisle Daniel and Robby are in overhearing their conversation.

"Hey, Mr LaRusso. Uh, it's over here." Robby voices pointing at one of the many screws smiling at Luna now standing beside him.

"Nah, that's a deck screw. I mean, we could use that to hang the shelf, but then the screw will be doing all the work." Daniel explains while Luna smirks leaning into Robby.

"Eventually, it would give out under all this weight." Luna utters winking at her father smiling at her proudly.

"What we really need is a toggle bolt," Daniel responds grabbing the said items out of the wooden box on the rack.

"Yeah. Take two of those." Daniel confirms handing the objects to the Keene boy, "It's not as big." Robby says.

"No, it's not. But it's got a little secret, see this spring? Once it goes through the wood, it opens up and uses the whole wall to support the shelf." Daniel explains.

"Wait, let me get the lesson here. You're saying that in life, I can't do everything by myself and I have to rely on other people?" Robby asks curiously.

"No. I was just teaching you about shelving, but if you can ring a metaphor out of that. You're a better student than I ever was." Daniel admits with a chuckle while Luna laughs at the two of them before noticing Johnny watching them.

"Hey, Metallica man. We got that, uh, mirror glass all set for you, so just—uh, come on up front and pay for it." the worker exclaims announcing Johnny to the two talking males.

Luna winces seeing Johnny looking at them annoyed and jealousy, "Johnny." Daniel mutters seeing said male glaring at the three of them.

"Whoa! LaRusso Auto? Chopping prices, I love that commercial. I love karate, too. I mean, I never got to do it, my mom wouldn't let me, so. Hey, you look just like him, is this your son?" the worker rambles.

"Yo man. Please shut up." Luna demands stopping the rambles, "What's going on? My name's Raymond." Raymond responds anxiously looking at the female who's glaring at him annoyed.

"Hey, man, put the glass on the loading dock. Give me a second." Johnny states firmly motioning to the three standing off to the side.

"Oh, for sure." Raymond nods rushing off avoiding eye contact with Luna due her intense glare on his backside.

"What are you guys doing here?" Johnny quizzes looking at the three of them—mainly Robby and Daniel.

"Just working on a little project, that's all. You?" Daniel questions lowly, "Same." Johnny mutters.

Luna huffs tapping on her father's arm motioning towards the front of the store so Johnny and Robby can talk—father to son.

"Hey, give me those. We'll, uh, go pay." Daniel suggests grabbing the objects from Robby's hands.

"Meet you by the car. Good luck!" Luna says with a wink walking away with her dad towards the registers to pay for their stuff.

Daniel and Luna wait out by the car for Robby—who comes stomping out of the store annoyed.

Before smiling immediately at the sight of Luna gesturing to the front passenger seat in a tada motion with her hands.

"You're such a dork." Robby chuckles hearing Luna gasp pretending she's offended before laughing with a shrug.

"She always has been." Daniel says with a chuckle looking back at Luna already looking at him.

"At least I'm a cute dork." Luna responds smiling at the two who nod agreeing with her statement causing a crimson red to fall upon her cheekbones seeing Robby agreeing with her.

"Anyways, enough of me. How'd it go back there, Robs?" Luna wonders.

"Same way it always goes, cares more about his rivalry with your dad than he does about me." Robby explains with a slight shrug.

Luna sighs in sympathy hugging him once they drop him off at his apartment, "I'm here always." Luna states with a promise.

"Thanks Lu." Robby smiles while Luna nods getting into the passenger seat and conversing with her father during their drive back the house.

MEET ME IN
THE DOJO
— SAM

Luna reads the text message while they're arriving in the driveway of their house.

"Gotta go see Sam in the dojo." Luna explains showing Daniel the text message.

"I'll come with you." Daniel responds following after Luna into the dojo watching Sam using some of the old techniques he taught her over the years.

"Not bad. Just remember, that drop down back kick may be powerful, but you're leaving yourself vulnerable to attack." Daniel voices while Luna smiles at her sister.

"Hey, Dad. Hello Lulu." Sam voices, "I didn't know you ever came in here anymore. I only know Lulu comes in here for peace and quiet." Daniel explains seeing Luna nodding to the side of him.

"Peaceful and serenity is the go to in here." Luna admits, "Just working some stuff out." Sam replies.

"Listen, I've been so busy building this dojo. I know you and I haven't had a chance to really talk about you and Miguel and of course Lulu—you and Eli." Daniel comments seeing Luna drop of her shoulders at the mention of her ex best friend.

"I don't wanna talk about it, Dad." Sam responds, "Me too." Luna mutters holding her hand up.

"Did I ever tell you two about my first girlfriend?" Daniel quizzes seeing both of them shaking their heads at the question.

"I was about your age, she was in another league, beautiful eyes, amazing smile, and I thought it would last forever—I did." Daniel explains remembering the past.

Luna and Sam both sit beside one another listening with the same head tilt, "What happened?" Sam asks.

"Grandma moved us out of New Jersey, came to California, I met a new girl, Ali. This time, I was sure she was the one, I mean, Judy was great, but this, this was true love." Daniel mumbles with a sigh.

"So what happened with Ali?" Luna wonders curiously, "That's a story for another time and then there's a story after that one and that one." Daniel admits shocking his daughters.

"Damn dad." Luna scoffs playfully, "My point is, Sam, Luna, you think the world revolves around one person, but then, you meet someone new. I know it's hard, it hurts, but everyone goes through this." Daniel voices softly knowing both of his little girls are hurting.

"Yeah, but not everyone has an insane karate cult that's brainwashing half the school." Sam grunts annoyed.

"Well, that's why I'm opening up Miyagi-Do, so we can fight back, take down Cobra Kai." Daniel explains.

Luna and Sam look at each other with the same look, "We don't wanna fight them. They're not our enemies. They're our friends, at least they used to be." Luna mumbles sadly.

"Thanks for trying to help, Dad." Sam mumbles grabbing a hold of Luna's hand and walking out of the dojo into the house towards Luna's bedroom to spend the night in each other's company.

Luna smiles at Sam and grabs her car keys off her bedside table, "Let's join them." Luna states seeing Sam light up and nod with a smile while the both of them get into Luna's vehicle and drive towards the Miyagi-Do dojo.

Luna parks her car smiling seeing the sign and the lights surrounding the building, "God, I missed this place." Luna sighs in happiness.

"Me too." Sam responds firmly walking into the dojo overhearing their dad and Robby in the background.

"Ever since the tournament, all I've been thinking about are ways to destroy Cobra Kai." Daniel voices.

"And now you have the answer?" Robby wonders, "Yes. The answer is, we won't," Daniel responds receiving a frown off Robby in confusion.

"Cobra Kai isn't the enemy, there are no enemies. Your dad, his students, they're just like you and me, they've just been taught the wrong way. The goal of Miyagi-Do Karate isn't to fight them, it's to show them a different way," Daniel states in an encouraging loud voice.

"Right? A better way, for them and everyone in the Valley." Daniel continues not noticing Luna and Sam smiling at one another proud of their father.

"You got room for two more?" Sam questions loudly, Daniel looks over at his two daughters with a delighted smile.

Robby looks at Luna and her figure in the workout gear she chose to wear, "Yeah." Daniel states firmly.

Luna looks around the yard amazed as does Sam, "The place looks great. I mean, the house has been painted and the deck's been sanded." Sam states.

Luna smirks knowing the answer to her question already but decides to ask anyway.

"Does that mean Sam and I are off the hook?" Luna quizzes with the same smirk.

"Uh, no. We're gonna find something for you to do. Get on over here." Daniel demands with a laugh while Luna and Sam both hug Daniel tightly excited for their new journey.

"All right. Not even open 24 hours, and I've tripled my roster, I've got a good feeling about this," Daniel voices seeing Sam, Luna and Robby sharing smiles amongst each other.

"All right, you three should get some rest, because this summer, you're gonna be spending a lot of time back here together as a trio." Daniel states.

Luna smiles at Sam before looking at Robby with the same look, "Alright, I'll drop you home Robs, come on Sam." Luna states holding up her car keys receiving nods from both her sister and Robby who both get their stuff together.

"Don't stay out too late dad!" Luna shouts hearing Daniel chuckle in the background.

"I won't Lulu. Drive safe!" Daniel demands while the three teenagers climb into Luna's car happy and content with themselves as their little trio group.

Luna and Robby laugh at something Sam said in the backseat oblivious to Sam looking at both of them with a knowing smirk that they're into each other.
